I entered the store grabbed a jug of anti freeze and walked up to the register where a sales associate was.. she smiled and said someone will be right with you and walked towards the door. Thats when I noticed she had her coat and purse as she was leaving. I said to her, thank you for being attentive.. you are leaving for the day and the few seconds it took to talk to me means a lot. She smiled and says thank you.. I told her I know what’s it like at the end of the day you want to leave… her name is Lachon and she presented herself as a good ambassador for Advance Auto Parts. The other sales associate, who is Maurice, thanked me for waiting as he was helping someone else. He processed the sale quickly and asked if I found everything ok. Both Lachon and Maurice were pleasant at the end of the day.

I almost bought the wrong wiper blades, but Lachon caught my mistake and made sure I had the right ones. Then, she came outside in the rain, installed them for me, and took my old ones. A true professional.

Staff at this location is very helpful. Jorelle and Maurice was very helpful with finding products and didn’t get frustrated with me when having to come in the store twice because of me picking the wrong parts. I appreciate the good customer service their team provided.

Lachon saved my day!! A bunch of warning lights came on in my car. I knew to start with the battery. She got me hooked up right away and ran a systems check to make sure. Thank you so much for making it an easy fix 🥰

I have been to a couple of locations around Baltimore. In terms of customer interaction, timeliness and desire to help the customer I have never been disappointed. I’ve always had a great experience and Jerel notably is doing great. Keep up the good work.

I recently started shopping at this location and had no problems until today when I was berated by a staff member for wearing my KN95 respirator. I live with chronic illness and was told that I would need to remove my mask, even after explaining that I have a chronic illness. This store is not a disability-friendly establishment.

The atmosphere in the store parking lot is very hostile with jack leg mechanics ! Changing oil leaving no parking space for store customers, the parking lot is littered with trash and oil stains !

If I could give this store a half star I would ... unbelievable.... Beyond unprofessional.... they treat their customers horribly... only 1 person had proper attire.. beyond profanity was being used within the establishment. The employee in training was treated terribly 😔 and wasn't provided by his coworkers. I understand why these stores are closing.. sad Sad sad 😔 HAPPY NEW YEAR

I went to the store trying to replace my battery but was unable to initially locate my receipt for my old battery. Jerel worked with me extensively to try to locate my receipt using various phone numbers that I had in their system which was unsuccessful. He then tested my battery to confirm that my battery did in fact, need to be replaced and provided me with options for purchasing a new battery. I left the store and ultimately found my receipt and returned. He worked with me to get a new battery installed and provided other suggestions on other issues that my car is experiencing. He is knowledgeable, patient and provided exceptional customer service. My experience at this store location was definitely a good one. Thanks to Jerel and his team.

Sad to say, the store is back to normal. Not greeting the customer, acting up about who gets a chance with the female customer, no sense of urgency, longer then needed wait time , the back stock is most likely out of order, management not concerned about a customer standing around for 15-minute without help . This place will always be the same at this point. After asking the manager about the waiting , he told me the guy “ is looking but stock (as I thought) was everywhere back there ”. personally felt with only 2 of a small boxed item listed in stock, yes, the guys should look but not take 15 minutes or so; they should be, after not locating the item after a few minutes , get back in front of the customer to suggest you seeing when it will be in stock again , ordering online, or maybe checking to see if a location close might have more in stock and suggest calling to put the item on hold in the customer's name so the customer can go there to get the item . That’s customer service. Having a customer wait like that is frustrating and will lose a good customer.

Wow, under “new management ” is an understatement. NEW AND VERY IMPROVED is best stated when I went into this store today . Jerel and his team are so clean , organized and friendly included the security guard. I thought I was out in Towson or somewhere. We needed this type of management at this store long ago. Just want to shout out this store Jerel and the staff behind the counter. Man I needed a coolant cap for my truck and they were the only place with one in the greater Baltimore area. They were smiling from the moment I walked in. I was actually on a phone call and they asked me if I needed help. I actually had to put them on hold to continue my call and they were just as polite as ever. Making sure I had the right part. It’s a happy environment in there. Shout out to them in there. I will be getting every car part from this place. The women are all smiling. The lady with locs and the younger taller woman with the pretty smile. Thank you 🤝🏾

Customer service sucks!!!! This store sucks!!!!! Both employees working @ the time was no help at all, some people just don't take pride in their job, it was a gentleman in the parking lot who helped me find what I needed, he actually showed more Customer service. One employee was so fast because he was working on someone's car in the parking lot didn't have enough time to do his own job. Never coming back I don't like the attitude I was given

I came here to get a starter for my vehicle. The mechanic told me I could use his account to get the part so i can get it at a discounted price. I go there and tell the dark skin skinny girl with dreads in her hair I'm here to purchase a starter for my vehicle. And I wanted to use the mechanic account. I give her the mechanic company name. And the girl started started getting smart in an aggressive nasty tone saying who.? While mugging me. I told her the name of the shop again. The white lady she walks over and says oh what's the mechanic name? Whats the mechanic number huh huh huh? I said um I don't know his number and don't know his name. Then the black girl with the dreads saying what's his name huh? What's his name mugging me like I was bummed on the streets. I said I don't know. At this point I felt like I was being ganged up on and attacked. So I told them I think he said his name was Mr. Ron. I don't know. So the black girl still mugging me and the white woman said oh I know him, now she calms down and says the reason why we ask is because it's alot of accounts under that name. So then she gives the black girl the number to look it up. And the white girl Saya oh Mr Ron sends alot of his customers here to get parts . I've stated to them I've never been treated lime this before. Yall treated me so poorly I was so disgusted with how these ladies have treated me. I will never return again. I only came to this location was because I've been to 3 different locations and they were out of stock. I do not recommend no one doing business here.

I ordered some parts for an oil change, online the night before. The app said it was ready for pick up. I get to the store the next morning. The store didn't have anything that I ordered. Oil, the oil filter, & air filter. Wasted my time and gas to get there only to cancel my order and forced to go to another store that has these things in stock. What a joke.

DONT USE THIS ADVANCE AUTO..MAURICE CLAIMS TO BE THE STORE MANAGER OF THIS LOCATION. HE IS VERY STOIC AND NOT AT ALL READY TO ASSIST CUSTOMERS- I have witnessed this twice in the store and over the phone. This individual answers the phone and mumbles something then puts customers on hold for 15-20 min at a time. See that the other reviews say the same thing. Also he is lazy! I called to see if the part ordered was delivered to store. He stated that it wasn’t and never offered an eta.. this was at 2pm just told me he doesn’t know and I can try back after 4 pm and that he can’t guarantee today. He hung up. I came into the store for a refund and was told by another manager that the part had been in since the store opened at 830am. When I came back to return my purchase and I told Maurice that it’s due to his poor service that caused me to lose my appointment with the mechanic.He just stared at me blankly showing no care AT ALL! I asked him if he would want to at least say something to me and he said that he had nothing to say. He told me that no one is perfect and that mistakes do happen sometimes. No apology was given (that would have meant a lot). So he proceeded to take 10-15 min to refund me the purchase a few hundred dollars- even asking a team member who wasn’t a manager to help him and telling me that he may have to make a call to assist him with the refund transaction. MY MONEY STILL HAS NOT REFUNDED. Nyesha I’ve experienced twice she is totally opposite of Maurice. She smiles she seems ready to assist and she also is efficient… she gives correct info and recommendations on parts! I would only suggest that she hires better staff especially if they will be holding a leadership position. The store could use some better staff ..profanity and using the N word by staff talking among themselves in the store is a poor display regardless of the area it’s in.

I'm on the phone with one of the staff at Advance Auto Parts for about 10 minutes now. The staff put me on hold. I like shopping at this location. The staff needs to know how to more friendly with their customers. Now I been on hold for 20min. If this do not resolve any problems with the staff returning to the phone. I will be going straight to the top. Not to the owner but to the BBB about their situation. I do not want to hear about thanks for being here with Advance Auto Parts. And "we" will do better next time. This is poor Business on the staff. All I wanted is to ask a question.

My shopping experience was a good one even though I was not able to find all of the items I was looking for. Both of the young ladies working the cash register was very helpful and nice. The store was fully stopped with many of your general auto supplies but because of the make and model of my particular vehicle they did not have two of the items I needed. I would visit this location again without hesitation.

Tanika C was on it!! Line was long I had an online return, she tried to look up the correct part for me while trying to get the line down. I noticed Now Hiring signs so I was a bit more patient but her attentiveness gets more credit than me. If it weren't for that my impatience would be writing a different review. 5 stars for her 4 for HR get her some help. With her as the lead the store will flourish more!!

I had purchased two break bulbs from a neighboring store. When trying to return the bulbs, because they wouldn't fit I was rudely turned away. When I asked to speak to the supervisor the associate then rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth, then replayed, "I am the supervisor." Two other associates were walking speaking rudely also. This place is supremely unprofessional. I didn't write a review the first time I ran into problem there, but this time was over the top.
