The employees are nice and helpful. I went in and asked for what I needed, waited a few minutes for them to pull the past out of the warehouse, paid and was on my way... all in a matter of maybe 5 minutes. I highly recommend this place for any exterior car parts you need.

My workshop is k & j auto service today May 18 I went to order 2 bumpers and they did not have them and I told the colored person and the Chinese man in front that I had called 6 times and nobody answered and they ran the 2 from the place well pedantic telling me that if I wanted them to answer me that I would hire a person to answer certifit Ned change of this person I not camback never

I called to check for part before driving 1hour to store. Get to store check in they take all my information, tell me go sit on other side. 15 mins later he comes and tells me part is out of stock. Please find a way to be more efficient. I suggest people look else where seems like they will claim to have the part although uncertain. Not worth the wait and waste of gas during a pandemic.

MY CONCERN IS THE TIME TO ORDER / PROCURE PARTS AND IT SEEMS THAT THEY ARE VERY UNDER STAFFED ON THE FRONT COUNTER. THESE GUYS AND GALS DO THE BEST THEY CAN, BUT THEY NEED HELP AS A BUSINESS OWNER FOR OVER 30 YEARS, I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND EMPLOYEE COST, BUT TIME TO CALL IT AS I, AND MANY OTHERS, SEE IT..HIRE MORE FRONT COUNTER HELP.! AND WHILE YOU ARE AT IT, GIVE YOUR EXISTING STAFF A RISE. THEY SHOULD NOT BE UNDER THIS MUCH STRESS. YOU WILL ALSO SEE I GAVE YOU A 5-STAR REVIEW BECAUSE OVERALL I AM VERY HAPPY, JUST GET THE FRONT COUNTER PEOPLE SOME HELP

I kept hearing about this place. Well low and beholded I called. Great guy answered. I told him what I needed he said he closes at 5pm. I was very pleased. Omw, Detail later!!!!!

A cool body parts shop with reasonable amount and they mostly have all kind of parts available in stock everytime.

Prices are good but they need more personal working in the front desk

Told me a part was in stock and that they were holding it for me. I drive all the way up there and they said they misinformed me and the part was not there. I was heated. Just trying to get my car inspected and they wasted my time on my off day.

Parts not QCed at all. Had to go through same parts for four times and still wasn't right. Asked for a refund, being told no way and that's how they do business. Corporate office staff is not any better, cold. My money went to the toilet instantly so, don't throw yours.

RANDY IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT EXISTENT AND THEY TELL HALF TRUTHS. THE DRIVER WAS ABSOLUTELY A GENTLEMEN AND A SCHOLAR. FROM OUTSIDE LOOKING IN RANDY IS TRYING TO DO TO MUCH AND CANT HANDLE HIS JOB. WOULDNT TAKE CHECK OR AMEX. WE ARE A MULTI MILLION DOLLAR BUSINESS

GREAT prices! My shop buys from Certi-Fit regularly. You can't complain if you buy a damaged fender like the one guy did who left a rating because they explicitly tell you to CHECK YOUR PARTS prior to taking them out the door. Certain parts fit better than others. Capa certified ones generally fit better, but you pay a little more.

Needed passenger side view mirror called it was in stock. Customer service was excellent.

Service is fine. They are busy, because they have fantastic prices and stock availability. But great price, availability and expertise is all top notch.

You need to call to see if your part is in stock. I've gone here for years because their parts are significantly cheaper and the quality does not suffer. Store moved and revamped years ago so it's a nice store front. Helpful staff, short wait, I got headlamps, turn signals, marker lamps and side mirrors all new for 220$ for my 2000 Tacoma. All in stock for less than half of what I was quoted everywhere else. Everything bolted up perfectly, and even came with new bulbs. Absolutely cannot be beat for cheap automotive body parts.

I got a brand new electric controlled mirror for the passenger side of my truck for $40.00. I was amazed at their inventory on their website.

Best move an this only cause this place stay packed is call in advance come in talk to guy at counter pretty much letting him know your here walk through to other side wait about 5 mins get your part then off to the shop quick fast and EASY! with FRIENDLY KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF you can't ask for more

Employee currently. Great prices on crash parts. Bumpers fenders headlights, tail lights, radiators and condensers. No wear parts sold here. Ask for mike to find your correct parts the first time.

Very attractive location. I received very friendly customer service. I'll have to go back to get 3 of 4 of the parts I went there for, which I was told were in stock. Their inventory and pos system is a little little out of date. Perhaps they'd have been able to locate the rest of my order of I hadn't gotten there five minutes before close. I wasn't rushed in anyway and they even happily helped a guy who came in after me since they were still open serving me.

Amazing prices for almost all makes and models. Pretty far depending on your location but is worth the distance. Recommend it for all your aftermarket auto body needs.
