This man totally went out of his way to help my brother and I today! He was off of work and because we were wrecked on the side of 95 he took the call and still came out of his way and towed my brother's car. Absolutely, Life Saver!!!! My insurance company sent out two tow trucks and neither companies were equipped to complete the job. I waited over six hours before someone reached out to me, stating they didn’t have the proper equipment to tow my truck. I googled Black Mamba LLC and saw great reviews and as soon as I reached out Ronnie was very professional from the beginning to the end! Job was completed in less than one hour tops! I had a disabled car that was in danger of becoming impounded. The city gave me less then 48 hours notice to remove the vehicle. After calling around to multiple places for a tow I began to get discouraged as the prices were outrageous. I called Black Mamba as a last resort and I was not disappointed. They answered my call at 530am, quoted me a more than reasonable price and was there to pick up the vehicle quicker than expected. Ronnie was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was attentive and answered all of my questions. Thank you for making this a stress free transaction. My only complaint is that I didn't call Black Mamba first! I would definitely recommend 10/10.

Found myself with vehicle becoming inoperable on a Sunday evening in a Tow-Away location. Called Black Mamba, they came to my rescue in what I consider to be good time (for a Sunday evening). Also recipient of my call was very friendly.

My vehicle broke down in middle of main highway...so dangerous. I pulled over to shoulder to investigate but quickly knew it needed to go into shop. This was a Friday afternoon. Between the crashes and heavy traffic, getting a tow would be difficult.I called two other companies who could not assist before finding this one. Though it took 1.5 hours to get to me because of traffic, they did excellent job with my larger vehicle and allowed me to ride with them to my mechanic shop.The driver and I even had discussions about how badly other drivers are. Then laughed about how I needed a tow because I am broke down but tows are being used mostly for crashes. Anyway, I will keep their # in my contacts for future use.

Black Mamba LLC is an absolute life saver. My car caught two flats on a Sunday night. My insurance was supposed to be sending a tow truck for me . . but I’m guessing since it was a Sunday night it was harder for them to get one for me. I waited an hour and there was still no tow truck assigned for my vehicle. I found this company on Google, saw the great reviews and decided to call them. They came within 25-30 minutes exactly. Excellent service! I’ll definitely use them again in the future. After an hour and a half went by my insurance still didn’t have a tow truck assigned to me - a mess. I would’ve been waiting all night if I had just depended on my insurance company

Very quick and skillful tow. I had another tow service stand me up today, so I called Black Mamba pretty last minute. Everyone I talked to was incredibly kind & professional, and they got someone out to me quickly. Vegas did a great job getting my car on the truck and on its way to the shop as soon as he arrived. Pricing was great too. They came in clutch, 10/10 would recommend.

He came right away after taking my phone call and even followed up with a photo of my car at the body shop. I had spoken to about 4-5 other body/tows before speaking with him and none of them could take me until late October. With him there were no issues and amazing service. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Ronnie towed one of my Ford 250 company vans when it broke down outside the tunnel. He kind, quick and professional. When I lost my receipt from that transaction, I called him at 11 pm, he quickly confirmed the transaction and sent me another one. I have found a permanent tow company for my business. Broken down late Saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend. This was the second towing company Google listed. The first went straight to voicemail when I called. But this one answered the phone and then showed less than a half-hour later to tow our car to a local auto repair garage we use. Very professional, very friendly (I rode with the driver to the shop). Price was very reasonable. If I ever need another tow (fingers crossed), this will be the first place I call.

Dumped both passenger side tires in a model 3 Tesla thanks to Baltimore's s**t road maintenance. Dat on the side of the road in a sketchy area while insurance emergency service hung us out to dry for two hours, then said it would be another three before they could get to us. Called Black Mamba, they told us what it would cost and had a truck there in less than 30 minutes! Not only did Ronnie get out of bed on a Sunday night to carefully and speedily load us on a flatbed, he was kind enough to bear with us when we asked him to take us an additional fifty miles. His truck was clean and well maintained within and without, and he was a consummate professional. I've driven heavy trucks and equipment for more than fifteen years, and can say without a doubt that Ronnie knows what he's about behind the wheel. He ensured that no damage was done to our car and it was securely fastened for the trip. In short, their service is quick, smooth, and worry-free. Highly recommended!
