I had a good experience with this towing company. Immediately upon me requesting tow service, it was accepted gratefully. My vehicle was retrieved shortly afterwards & taken to it's designated location.
Similarly to the other reviews, I just saw one of your tow trucks driving recklessly on 140 going from Westminster to Finksburg. Tailgating, constantly lane switching, cutting people off, and 20+ over the speed limit.
Would give 0 if I could, I just watched the driver blow through the red light at 140 and Ivy Mill in Finksburg. Then proceeded to go appx 90mph on 795. You’re going to be the reason someone is killed.
A few nights ago, while heading east on Northern Parkway, I saw this same tow truck barreling down behind me. The driver was easily doing 20+ miles faster than anyone else, swerving in and out of lanes, narrowly missing me, and almost rear-ending the car stopped at the light in front of him. At the last second, he swerved into the left lane, cutting off the car that was slowing to a stop at the same light. Yep... almost 3 accidents in one reckless move. For added measure, the driver also ran the red light. Imagine my non-surprise when I came to leave a Google review and saw countless other experiences like mine. Please get this driver off the road before he kills someone.
Seen them driving on rt 140 in Westminster flying between lanes and swerving. Doesn't seem to care about public saftey almost causing accidents. When I called them about their driving I was met with cussing and rude behavior. Reported to the police. Never using their services
One of their trucks is driving 100 mph on 95. weaving in and out of traffic and almost hit me. seems like their towing company is causing more accidents to tow away.
The service was completed in a timely fashion, but the guy was SUPER rude. He did not communicate promptly and openly about changes to the cost of the service and, when I asked a question about the price over the phone, he became very agitated and started yelling at me. I couldn't even get a word in. It made me think the he was going to screw me/ my vehicle over because I asked a question. At one point he even asked me if "I was JEWISH or something" because of my question about price. DO NOT RECCOMMEND.
Their driver has dangerously cut off 3 people in the last 5 minutes on Northern Parkway. Driving with 0 consideration for anyone’s safety and has nearly caused several accidents.
"The owner Maurice was very ignorant and was very disrespectful when I questioned the $350 charge to move my car 11.7 miles. Do not use this business that only has 1 tow truck. You will regret it! You will not get a receipt for the transaction"
Cussed my mother out over the phone when she called to complain about his terrible driving. Thug cussing out a 75 year old lady. Real terrible person. Not a man a child in a man's body think he might not be right in the head.
This business is operated by a thug. Not sure how he is allowed to operate any vehicle, much less a tow truck. He tailgates, is aggressive and absolutely rude. Not to mention a rip-off from other reviewers. He ran 3 cars off the road and thows the finger. He was way out of his territory. He has been reported to our local police. Do not use this company.
My alternator died and I was stranded at the airport early on a Sunday morning. I called Taylor’s Towing and he was able to come out right away. He replaced my alternator, thoroughly explained why it died to begin with, and got me back on the road before lunchtime. Great guy and excellent service. He turned around a very stressful situation. He’s now my go to mechanic for anything my car needs.
this guy is one of the most disrespectful people I've seen today he was in Columbia md insulting a woman who was in her car we were all impressed, he got out of his truck insulting the woman and with an overly aggressive attitude he was driving like crazy
They were so helpful and called me to let me know the status of my tow. He even sent me a picture so I would know it made it to the mechanics destinations safely. I would highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed.
Towing was insanely expensive $180 to go <10 miles. Going back and forth between my insurance and the mechanic to get my car fixed was a mess, claiming they could not work on my car or release it to me until they received payment (which the insurance company already sent them confirmation of)… just a huge headache and unprofessional. Additionally, after more than 3 weeks of it being in the shop to fix my door, my door shakes when I drive my car now and I can hear it rattling which is really scary. In addition, my steering wheel locks up and it’s super tight and stiff, which it never was before I brought it here. I don’t know why they would even be touching the wheel when my damage was to the door. Don’t go here…. Find a mechanic you trust.
Maurice was unbelievable. He got to me in 30 minutes and was extremely professional. He had my car on his truck in5 min and couldn’t have been nicer. I would recommend them for anyone needing tow services
Maurice was professional, while also being warm and friendly. He was understanding and lightened a very frustrating situation for me. I definitely recommend this company and would use his service again.
The worst company to used except underwise he will repyou off and still cures u on it. It look like he need counceling. I will never recommend them to any one
Poor service. Confirmed all the details and sent a deposit. Text me back the next day saying he cant do the job. Don't put your self through the headache.
The man driving the large truck this morning is already not having a good day. He cussed me out, pushed me out of my lane and proceeded to speed down Belvedere, blaring his horn and almost hit a pedestrian.
This is unacceptable.
Driver passed multiple cars on a double line in a 50mph, then passed myself doing 50 in a 35mph. I see I am not the first one to make a similar complaint. Maybe something should be done about the driver, got his tag number though. (22669TT MARYLAND )
We were stranded on the side of the road on Easter Sunday for hours. Called several companies and nobody showed. Mr. Taylor was driving by on his way to another job and saw us stranded. He stopped just to see if we were ok and ended up helping us get back on the road.
You don’t meet many people these days that care about others but Mr. Taylor is one of them.

This tow truck from Taylor's Towing as shown on its back window was on Park Height Ave about 4:15pm on Match 20th, 2021. The driver was tailgating every car in front of him. He also was screaming to car in front of him and even half of his truck crossed the middle line separating the two directions of traffic. When he was passing me, I could see he was jumping on his seat like dancing. I could tell other drivers including myself were terrified by him. I don’t think his behavior is acceptable. It should be pretty easy to find the driver and warn him that his behavior is dangerous to people.
