Amazing customer service and quick good quality work. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to afford the services I got but the owners were very helpful and easy to work with.
Our family has had multiple cars repaired by this facility since 2003. Experience was pleasant until this most recent one. My last experience was very uncomfortable and unpleasant. I had them repaint the hood and front bumper of my car. When I came to pick up the car there were bird droppings all over the car and overspray on the headlights and wheels. When I pointed this out to the guy who painted my car he replied very unprofessionally, "Man we don't have time to take care of this". I asked him "Why would you call me and tell me my car was ready for pickup with overspray on headlights, wheels and bird droppings", in which he then very rudly responded "I don't care". I was very upset, instead of correcting this issue Ashley told me to leave. I had to spend thousands of dollars at Top Coat Garage in Hampstead to get the car repainted properly and they had to remove all the overspray on the car. They couldn't belive how bad the car was repainted with the overspray. Not once did Ashley apologize or remedy the solution. She instead yelled at me for complaining about the issues of the car with the painter.
Ashley was very professional and got my bumper replaced quickly and painlessly. She's done work for my colleague as well several times and everything came out perfectly.
Had some work done on my bumper after a classic Baltimore parking snafu. The quote was very fair, and came in significantly less than competitors. They got the job done in less than their estimated time, and it looks brand new after some cosmetic repair. Manager was transparent and very easy to work with as well. Overall awesome experience.

Just has some minor bumper repair done here. They were friendly, affordable, professional and didn’t try to sell me more then I wanted! I’ll go here again and I’ll refer all of my friends here! Wonderful place! Wonderful work!
This body shop is awesome!! I would never go to another body shop again. Ashley was extremely helpful and my vehicle was done as promised. I took my vehicle there on Monday and picked up on Friday. If you want your vehicle back quickly and at a very good price go here. Top Notch Service!!!
After work was completed, my alignment was off. The shop told me that it was a recall issue and that I would have to take it to a dealership. When I told them it was not a recall issue, they tried to tell me it was a warranty issue. These guys are a joke. Even to get someone to answer the phone during normal business hours seems to be a core for them. Do yourself a favor and don't have any work performed at this location.
