DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR! They told me they performed all the necessary fixes to get my car up and running, then my car broke down again three days later. They refused to take responsibility.

I had been going to another repair shop for years until I was scared into over $1000 in repairs or my car was going to fall apart. Decided to check out Klausmeirs since my mom has been going there for over 25 years. I am truly impressed. From the first call I saw nothing but friendly and honest people. Took care for test drive and Brad was great. Pricing was incredibly fair and I'm now a lifetime customer. Should have just listened to my mom and drove the extra time to a much better mechanic from the start.

I am a first time customer of Klausmeier and Sons. I had a wonderful experience with the shop. They did a outstanding job fixing an air conditioning problem and giving the car a good tune up. I had bought a used Mercedes and the previous owner recommended that I take it to Klausmeier’s. I am very grateful that I did because they were very familiar with the car and also gave me a second key that the previous owner had left. I highly recommend this shop!

It’s like stepping into Small Town,USA for service with Big City fast pace Timing matched with reasonable pricing. I really appreciated the Courtesy, Honesty and Integrity from start to finish!

I usually don't use this shop but my 2010 Honda Accord had air conditioning problems, the fan was blowing but the air was not cold. I brought my vehicle to Klausmeier's in the beginning of summer in 2023. After keeping my car for well over a week, I was told the compressor needed to be replaced, and I was charged ~$1000 for this repair. I got the car back and the air conditioning seemed to work until the end of the summer. In the beginning of summer 2024 I brought the car back to Klausmeier's. This time, I was told the vehicle was out of Freon, but that there was no leak and all they needed to do was refill the Freon. I got the car back and the air conditioning again worked only until the end of that summer. At the beginning of summer 2025, I took the vehicle to a Honda dealership. They noted the vehicle was out of Freon, but advised they needed to put dye in the system and have me drive it for 1-2 weeks and then return for them to check to see if there was a leak. I did this and the Honda dealership located the leak and fixed it. Klausmeier's never advised the vehicle should be looked at again in order to determine the origin in the leak, and it is unclear whether the compressor replacement that cost $1000 in 2023 was even necessary. The employees at Klausmeier's are friendly and helpful but I have some questions about the competency of the shop, especially as it pertains to servicing air condition systems.

I’m not going to discredit Karl and his team as they are great mechanics who do great work. My only complaint is about the owner Karl. I was apparently too curious about what was happening to my vehicle. I requested a quote for the install of a sensor when I dropped it off, and on my way home, I got a call from him chewing me out about how he wasn’t working my Jeep because I stated I couldn’t handle another $500 repair bill. That interaction wasn’t all bad though, in that moment on the phone with Karl, I remembered why I got out of the military. Karl’s behavior and extreme lack of professionalism took me across the street to Scholtz’s and those guys were great, extremely professional, and timely.

They were nice and helpful. They did their job well. They always does. The prices are decent market-average prices. We went to them for several issues. Oil change, body, etc. they always helped. The only issue I ran into with them is when I told them to call me to inform me about the price before making any changes. They forgot unfortunately, and I had no choice but to pay for something I didn’t want to do at the time.

Great auto place, will always take my car here. The girl at the front desk was very pleasant and polite. Everything about this place is great, the work they did on my car was done well and much less than the dealer.

This place has the worst customer service & is outdated. The man that’s in charge Brad has a terrible attitude. the garage where the employees work doesn’t have air conditioning so they sweat all over the inside of the cars they are working on (they sit in you car with the sweat and drive it) They couldn’t even answer my questions & they don’t make eye contact when you speak to them. I started to feel uncomfortable & I was hoping they would hurry up cause I just wanted to leave. I will stick to a more welcoming auto shop and I will not be returning!

This shop is very shady. Bought a battery from them 2 years ago. The battery has been tested at multiple places and determined to be bad. Won't hold a full charge. I took it to them to get it replaced, and they wanted to charge me $40 for a battery that is still under warranty, and they supplied. It wasn't a battery I brought to them to have put on, so they should be covering all costs. After refusing to pay the $40, they said they didn't trust another shops battery test and they would test it themselves since I "wouldn't meet them half way" and of course you can figure how that went. They said it was fine and wouldnt replace it. Klausmeier's is a joke and you should be very careful when asking this shop to perform work on your car.

Really great experience here today! I had a total alignment and an oil change done. Both reasonably priced and they had my car back to me by the time they estimated they would. Thanks!

Klausmeir has consistently provided reliable services at a reasonable price. I recommend them especially if your car is a little older. They are busy so do book in advance.

I just needed a simple tire repair due to a slow leak. The mechanic looked at my car almost immediately and had the tire repaired within a half hour instead of possibly taking all morning or all day like at most shops.

I was told to drop off donations for the Lions Ckub there. I walked in at the same time as someone delivering food. The woman at the front desk was on the phone and refused to acknowledge either of us. When the delivery driver attempted to speak to the receptionist, she rudely said, "I'm on the phone, you'll have to wait." Both of us ended up leaving the stuff on the desk and walking out. I work in reception. If someone physically walks into our office, I kindly place the call on hold, to acknowledge the person who walks into our office. The same way she stopped to say you'll have to wait, she could have placed the call on hold. I'm not a garage customer and never would be after that

KLAUSMEIER has been our goto mechanic for many years for my family, excellent service, honest and reliable. My uncle Norm would leave a blank check to get service completed, that’s called trusting your mechanic.

They suck. They’ve had my car for 3 weeks for a oil leak and a power steering belt and I still don’t have my car and they don’t tell me why there is delay. They told me that the part came in on Tuesday and it would be ready at the end of the day or on Wednesday and it’s not ready. They told me on Saturday that they would call me back and they never did. I will NEVER use them again!!!

Brad/manager was very nice and seems really honest. Pricing was very reasonable. Colby and Mary were pleasant and nice. Been doing business with them for several years now. Colby offered to pick my daughter up to bring her to shop to pick up her car. Great business ethics.

This place was awesome!! Brad was very HONEST and I am more than happy with the work performed and price. They are now my new mechanic I wish I would've known about them sooner. I was referred by my aunt who has family members who have gone there for years. Nice to know there are still honest places who aren't just trying to make a buck. I highly recommend this place!!

I came here for the first time in early June, and needed a ride back to my home. Brad the Owner actually drove me home! All of the work was done the same day, and Brad came again to take me back to the facility. Mary and Colby are the front- office staff, Very courteous ! I needed a new engine cover rod, which had to be ordered. I came back a few days later, and Carter, one of the shop technicians, quickly installed it for me, very polite! I will return to the Klausmeier firm again for service, recommend them very highly. Their pricing is extremely competitive, and my car was returned clean. Good work!

I went here after Mr. Tire tried to rip me off and I’ m so glad I did. They were friendly, courteous, professional and fair with their prices. I had to have my driver side brake caliper/pads tighten after a bolt got loose and they took care of me within an hour. Colby at the front desk was so nice and friendly, thank you so much guys!!!

Dropped my car off for 2.5 weeks for brake work and when I went to pick it up the car would not drive past 20. I asked a very rude older man what the plan was and he told me to take it somewhere else. I was always polite but apparently this business does not owe it customers courtesy. I took the car to another mechanic. The mass flow sensor was the problem and it was fixed in 30 minutes. I have spent 10k there in a year. I will never go back.

Has a thorough inspection done and I am very satisfied with the results. they were honest and detailed on their findings and how much it would cost. Also, explained the overall health of the vehicle and upcoming maintenance. Very professional and honest shop. They were genuine. i do recommend this shop. Will definitely return.

The establishment is very friendly and professional. They are honest and I hope to have them as my service provider for years to come. Brad is absolutely great at what he does. He can fix anything and any kind of car. We have foreign cars and he was able to address all the problems quickly and efficiently on repairs we decided to have done. My family is thankful to have found Klausmeier & Sons.

I would have recommended this place 4 years ago for car service. In fact that's why I recommended my husband take his car there for his breaks to be checked and for another problem he was having. The car was dropped off Wednesday afternoon, Brad finally looked at it on Friday and they had to order a part, so they kept the car. My husband called THEM for an update Monday. Brad told my husband that they got the part in the car & the breaks were fine but he just wanted to bleed the breaks one more time and that it could be done the next day and the car will be ready for pick up. For all of this, Brad quoted "around $200". It's now Tuesday, 6 days later. My husband called Brad to let him know when he was going to be picking up the car so they can have it ready. Brad advised him that "something needed to be fixed with the breaks" and it would have to be kept for another day. Um, what? He said the breaks were fine a day earlier? Are you really just looking at them now? My husband declined any more work to be done on the car. He got to the shop around 3:30 and the ticket still wasn't written up. Brad came up to relay the cost of the services which was not "around $200"(the original quote) they were going to charge $533. The part was $60, oil change was $35 and whatever to bleed breaks. Brad said the extra cost was the cost of labor and he forgot to mention that in the original quote. Well, thats not our fault you forgot to mention that. Long story short this place has gone downhill over the years and they're just looking to rip people off. By the way the breaks are fine.

They were very accommodating when I was in a rush to get some tires mounted and balanced. Everyone there was friendly and pleasant, and the price was what I expected to pay for the work done. I will definitely use them again!

From out of town and had no clue where to go when my front brakes started squeaking and grinding. I came early on a Thursday morning and these guys took me first thing! Plus, I got to see the office in action since I waited for my car to be fixed. Everyone was friendly and they even helped me connect to their wireless network so I could from my laptop. When I got my estimate, it was right in line with what my mechanic from home had placed the cost for the work. Highly recommend to others looking for honest mechanics in the area!
