I love this place and John & these gentlemen are top notch. I always feel like places are taking advantage of the fact that I’m a single woman. They make me feel safe & cared about. They are honest and fair and I trust them to always do great work! They even pick me up and take me home since I live so close. Such a huge help!!! They are & will always my go-to!
This is our second or third time going to Arbutus Automotive. I called on a Wednesday before a holiday weekend, and they were not only nice enough to fit us in the next day, but they were done a lot quicker than I anticipated. John, who I believe is second generation owner, is very friendly and helpful.

I usually go for tune ups and break changes I have an appointment to return on Tuesday 22nd March for break inspection and replacement and oil change I'm sure the work will be done professionally and efficiently as usual I will update after
Fast, efficient, friendly. Only thing they didn't do was give me a new window sticker for when my next oil change should be, but I will definitely make them my new mechanic.

I was looking for a place to take my car in for a oil leak. After reading reviews on Google I decided to try this place. I made a appointment they found where it was leaking from and gave me a price. Took the car back on Monday morning and by the after noon my car was ready. Will definitely be coming back for any other repair needs. I Highly recommend this place for price, and quality work.
I have been here twice now due to issues i have with a very old car that i persisitantly continue to drive despite multiple mechanical issues with it. Arbutus Automotive are very knowledgeable about what they are doing and will take time to help you the best they can. They are also very realistic and honest with their work. But they will not let you leave unless the car is in a safe working condition for you to get around and they will work around your needs.
I will never bring my cars anywhere else! It can be so hard to find a mechanic that you know you can trust, but I have no doubt that I can rely on them to give me honest prices and quality work. I have been bringing my car to them for two years now and will continue to do so for as long as we live in Maryland. if you want a friendly, reliable, efficient mechanic, look no further. Went in to get my car inspected and Arbutus Automotive delivered great service!! They even gave me a ride back to work while my car was being inspected. Same day service with no appointment. Went over the inspection to make sure I understood everything. When I took it back for a re-inspection I was in and out in 10 mins. Definitely would reccommend going here!!
