Charged us $967 to replace 3 wheel seals on my trailer. Forgot to put the drum back on one wheel. Then tried to take the wheels back off without putting a jack under the axle. I don't know if they damaged anything yet. I will not be coming back to this place again

Got my truck breakdown at night near baltimore tunnel . google them and call them .They towed the truck and fix it with in reasonable time and at reasonble price . Highly recomend

Over charged change starter change at ta truck stop charge me 1288.88 just 40 minutes job and starter normally 370 to 470 bucks but they can charge me 576 and 4 hours labour be aware this is scam

Called them and they responded with a quick tow to their yard where they assured me of a quick replacement of my mx13 turbo. The quote of $25000 and change was great comic relief. I left smoking and rattling and called Columbia Services who fixed me for about a third of that quote.

They charged me 252.39 dollars to just bypass the airbag A job that my regular mechanic would have charged about $50 dollars They have done nothing even i helped them in fixing leveling valve When I ask the dispatch guy how it takes 1.5 hours to just bypass the airbag he couldn't give a any reasonable explanation which speaks lack of accountability. i wanted to change the airbag so I took a chance with them and regret it. Am mostly mad at my self cause i could do that myself . They just hit you with the bill. There labor is 135 per hour which is top dollars so you can see how that blows up your bill that's just ridiculous. i'll never recommend this place full of thieves .

I was in a bind when my truck broke down late at night with a tight delivery deadline. Thankfully, their 24-hour service was a lifesaver. I brought my truck in around midnight, and their team was ready to help immediately. They quickly diagnosed the issue—a faulty air brake system—and got straight to work. Within a couple of hours, everything was fixed, and I was back on the road. The staff was professional, friendly, and extremely efficient. It’s hard to find such reliable service at any time of day, let alone in the middle of the night. I’ll definitely be returning for any future truck or trailer needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for fast, trustworthy, and round-the-clock service!

They charged me 650 dollars to replace a coolant hose behind the water pump on a 07 freight Columbia . A job that my regular mechanic would have charged 250 or less . They lost 6 gallons of coolant when draining the coolant out the truck and charge me for that. How hard is it to put a bucket under the radiator and collect the coolant. When I ask the dispatch guy how they lost 6 gallons he couldn't give a any reasonable explanation which speaks lack of accountability. My regular mechanic was busy so I took a chance with them and regret it. Am mostly mad at my self cause am from the area and I should have known better. Seems no one monitors the mechanics when they work on your truck so if the mechanic stretch a one hour job to 5hours the office don't ask why the job takes that long. They just hit you with the bill. There labor is 135 per hour which is top dollars so you can see how that blows up your bill if a mechanic stretch out your job which I believe happen in my case cos there no way replacing that hose took 5 hours that's just ridiculous.

Just got my air bag work done from here and I loved their work. They completed my work on time at reasonable price. Excellent work with welcoming environment for the customers.

Very pricey extra charge like crazy. He did a $300 for more than $600.No body should go there please i request you guys you will strongly regret it. It is basically committing suicide in times like this there is no money to spend on jobs like these and at shops like there before this i sent a truck to the shop for a Knox sensor he changed it for $1600.

I recently visited this place, and I must say, the employees were incredibly helpful and friendly. The service was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of truck repairs! The work is 10 on 10 .

Well there is a reason they receive the reviews they have. I was in a pinch and had to have my turbo replaced. When I make it back to pick up my truck I notice my quarter finder is all bent up. They say it’s old but it wasn’t like that when I dropped it off. (I let it slide) They broke a bolt off in my engine. And when I point it out to them it’s “let me check with my tech to see if it’s old or not” at this point I don’t trust yall to touch my truck again. But I will let others know about it. Unfortunately I still have to take my truck to my mechanic to have him fix the truck. Because it’s still feeling sluggish Yea these people are also predatory. If I’m here for a turbo replacement why are yall trying desperately to PM my truck for an extra $700 when TA will do it for $360. Just fix the problem and fight the urge to be “Scam likely” Be careful out there drivers

They due the job but the fraud is in the parts and they refuse to show price of parts and only want to accept cash or zelle $2,940 because was done in side of the road

Owners Response: I didn't get their name right. My Response: Well, I never got their name because they never introduced themselves. I got their business card. As for the other items, whoever reads this can make their own mind up. I agreed to $135 to check it over and tell me what was wrong and the cost to repair, that is it. This isn't complicated and I suppose stealing money from people isn't either. DO NOT TAKE YOUR EQUIPMENT HERE, EVER FOR ANY REASON. These people are crooked. I took my trailer over here for a look-over based on a recommendation from a friend of one of my subcontractors. I blindly trusted it, but my gut feeling was bad as soon as I walked in the office. The woman in the office is really not nice, Avtar Barring is her name, I think. She told me it was $135 to look it over. I agreed and signed a blank disclosure, told her what was wrong with the trailer, and left. Later I come to find out that it was $135 "per hour" and she was claiming that it was 2 hours between diagnosis and check-over. She called me 5x on Saturday morning to try and get me (I suppose) to allow them a 3rd hour of labor to remove the hub and figure out what kind of brake drums are on my trailer, even though I only ever thought it was a flat $135 charge. I told them no because I still had no estimate at this point, and the conversation went south QUICK. She completed everything in the center of the ticket AFTER I signed it so of course there's no way to prove my claims. They basically held my trailer hostage at this point, so I dropped everything and went to go get it. Not only did she double the charge, but then added 5% CC processing fee (not illegal but certainly rude) and illegally charged sales tax on labor (and refused not to do so) on my Credit Card. I tried to explain to her that labor is non-taxable in Maryland, but I could see she would just keep raising the price and I'd never get my trailer back. She was discussing in her native language with others in the office that she was afraid I'd dispute the charges on my CC (I will be doing so) and almost refused to take it. I have never encountered someone so nasty in my life. At the end of this, I paid $300.51 and never even got a propper estimate of the cost to repair the trailer. We will see what the BBB and Maryland Attorney General have to say about this, but in the meantime, do yourself a favor, DO NOT GO HERE.

I went into for a simple service for my 28ft box truck. They ran a diagnostic and not only did they find the fault, they also did so with unparalleled speed and accuracy. I was back on the road in two days and did not lose any business. Love these guys.

Great service, my driver broke down on I95 and called them, they fix my truck in no time & very reasonable price. I called a lot of other shops as well, and they kept telling me to wait 6-7 hours. You must call them if you need quality service!

They charge too much. Try to charge me $650 for 4 hangers for trailer door. Also l had nail in my tire and they charge me $85 to fix it. But they didn’t do it properly, they didn’t take tire of and put patch, they just did one plug. I ask couple times is that will be good enough and they convinced me that one plug is enough. After 100 miles of driving empty trailer my tire was flat and plug was all outside or tire. I went to other tire service and they did it as it suppose to be done and charge me only $57.

RUN, RUN, RUN... DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. We called this company to give a price for a glad hand replacement on an Intermodal chassis because our preferred vendor was not able to assist. We were quoted $175/hr with a 2 hour min. as well as $2.50/mile. We have this service performed daily by multiple vendors and typically this is a fairly cheap repair($150-$300), but this place charged us $1221.11 for this service. Also they charged us 4 hours and we were notified that the repairs including dispatch time was completed in 1 hour 20 minutes. When I called them out on the amount of time, they stated they would reduce to $1000, but no more than that or legal action would be taken against us...

not sure how good of a job they do but for sure make sure you get the price before they do the job. paid 750 to replace 4 hinges on trailer door. usually we pay 300 to 500. Looks like this place is looking for customers to screw and rip off who come for the first time knowing they are not coming back. ill update on the quality of the job. and the driver never said ok. and it wasnt even the driver who was supposed to give ok. i'm the one who did set up this service and they never called me asking if this is ok.

We called Truck and Trailer repair center to change tire on the trailer. They quoted us $175 per hour, 2h minimum for a road call, and on top of that they charged $85 do mount the tire. Considering that they charge for millage as well, I was under the impression that tire mound would be included in those 2h, but I guess I was wrong. We also payed $300 for used trailer tire. I believe that better deals can be found in the Baltimore area, but that's just me.

They over charged for a road call despite the fact that they didn't fix the issue on the road. They stated they needed to tow my truck back to shop to fix it and didn't tell me they were using a 3rd party tow and charged me an outrageous fee for the tow. Had my truck sitting for 3 days then told me that their computer wasn't up to date on codes at first which was why it took so long for them to get it connected to computer. Despite the fact their equipment wasn''t up to date they refused to give me any type of discount for the inconvenience. My truck is still down and I am now paying to get it towed to Freight liner which is another fee on top of having to pay them almost 2400 for nothing. Not to mention the hotel bill I have since they have had my truck for 5 days now!!! Stay way from this place, these good reviews are from their staff. It's sad that they are jeopardizing peoples lively hood for their own benefit. I proudly served this country for 12+ years and it is sad that this establishment would take advantage of hard working people.

Best service with quality care. I took my trailer for service and had to clear some drainage. The mechanic was very caring and knowledgeable about the issue I was having with my truck. They fixed the drainage problem and have me good tips for the future so I don't run into the same issue again. I will highly recommend this place and would definitely be there for the next service. This place is a joke!!! They don't even have the parts to fix anything but will invoice you for parts they don't even have. I had one of my drivers there for 2 days with them trying to fix his truck. They will send you an estimate and then an invoice that is no where close to the estimate. Invoice will be thousands of dollars more than the estimate. Would tell them to not do anymore work and they would do it anyways without approval. Do not waste your time with this company, you will be out thousands of dollars for nothing!!! Very bad news!!!! One star is rating this company better than they actually are. If I had a choice it would be a negative.
