Worst service ever I had an appointment and the guy refused to put new ball joints on my truck because I have a lift kit on the truck he is rude and a waste of my time and yours
I found this hidden gem about 4 or 5 years ago, and will take my vehicle’s nowhere else! As a matter of fact, I just got a new(new to me…2018) SUV, and the deciding factor in what I was gonna get was if it was something they could work on(not foreign)!!! They definitely go above and beyond, and look out for their customers!! I would go nowhere else!! If you are looking for a Great Mechanic who takes pride in their work, look no further!!
I cannot recommend this place enough. Outstanding service and trustworthy employees. They are always willing to go the extra yard to make sure you are satisfied. Once again I highly recommend this place
This place was great! Went here to get a car inspected. When the car needed a repair to pass inspection the owner recommend I take it to a different repair shop that could do the work cheaper. Nice to have a place that isn't out to gouge the customer!
My grandfather, father and I have had our cars serviced at B&F since the 1960s when Merritt Brice was owner. One cold winter evening he towed our broken down 53 Ford from I-95 near Fredericksburg, VA to the shop. Marty has been cut from the same mold in terms of honesty and reliability. Nobody's perfect but B&F is real close.
I love this place! The guys are really nice and honest! I recommend them. They use top grade products so the prices aren't dirt cheap. However, prices are more affordable than Merchant's and other well advertised places. Plus prices are worth the work and care put in.
Example: Merchant's said $1500 for part + $99/hour in for labor (approx. 6hrs)= $2100
B and F says $900 total
