Patrice is a wonderful woman and went above and beyond to help me out with my registration for my car. It's very unfortunate that the city of Baltimore doesn't do their work here we had to battle together against the city in order for my car to get registered because the city didn't do their due diligence by releasing the citations that I paid for the previous year. During this time of hardship and headache Patrice actually called the city on my behalf using my tag title number to help things get resolved, most importantly we both couldn't do it and I had to go downtown which is frustrating, here when you already paid something the city is not doing their work and inconveniencing your life, Patrice at no expense of her own spent hours of her own time helping me. When you come across an individual like this it's very rare in life, she sticks by her name and she does great work. In addition, she had the decency to drive to my home to drop off my registration tags. I mean come on this is real, she is real I am real and my relationship with her business is definitely real. I wish I can give her a hundred stars unfortunately Google doesn't allow such things. I'm also going to be representing her at my church, how often do you ever pay anyone in advance over the phone nowadays and time, hardly ever because people are crooks well Patrice is everything but except spectacular!

Called Ms Patrice on Friday and she informed me to all the information she needed to assist me. On the very next day (Saturday) she was able to give the exact price of what I was trying to do and our business was completed in a couple hours of which she traveled to me with everything she promised. Ms. Patrice was a 10/10! I needed tags and called her and she picked up immediately. I gave her my information and in about 2 days I got my tags, and she came to my house to drop them off.
