I brought my matte black GT 63s AMG here the other day because I had a nail in both of my back tires, when I got my car back all the lights on my dash board came on. They put some old tires on my car and the tread was nearly gone, it was a rainy day and my car lost traction in the back tires which were the ones that were replaced. I will never be coming back here and they overpriced me.

DO BETTER ! Absolutely unacceptable. I brought my car in and somehow it left in worse condition than when it arrived. Instead of taking responsibility, management was dismissive and acted like I was the problem. If you value your car and your money, think twice before coming here.

Honestly, this was a terrible experience, when I take my nissan rogue over here, the service took way too damn long for my tires to be fixed and it was too overpriced!! don't go here if you are poor and have no patience. Never again

The team is very professional and knowledgeable. Their prices are also reasonable. I had a great experience.

The staff was great and knowledgeable. Although, I had to wait several hours for a piece they were very accommodating and keeping me in the loop.

UNSAFE AND UNPROFESSIONAL (3 day brake job, didn’t put caliper bolt back in) Made an appointment for new brake pads and rotors all the way around. Drop the car off at 11:30am. Service technician called out, they’re back up, they’re going to TRY to get to it today. 5pm they tell me they need to order the rotors, it’ll be done first thing the next day. Next day they tell me they have to order a new caliper. Should be done that day. Part out of stock, will be done the following morning. I don’t get the car back until 1pm 3 days from original start of brake job. When I DO get it back, my brake place is scraping the rotors, brake noise is incredibly loud and my the car clunks RIDICULOUSLY loud over small bumps. I take the car back, technician says he doesn’t hear anything…bring it back again to check it out. I make an appointment for 7am to have them look at it. Guess what? Another technician calls out and they’re behind now. My car doesn’t get brought in to even get LOOKED at until 1:30pm with a 7am appointment! After they checked it out they realized they FORGOT TO PUT IN A CALIPER BOLT! Horrible HORRIBLE experience. Charged me $1700 to let me drive away with a missing caliper bolt.. Will never be coming back. Stay far away from this place.

My first and last time going here. I went for a simple wheel balance .. after they finished I started to drive the car and the steering wheel was shaking and literally rumbling. The car was making so many rattles and squeaking and noises. It was shaking the whole front end. I went back to tell them to test drive it and see what I’m talking about and the guy said he doesn’t feel nothing or hear anything. He said It was perfectly fine. So I drove off again and the problem persisted. Mind you the car was fine before they did the wheel balance. Then I turn around and go right back and they tell me nothing can be done. I told them put it on the lift and check it and they said they have to close. Messed my car up again instead of fixing it.

My appointment at 11 am for 4 tire replacement and the front told me will be done in 2.5 hrs. My husband and I wait here for over 6 hrs. and my car not even done. They keep saying 15 minutes…. The guy in the front No communication and not even say apologies. This is my first time here and I am so disappointed for the front service.

Staff was patient and friendly. Explained everything we needed to know. We're more than satisfied with the service and it's a pleasure to deal with folks who genuinely seem to like the people they serve!

I just want to say how chevelle was so understanding she was so kind and very eager to help,she talked to me so kindly and she had so much going on in the store but she kept on helping everyone in the store and she never batted a lash! She was helping others on the phone and I kept asking her about my car and she was still pleasant and helpful. I could not believe that she was so chipper when not only helping me but their were 5 other ppl plus other customers coming into the store for questions. I would definitely come back with all of my car needs if she continues to work here! Thanks. So much chevelle !

The staff was very friendly and communicative throughout the entire process. The service took longer than originally estimated due to circumstances out of their control, but they were sure to give me regular updates throughout the entire process.

Came in to patch a hole without an appointment. Repair was done in a reasonable time and I was not offered unnecessary services.

Ms. Chevelle was the best, she helped us throughout the entire process and tried everything she could...eventually saving us $200!!! May not seem like much to some but that's alot when your funds are running low

to be honest this was rough. initially I called for price asked if they were busy they said no I just wanted 4 new tires cool price and an hour and a half wait...but then took 4hour I think they do quality but are overwhelmed and too many tickets at once I want to be fair they are kind and helpful but if the work is backing up say that

Lorenzo is hilarious. He had me laughing the entire time I was there. He was so knowledgeable and helped me get the best deal. The mechanic named Z was wonderful as well. Very positive environment.

I took my truck in for a wheel alignment because it puling to the right. After the work was performed it it's pulling to the right worse. Also, my steering wheel is not in the center liken it was before the alignment. It also vibrates when applying the breaks, it did not do that before the alignment. I had my oil changed, new filters the same day I brought the truck to Firestone and they recommended I get a oil change and filters.

Had to get my oil changed last minute and my tires rotated because I had to go to North Carolina. They had a good amount of cars in front of me. I talked to Muhammad explain to him I was in a bind and he accommodated me even though they were going to be closing in an hour and a half with several cars in front of me. I'm all set to hit the road tomorrow big shout out to Muhammad I really appreciate you and I'm grateful.

Scheduled appt for 3pm. Arrived early and Lorenzo at the desk told me I’d be done by 4:30. My car did not even start service until 5:30, with no communication from staff that there would be a delay. Came for 3 new tires and an alignment. Techs saw an issue w control arm and knew an alignment wouldn’t fix anything but did not alert me, the customer, and instead continued on with the alignment service. My car was not “done” until 7:45pm and even after it was done they said “you’ll need another alignment”….why ON EARTH would you do one anyway then. I was there for 4.75 hours for tires and an alignment. This site wasted my time and my money and has the worst customer service.

I wasn't sure which Firestone to select to get an oil change. I clicked on this location I saw all the good reviews for Lorenzo, that is why I chose this location. I meant Lorenzo and he was kind, professional made me feel welcome. Got me in right away. The service was excellent! He's a great member to your company! Jacqueline

I had a phenomenal service at fire stone in Catonsville, Maryland. The young lady upfront was very helpful, friendly, and advising. She had excellent customer service, it made me feel very welcome as a customer. I missplaced the business card she had provided moving too fast, but she was great and had pretty colorful braids. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was needed for my vehicle in a timely matter. Everybody was very nice actually, everybody spoke and had a friendly demeanor! Great staff at this location, ill be back for maintenance every time!

Don't go here. I spent $500 to have my power steering pump replaced for the Maryland State inspection. However, after failing the inspection, I discovered that the pump had not been replaced.
