I had been calling for almost 2 months checking to see if an authorization letter got faxed so I could pick up my husbands car...every single time I called the customer service reps were helpful and had good customer service...sometimes the wait for someone to pick up would be over an hour...long story short the authorization finally came a couple days before his car was going up for auction and I was able to get his car....thanks for being patient because i know i called alot of times.

Paid, scheduled appointment and was out in 10 minutes. And someone actually answered the phone and called back when they said they would

Customer service was excellent. You have to get through first and the wait can be lengthy, especially with COVID.

SO, WHERE DO I START WITH THIS PLACE. I'M FROM OUT OF STATE TO START WITH. WHILE ON BUSINESS IN BALTIMORE. MY CAR GETS TOWED FROM A LEGAL PARKING AREA ON MY COMPANIES PARKING LOT. A BALTIMORE POLICE OFFICER TAKES IT UPON THEMSELF, TO SCAN LICENSE PLATES AND TOW CARS WILLINGLY NOT BEING OPERATED ON A MARYLAND ROADWAY FROM ITS LEGAL PARKING SPOT. TRYING TO LOCATE YOUR CAR SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE. I TELEPHONED THREE DIFFERENT POLICE JURISDICTIONS. FOR 2 HOURS STRAIGHT. COMPLETE RUN AROUND. I WAS FINALLY DIRECTED TO CALL 311, AND LOCATED THE CAR AND THEY THEN GIVE YOU A PROPERTY NUMBER. ALSO WITH INSTRUCTIONS TO CLAIM YOUR CAR. BALTIMORE CITY SINKS SO LOW TO MAKE A PROFIT. SO WRONG !!!!!!!

If I could give it a negative rating I would. I was left on hold for 1 hour and 41 minutes. I never spoke to a representative. On a prior visit trying to pick up a FAMILY vehicle I was told I could not get it because my name was not on (1) the registration or (2) the Title. However, my name is on the actual contract and so they should accept it. The lien holder / finance company said they could fax over a copy of the contract in lieu of the title and registration but these people would not accept it. Now I have to get the title situation fixed which can take up to 30 days meanwhile the car is just sitting there. These rules are stupid and they make it hard for poor families to get their property back. They need to accept copies of contracts from the lien holder.

Omg... We had the best customer service from Ericka ??. She was friendly and informative. Dealing with Baltimore City's ransomware issue has made it super hard to find our car. She went above and beyond her duties, kudos are in order. Thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all 5 stars are for her, the process was unstar worthy ??

This is the WORST place ever! I have been calling for WEEKS now about my car and no one has assisted me which is ridiculous! I have waited almost up to an hour on hold, several times. I am out of state so I do not even have the luxury to go up there and personally have a word with them. This establishment should be shut down, it seems like it is anyway. Please do not waste your time with this establishment.

While the whole process of getting the vehicle towed because we couldn't afford to get it fixed was really expensive and sucky, I have to give a shoutout to the staff at the Pulaski Highway Abandoned Vehicles location. These reviews made me nervous that it would be a terrible experience, but we went back twice (we ran out of time the first day to get the car towed from the lot) and each time the staff were incredibly sweet, kind, and helpful. So, shoutout to a surprise awesome customer service experience, even though the towing part was sucky and expensive.

You cannot speak with anyone via phone this is terrible especially people that are without cars. The representative at the window was helpful but to prevent a lot of back and forth they need to have lines open to speak with someone.

When u call the number recording says u can fill out paperwork for release & fax it over. I did that and they still did not release the vehicle. Had to go all the way to the tow yard to fill out the same paperwork :I

My car was illegally towed and while at this impound lot, a brown locked briefcase was stolen from my trunk!!! The briefcase contained: Passport, birth certificates, social security cards, baby books, checkbooks, vehicle title, Certificate of deposit, tape recorder, college degrees and many more important documents. I am currently filing a lawsuit.

They searched my car and my backpack and actually stole things from my backpack id give them a zero but cant. Garbage

They only got a 1 because there was nothing lower. Worst most dishonest people to deal with. My stolen car was retrieved in Baltimore. They jerked me and the insurance company around for over a week. My stolen car was retrieved on my first day of vacation and this corrupt operation took full advantage of that. I sent them what they required to release the car, I faxed a notorized release form with my photo I'd and Vin. They said it would be released, when the tow arrived they wouldn't release it because it had out of state tags, they had to do a police search on it. When that was done another tow was dispatched ....no release they now wanted my registration, which is in the car so I had to fax the title!! They had my car for 11 days accruing impound fees each day. I hate Baltimore!

This place is so ghetto. Ghetto employees. Very unprofessional especially the females. They are very provocative. They where what they want. Service is horrible. Baltimore City hires anybody and everybody.

I was going to give them 3 to 4 Stars but after today they should get zero but I cannot write this review without clicking on one star. I have to say Charlene, in the back office, is probably the most efficient person that works there, I am being sincere, she is a model employee, and her superiors should take note of her and see she gets the credit she deserves considering the horrible service I received at the front counter.. She took the time to find my car when know one else bothered. She even called me back to give me an update on its location on 3/08/17. But today, 3/09/17, was a different story. I was treated like a child. My car was stolen and the woman behind the counter, term used loosely, treats me like it was my fault that my car is on the City's Property. These people work for the TAX payers and until their bosses tell them that everyone of us who walk through that door pays their salary nothing will change. It is a city job paid for by city and state taxes so you people behind the counter why not try to put yourself in our shoes and show us a little respect. Now, I am sure this comment will fall on deaf ears, but it did feel good to write out my frustrations.

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO FIRE EVERY EMPLOYEE AND SUPERVISOR ON THE PAYROLL. THEY HAVE NO RESPECT, COMMON COURTESY AND POSSIBLY NO EDUCATION AND HOME TRAINING. THEY ARE GHETTO, THE PLACE SMELLS, THE LINES ARE RIDICULOUSLY LONG THEN ON TOP OF THEY TELL YOU THESE ABSURD RULES THAT THEY ARE PROBABLY MAKING UP. I WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF LEAVING MY TOTALED VEHICLE ALONG SIDE THE ROAD ??

This place is Operated 10 times worse than any mva in the state. One person working while 8 others are in no hurry to help.

terrible service. they would not let me get my car out with the interim driver's license document the dmv gave me so they are allowing fines to accrue on my car. it's ridiculous. they are mean and rude. They won't stop rolling their eyes at you when you ask questions politely. A lady's car was stolen and they made her pay the fines on the tags that the thief put on her car. PLUS the cops had taken the stolen tags off her car so she had to pay to get her car towed... terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Inwouldnt even give one start there services is terrible and disrespectful like smh u t sad how rhey condyct thereselve and tlk to ppl and be so quick to lock someone up i had a warrent i knew nthn about and they locked me uo while i was in there tryna get my truck out like wow more problems and my daughter had to watchnme leave her in handcuffs smh

They towed my car from my front and said it's abandoned vehicle. I fought it took it to court was found not guilty. They called and said come get your car and that I have to pay the same amount to release my vehicle as if I was guilty. I was told by a manager I could get my money refunded after I get the car out . They couldn't find it I had to come back pressured me on the last day. Couldn't get an extension even tho they couldn't find it. A clerk had a bad attitude and never told anyone about us after she talked to us then went in break never came back . Someone wondering why we were there so long helped us out. We also have yet to receive our money back.

Never again. These people are trying to make their money off of keeping your car for as long as possible because they can! Since the person who was on the registration was out of town for a significant amount of time when the car was towed to this lot, I was told to pick it up. You must have a notarized letter from the registered owner along with a copy of his or her license if you are not the person on the registration and you'd like to pick the car up from this lot. I came in with all of the documents requested, and was turned away and told I could not pick up the car because the signature on the NOTARIZED letter did not EXACTLY MATCH the signature on the copy of the license that was provided for them. Absolutely abysmal service, but they can do that because...they can.
