I was able to use my insurance, so the price didn't seem high, but I will check it out . They work very fast once your in there . They do close early for me due to a 9- 5 work schedule, but they open early for drop off and you can pick up after hours . Douge was really nice guy and extremely helpful. As a woman he made me feel safe.
Doug and his crew handle our fleet of work trucks from oil changes to repairs. They are easy to deal with, complete jobs on time and communicate well throughout the process. Highly recommend them for any and all repairs!

In regards to the one star review from Leyla below, I was in the shops office when she was here. What she failed to mention was that there was a family emergency/death in the family within the shop and they had just found out the morning of and did not have time to call every customer who was planning on bringing their vehicle in. The shop had only been open for a half a hour at this time. Doug was not rude, he simply was trying to manage a crisis as well as how to rearrange their days schedule. Take that 1 star review lightly.
Referred by RTA, a neighborhood auto shop I trust - but very disappointed with the customer service at this location.
I booked an appointment over the phone with Scott, gave my full name and phone number, and showed up on time. As soon as I arrived, I was told I had to reschedule. When I asked why I wasn’t contacted in advance, they blamed me - claiming I hadn’t provided my number and that I insisted on waiting in the lobby. Neither of those things are true.
I even told Scott I’d be fine taking a Lyft home if needed - I only asked if waiting there was an option, not that I insisted on it.
Instead of owning the miscommunication, they immediately got defensive and started ranting as soon as I walked in. I woke up early and rearranged my schedule after a long night shift just to be there. A simple call would have saved me the trouble.
Not recommending this shop based on their unprofessional attitude and lack of courtesy.
No frills and not the cheapest in town but you can really trust them to fix your vehicle correctly so it only needs to be done once.
They got my 20 yr old pickup feeling like new.
I won’t go into the boring details… But, these guys came through when I really needed it. They gave me some of that human to human Halethorpe charm. ???❤️? … and their work on my truck is holding up, perfectly. A big thanks to Security Auto and Truck!
