Good Luck Towing has amazing drivers who stop to help you when you're on the side of the road. While waiting for my road side assistance, a Good Luck Towing driver stopped to offer his assistance to change my flat tire, eliminating my wait time.

I was assigned Good Luck Towing by my insurance carrier after getting a flat tire. I was nervous because most places would be closing. My ETA for a tow was 90-120 min which would mean I would be too late. I called and let them know my situation and the truck arrived about 15 min later! Quick, friendly and efficient service. I’m so grateful because I’m such a damsel in distress 😅 Thank you so much for accommodating me so quickly!!!

Had a little hick up in the beginning but when I called the company they fixed the issue right away, dispatched a new tow, the tow came very quickly, and was very professional with services. Hubert was my tow guy and he was very professional and very pleasant. Would definitely recommend them for future services!!!!

wonderful!! above and beyond the call of duty!! was struggling to get my broken down vintage truck into a lot in an alley to work on it — despite the guy’s tow truck not fitting down the alley, he started it and tried to drive it in, and when that didn’t work, actually pushed it into the lot himself. super lovely guy, and i cannot overstate how appreciative i am of this company’s speedy attention and superb customer service. heartily recommend giving these folks a call next time you need a tow.

If I could leave a 0 or -1 stars, I would! Was referred by Progressive insurance roadside assistance, and waited over an hour only for them to lie and matter of factly say “they were given the incorrect location from the insurance company, and the driver couldn’t find us so left.” This was only AFTER calling them to check on the status of the request! When we asked why they didn’t call the phone number provided to verify our location, they again lied, claiming they were also given an incorrect phone number- despite the confirmation text from progressive having the correct number. Said we’d have to wait yet another 45 minutes for another tow truck. When we challenged the explanation, he first threatened to cancel the tow, and ultimately did end up canceling it by saying “you know what…we’re not coming! Bye!”, and then hung up on us. Never have I experienced such HORRIBLE customer service and insensitivity! We were stranded in the cold, on a dark road at 10:00 at night with a tire blowout! I wish we had read these reviews in advance, as I see there are many others with similar horror stories! If you are reading this, DO NOT patronize Good Luck towing!! I’m so disappointed that my insurance company partners with them, and will be calling to file a formal complaint.

They suck! They were dispatched through progressive while I was on the interstate. I waited 2 hours and then the driver said he couldn’t find my car or the phone number and left. When I called back the person who answered the phone was rude and said he was not coming back out. Horrible as I am still sitting on I-83 trying to contact another towing company. No compassion, no professionalism, no humanity. Stay away from this place.

Service was amazing!!!!! Hubert our tow truck driver was extremely fast arriving to the accident location to tow our car. He has a very friendly demeanor, and answered all questions asked .I would 100% recommend Goodluck Towing on E Fayette St. Baltimore MD 21223. Thank you, Trina 😃

As someone else said, good luck getting them to show up. Was referred through insurance following an accident, wound up sitting on the highway for 3 hours and never showed up. Claimed they couldn't find my vehicle, then claimed that they were given the wrong address, then told dispatch that they had the correct address, and couldn't find the vehicle. Cancelled tow with them and contacted AAA who were on scene in less than 30 minutes. If you have any other option avoid this company like the plague

I was referred to this company from Allstate Roadside Services. A man came, I informed him that the car won’t turn on. He came up my driveway, popped my good and attempted to jumpstart it. He informed me it has no gas. I told him it does have gas it’s an issue with the battery. He went back to the car attempted to place it in neutral, seen that he couldn’t and said there was nothing he could do about it and left. He told me I could cancel, when I attempted to do so, he marked it as he picked up my car and was on the way to transport my car to my mechanic. Pointless! Stay away!

I have been trying to reach the company for a significant amount of time regarding their tow truck driver dragging my vehicle vs flatbed tow which caused serious transmission problems. The driver also back my vehicle into the bumper which cause visible damage. Despite irrefutable evidence as well as police coming to the company requesting their insurance information, the company representatives absolutely REFUSED to cooperate! I also have video evidence as well as the owner of the storage lot that witnessed the driver backing into my vehicle fender. The owner of the storage lot REPEATEDLY called out to the driver trying to warn him that he was damaging the front bumper. However, the tow truck driver yelled, “man I have been driving since I was 16 years old I don’t need any help backing up.” It wasn’t until the tow truck driver surrendered to our plea to stop that he realized he damaged the front bumper. Not only did the tow truck driver LIE claiming he would have the owner take care of the damage, ALL parties are outright refusing to provide their insurance information. I feel it is important to mention, I purchased this vehicle with the intent to give to my disabled son who recently lost his father. I am deeply upset that I worked so hard to get this gift for my child but now it has sat in storage at $100 per month because the tow truck driver dragged the vehicle for nearly 30 minutes as well as damaged the front bumper. Despite my pleading for assistance, the owner outright refused to return my calls! Spoke with Officer Miloff and Sergeant Sillwick on March 24, 2022 and was informed that the company refused to give their insurance information. At this point, I am filing criminal charges as well as complaints with BBB, local news stations, Attorney General, and seeking absolute accountability! This company is ROGUE because they make more than enough money to be able to pay for their mistakes but instead they named their company Good Luck as a sick subliminal of how they intend on torturing customers!!!! How can any man have a Mother, daughter, sister or wife yet this company gets sick pleasure tormenting customers!!

This company is AMAZING! I didn’t get the guy name, he did a wonderful job towing my daughter car. On Dec 29th my daughter was in an accident, she pulled over on the side of the road. I got to her at 430pm, called the insurance company. The first towing company that was dispatched to get my daughter car took 2 hours to come, then wouldn’t tow the car because the battery died. DON’T USE MAJESTIC TOWING COMPANY. The insurance company dispatched another company, GOOD LUCK TOWING, this guy was so nice and quick to jumpstart my daughter car and got on the flatbed, I was so impressed. This towing company was absolutely wonderful Eugene had patience and cared about his work. He made sure I got home safely and my car was in a safe place. 5 stars for this business thank you much I highly recommend!!!!!! :)))))

My car wouldn't start . Called my insurance company and they sent someone to start my battery. The guy didn't know what he was doing. And told me it wasn't my battery. Called the insurance company back to get a tow truck. They said it would be 90-120 minutes before someone will be there. Good Luck Towing was there before the 90 minutes. Eugene came started my car and carefully put it on the tow truck. He was at my house before I got there. He must have known a short cut cause I left before he pulled off. He was very nice and professional. Most definitely will use them again. Thanks for your service.

Three stars for the towing company whose first driver called out left me and my 10-yr-old daughter stranded on I-95. The only reason they get any stars at all is because of Eugene. FIVE STARS for Eugene. He made the extra effort to call and find out where we were. He truly saved the day.

I had an accident very late at night where my tire blew out while making a turn on a side street near my house and caused major damage. I was stuck for a very long time until I was able to get a tow. Eugene was the gentleman who came out and helped me. He was the nicest person to help me in that situation because I was nervous and angry and upset. He calmly talked to me and helped me cool down. He was then able to tow my vehicle to my house without incident. Very courteous and willing to stay with me for as long as possible until I was home safely. I can't say how thankful I am for his assistance.

This was my first experience having to have my car towed due to a hit and run. The operator of the truck did not put my car in neutral before towing. So my car was basically dragged causing a flat spot in my tire. I called the company and they answered by saying “yes?”. I told him I called to file a complaint and I told him why and he said he’d get the manager to call me back. I haven’t heard from them yet.

Eugene was the gentleman that arrived to help me jump start my battery. He was quick and professional. He even let me know that my battery had corrosion around the terminal, something I would not have noticed. He was also knowledgeable about Hybrids and explained what he did. He was pleasant and did not complain about coming in the middle of the night on a Sunday to a not so great neighborhood.

Eugene was fantastic! There was a mixup on my insurance end and they had requested wrong truck but Eugene worked with me to get my car safely out of the tight park job and onto the truck even though my car wasn't running. Really appreciate his professionalism and the care he took with my car. Will use Good Luck Towing again.

Eugene was very nice when he did reach me. He was very informative and professional. He made sure my car was extra secure and I’m thankful I was able to ride with him as I had no other way of transportation. Dispatch was also very helpful as well and gave me an updated ETA and where my driver was etc etc. I definitely would recommend.

I recommend working with Good Luck towing. The driver Eugene came through swiftly and loaded my car on the truck safe and sound. He was very polite and professional. I trusted that my car was in safe hands! You won't regret giving them a call if you need help!!

This is the WORST experience I’ve ever received in my life from a towing company. The driver was on time but he was very unprofessional. He refused to go up the ramp to the garage that my car was in. I asked him to please just try and finally he did. His restraints were because he felt like his truck would not fit but it did in fact fit. He was very rude to the point I was on the verge of tears. I called the owner of the company to ask where was the tow truck with my vehicle because I left 15 mins after him and still arrived at the mechanic shop before him. The owner was very pushy off the phone once I explained to him my concerns. Highly do not recommend this company!

Excellent attitude from the operator on scene that helped me with my tow. Very friendly and helpful. Even sent a text to confirm the vehicle had been dropped at the auto repair shop. Even if I got lucky with a cancellation before me it was still an extremely pleasant and painless experience at 10 past midnight!

Used this company to tow my car via my insurance. I was told I would get picked up in one hour, however waited about three hours. When I called I couldn’t even determine if I called a place of business from the tone of the person answering the phone. It took two calls from me and one call from my insurance to get someone out to me. I tried to explain where my car was located, but I guess they didn’t understand, because the tow truck driver sent me instructions on how to send him GPS coordinates via text. Once he showed up he was very nice and got the car loaded. My insurance was also under the impression that my car was towed to the repair shop the following day....nope they hung on to It for some reason (a reviewer on google suggested that this is a way of generating revenue- might be right). Bottom line communication with this company is pretty abysmal. What needed to be done got done but with much prompting from me and my insurance company.

If I could give them a big fat 0/no stars I would. My car was involved in an accident last night. The tow truck driver arrived within 1/2 hour, which was fine. He was to tow my car to Moore's Body Shop. When I called Moore's this morning, they said that they did not receive my car, as they were closed by the time the tow truck driver was to deliver it. I called "Bad" Luck Towing, and was told by a guy who could hardly speak good english, tell me that they still have my car. I asked him why did they not deliver it to the body shop. He said because my insurance company needed to call them and re-submit a tow service. Thing is, my insurance company though my car was at the body shop. Why? Because no one from this place of so called business called them to inform them that the body shop was closed when they tried to deliver it and they need another request for towing submitted. It doesn't make sense to me that if you knew where it had to go, the place was closed, then why did you not attempt to redeliver it again..why must they resubmit a tow inquiry. All in all, I think they just wanted to keep my car all weekend so they can collect storage fees. I would encourage you to find another tow service and not use them. They do not conduct business well at all. Look at the reviews and rating, it speaks for itself.

I needed a tow because I lost my key in my car and the key fob died at the gas station. With my window open. I called my roadside assistance and they dispatched Good Luck Towing with an ETA of 2:11 AM. 90 minutes from the time my ins. finally dispatched them. The driver showed up by 1:25 AM, with a flat bed when I couldn’t start my car. He was quick in realizing the problem and found the button to override needing the car on. He was informative, and very kind. When he dropped the car off to my house, he parked it as close to my front door as he could - AND MY CAR STARTED. He was sweet enough to roll the window up and waited for me to get there and tell me what happened. I will say- I was skeptical because of the negative reviews I saw. This company exceeded my expectations & I was compelled to share my experience

I was stuck on the side of 695 on a HOT Saturday. Traffic was insane and cars were literally breaking down around me (3 other cars within sight of where I was! Another had to be towed, but the other two managed to get going again.) Tow trucks and police everywhere. Not a good situation, and my tow was delayed, but, the company kept in touch with me. Traffic is what it is... and it's not like they can teleport or fly! The driver apologized for the delay. He was very careful with my truck and, as I rode with him, was an excellent driver too. He delivered me directly to my mechanic's garage and unloaded the truck easily into a good spot. He also made sure to ask if I had a ride from the garage to my house as he didn't want to leave me stranded. I felt like my vehicle was handled safely and the driver was very nice and professional too. Thanks again, Brandon! (I sure hope I got your name right!)

This company is so raggedy. They answer the phone like you bothering them. Since I went through my insurance company to get a tow they paired me with this company. Driver took my car to the dealership and he didn't put the key in the drop box. So i called the tow company several times to see where the driver put the key. The owner keep saying he can't get in contact with his driver. Told me don't keep calling he will call me. If someone work for you and don't answer you when you call that says alot about your company. I went to the dealership and the key was in the car so I call to let them know we did find the key and yet again they answer the phone like what you need. Guess they screen they calls too. So unprofessional and ignorant.
