I've been going to Salvo for 30 years, you can pretty much count on them having whatever you need at a good price. They'll usually carry less expensive brands when it comes to things like motor oil but more times than not they're just as good.

It's a bad place. Supposedly the part I bought had a lifetime warranty and it broke the first time and then the second time, but they no longer wanted to change the part and I paid so much for that part.

Damon Moore was very hostile and very Rude and i don't understand why people like that should still be working with Salvo Auto parts on Liberty road, he never gave me the Cooperates number i need to speak to the cooperate can I have their number

I have been using salvo Auto parts for my whole life at least thirty years they are the best and they will do their best to provide you with whatever you need when it comes to a car

Haven’t been to the Lochearn location in almost 10 years and won’t be coming back .. I know stores are short staffed but at some point you need to wait on customers who are in line and place callers on hold . I waited for at least 10 minutes as she kept an answering the phone and helping others while just I stood there . When the line grew to 4 I decided to say something . .. Her response was “ I have to answer the phones “ Fine but you also have to take care of those ready to make a purchase . Finally she said “ I put them on hold “ well you should have done that 2-3 calls ago … Too late now

Damon had to be the rudest and downright disrespectful sales associate ever. A bad battery was sold to me and didn't hold a charge after 4 days and well within the 7 day return/exchange time window. They charged my battery when I SPECIFICALLY expressed I wanted a refund or an exchange. Damon told me to go buy a new battery from a different store and then would issue my refund or exchange with proof of purchase from a different retailer. Completely unprofessional

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because I have had great service here for years. My parents went to them for years as well. I had an issue with a battery that under warranty. I had to get it charged and jumped started by AAA. I made it to salvo to exchange the battery as it was less than a year old. I’m explaining what the was and the older man looks for my account. He couldn’t find it. I said maybe I used my deceased parents number by accident. Nothing couldn’t find it. So I was like well I purchased it here. So he investigated and the last purchase was under and incorrect phone #. He says “You need to stop with these different names and numbers in the system” ….you mean you had it wrong in the system???? So then he checks my battery and can’t get a reading on it. Then the questions well how did you get here. AAA doesn’t charge batteries. So I called my mechanic neighbor on speakerphone to explain. As soon as he heard his voice he knew him and then automatically believed him even though I said the same thing. When I brought it up it was oh well I know him. EXCUSE ME?????????……so I had to pay for a battery and then bring it back for a refund. $189 for a battery that is under warranty. 👎🏾

I usually try not to write a bad review but sometimes I've gotta just tell it. I was First time customer here and it will be the last time I'll take my business somewhere else. The guy that waited on me had a terrible attitude, he was very rude and acted like I was a bother to him instead of a customer .

Initially I was told my parts would be special order which required me to come in and make the order and the parts would be revived within three days. When I came in to complete the order I was told it would actually be a week and a half and two had no idea why Mike would tell me Tuesday from the factory and Monday from California if the order was placed on the prior Friday. I placed the order and called exactly a week and a half later to find my parts were determined to be unavailable after all.

I went into this location at Woodmoor to get a part for my vehicle. I was waited on by an associate by the name Damon. He was very rude and harsh to me!! I left the store without purchasing the part I needed for my vehicle. I’m not even from this area and I will Never go into another Salvo ever again! I will stick with Advanced Auto!! Damon could benefit from customer service class.

I called this store to verify that they had the rear rotors for my car. get up there and lady gives me the wrong ones. so when i cal back up there the lady os no where to be found and no one knows what im talking about. Then when I went to go return them, THEY CHARGED ME to return the parts THEY gave me that were wrong.

I like to start off by saying Salvo Auto Parts have been the most helpful Auto parts store I have ever encountered. Prior to going to Salvo I went to the typical franchise "well known" auto part stores and they tried to get me to buy things that did not pertain to what was needed to fix the car. The guy would not and said he was unable to look up the size wrench I needed to take the bolt off on my Caliber. I left there very displeased and went to Salvo... As soon as I stepped in Salvo, Damien was so very helpful.. He looked up everything that was needed for my car and a very knowledgeable attitude on all the correct tools I needed. Thank u Damien.

They have parts for foreign and domestic cars if they don't have the part they can get it within a day or two they have all the neat little trinkets that you get for a vehicle a customer service is great they do their best to help out their customers it's a family-owned business it's been a family owned business for many years and you can tell when you walk in that it's a family-owned business because the employees are very customer oriented and they treat you like one of the family the owners of the company or great people they do their best to provide the best parts at low cost the stores are organized and if you need help finding a part there'll be more than willing to help you find that part overall good place to go you can tell it's not one of these chain stores that are there just to make money they're there to help you fix your car if you don't know exactly what's wrong with your car or don't know exactly the part they're more than willing to look up that part

This location had the parts I needed but the line was so long. They really need organization. The employees were all over the place but they were very professional and patient. I waited in line for at least 40 minutes. The phones were ringing alot. I hope that management will delegate tasks for everyone to follow instead jumping from one thing to another especially when customers are standing line.

Michelle was very rude and disrespectful I called 3 times she left me on hold for over 5 minutes 2 times...then when she did start to take my request which I was only checking for a part...she had the nerve to put me back on hold ...help someone else out while I'm listening.....then put me back on hold and never answered back....im now at advance auto so they lost a sale because of bad customer service and I will be calling the corporate office as well!!!!

I love this other place my car broke down just the other day and I went in there to buy a portable battery charger for my car and then The worker came out and help me. He said you don't have to buy a battery charger. I will use mine to help her your car. So from that day, I will go there for any part that I need for my car. Awesome customer service.

If I could give no star I would. I called to find a parts and from start to finish the gentleman was rude. He hung up on me twice. At first I thought he didn’t hear me ask him a question but the second time I was sure he herd me and everybody in my auto shop could here him speak to me with a rude tone . I would never buy anything from this place ,I can’t wait until Monday to get it from the dealer. If you speak to customers this way on the phone then I don’t want to experience in store treatment. Absolutely terrible.as a business woman myself I would never speak to a customer the way that young man spoke to me.

I have been shopping at salvo at least 12 years minimum and do a fair amount of business with them and today is the first time I have been disappointed with them . I bought several items from them this is the item HH42003MIE 16QT SUPER DUTY DRAIN PAN it performed well until it was time to remove it from under the van I slid the drain PAN from under the van holding it by the integrated handle put it down turned around and realized it was leaking. I took it back to the store and showed them the hole they were willing to replace with another one I did not want it .My opinion is if the container is not as strong as the 5qt bottle of Castrol titanium then why would I want another DRAIN PAN at this point Sam had another employee hand me a business card and told me to call the corporate offices. I left a message with the area manager and I am waiting for a call back
