They robbed me. I paid for a part with shipping and then the shipping company out my part on hold, and wanted a 400 deposit before they send it. They didn't let me know and pretty much said I'm screwed on my part unless I pay 400. Shipping was included in the price I paid them for my parts I bought. Scam scam scam
Bad customer service lie to you about everything had me waiting on tow truck to get my vehicle they never showed up called several times to receive lies from dispatchers very unprofessional
David provided a great service! super simple process. i needed a mirror shipped to PA and they called me back within the hour and had everything handled. will definitely be going to them for the rest of the parts i need on my car.

We were not pleased with the guaranteed working engine we received from this location. Although it worked, there were malfunctions that cost me over $1000 to fix and ultimately resulting in me having to get a new car. When we asked for a refund, they would not honor it and the manager stated that the mechanic who placed the engine in the car should have done this and that. Whatever! Ultimately, the engine worked as they assured us, but does it work properly or as it should was the question that should have been asked.
I’ve been here a couple times and they are always a pleasure to do business with. Joe seems to go above and beyond to help his customers even though he always seems to be the only one there. Would definitely recommend this place for any of your parts needs.
Tho only guy who was in the office Saturday who got off at 3:00 took the time to help me in a big way . You need more employees like this guy sorry can’t remember his name but he was the only one working that I could see
Great customer service! Great parts knowledge and selection. I stumbled on this place looking for crazy rays pick and pull. I got parts much cheaper than the competition. I paid for my part yesterday and by 12 it was at the shop, I cannot thank these guys enough.
Just sold them my car today and was a quick and easy experience. The people were awesome and social. I recommend them over any other business nearby. I found this place after being lowballed by LKQ down the street from them. Thanks LKQ

This was a good place I needed a part they looked it up and told me it could be there by the next day I put a deposit on it and they called me back Saturday and said the part was broke so I was able to go back and get my deposit and just cancel the order but they did what they could but it's a good place to go for cheaper parts.
My son damaged my car before my 1st car payment was due. I paid 425 dollars up front for a door. They didn't call to say it was ready. I go get it at 4:20 pm. No window in the door they say we have one with dents in it with a window. They pay 300.00 for a total car. Sell a damaged door for 425.00 without telling you it was damaged. Worst kind of people on earth. I will learn from this. There are 2 kinds of people on earth those doing Gods work and those doing satans work for moneyf
We went in looking for a part for a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta and right away the attendant told us he had just what we needed. The attendants are very knowledgeable, very professional, and very nice. I didn't give it five stars because the price for the part was a little higher than I wanted to pay but it's a business and it was still cheaper than going to the dealer. I would highly recommend Erdman Autos Parts to anyone looking for a used car part.
This place is good to go to for used parts. Close to crazy rays where you have to pull your own parts. I love pulling my own parts but you have those lazy days when u just don't feel like it or have the time. They are a lil more on the expensive side than crazy rays but hey, I guess you gotta pay for labor one way or another. Still more reasonable than the auto parts store tho. But then I would hope so cause it's used parts 😁
I recommend this place. I haven't had any major problems with parts thus far and if you do they warranty you.
