I had the absolute best experience! My father is actually a regular at this shop and when I experienced damage to my windshield he recommended I start coming here as well. As soon as I got here the owner knew who I was and immediately took care of me! I did show up with messed up blades and he took it upon himself to get me new blades the same day and install them at no charge to me . He is a very warm inviting man! Who seems to have amazing family values. The whole shop was very nice and accommodating. I would recommend anyone bring there vehicle here and be serviced you won’t be disappointed!

I called on a Thursday to get a quote and they got me scheduled the following day, even though it was a few days after the snowstorm. They were approximately $500 cheaper than S*lite, so I was a bit skeptical at first, but I decided to trust the reviews and check them out. I'm glad I did. They were very friendly and I was done in about an hour. I would definitely go back to them and recommend.

Had the front windshield on my 2019 F250 replaced recently. Excellent customer service! Excellent work! Told me the price and time frame to replace the windshield over the phone. Henry was a man of his word. Price didn’t change and neither did the time. Hopefully I won’t need them anytime soon but if I need glass service in the future it will be Auto Glass One and I will be recommending them to family and friends.

My experience with Auto Glass One was great. My rear glass window was smashed, so I got some quotes, and the Auto Glass One was extremely reasonable. Henry was very accessible by phone, and I was able to come in the very next day. Freya at the front desk was very friendly. They had my glass replaced in less than 30 minutes. The whole process was surprisingly easy. Overall, it was great service at a great price.

The owner of this establishment is so kind, so patient, just an all around amazing person. When I tell you that he is the more generous person I’ve met; that handles car repairs, I’m not exaggerating. I got my front windshield fixed. About 3 weeks later, it cracked. Thinking I would have to fuss and fight, because it happened on its own. NOPE!! The owner said bring it to me tomorrow and he will fix it…. Thinking I may have to dish out another $250.00. Nope. He handed me my keys, and said it was his pleasure…. Another brand new windshield. I love this shop. Not for the free windshield, but just the common courtesy, no argument, no blaming me, “the customer,” he was just amazing.

I highly recommend auto glass one! I called them and got an instant quote, and was there the next day. My car got broken into, so I was already feeling pretty bad about the whole situation. Henry was extremely friendly and the entire process was fast and literally stress free. They even cleaned out all the glass that was all inside my car.

Henry and all were so friendly here. My back window was smashed out, I called here to get a quote and decided to bring my car in. When I got there it only took about 20 minutes and they even cleaned out all the remaining glass left in my car. When came time to pay it was even lower than what was quoted! I highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service. Henry and team were very helpful. They took our appt the same day and let me know they would provide the service last minute. They noticed I was a little stressed with time as my daughter had not made it there with the car - there 1pm closing time was approaching. They assured me that they would wait which comforted us. I received amazing service from the team! I called on Thursday to inquire about getting my front windshield replaced. They gave me a MUCH more reasonable quote than Safelite and I decided to come in on Saturday morning. I arrived at 7:57am and was finished by 8:30am! Windshield replaced and looks amazing! I’ll definitely be using them in the future.

Fast and fairly priced service. They did a great job with my windshield replacement. They do great quality work and they stand by it to make sure you are satisfied with the replacement. They are also very responsive and professional. I would 100% recommend this place to others.

Called the day before to make sure they had the windshield I needed and check on price. Kia Forte. $380, including recalibration. Every other place wanted between $750-950. Safelite was the most expensive and they wanted me to leave the car for 3-4 hours. Went in the following day and they had it done in 30 minutes for the quoted price and with a lifetime warranty on the recalibration. Henry was the best. I tried to give them a tip and he refused. Was worth the drive from Bel Air.

Wow great service!! I called because I had a cracked windshield on my Mercedes Benz c300 which is not a common car. I needed it to be fixed urgently that day. I called many shops none of them were able to do it that day and I would need to wait 3-5 days .Once I called the shop they told me they will be able to do it that day and for bargain of a price. They installed all of the camera and sensors back to normal.They came about 2 hours later to me did an excellent job. They even vacuumed up after and made the car smell good. Very easy to deal with and get in touch with very very happy with them!!

Simply amazing customer service. Dawn called me back in record time and was very helpful in helping me get the new Wind shield that I needed. My installer, Theo was very nice and respectful ,in that I wanted to watch the process, as I had never seen it done before. He let me bug him and answered all my questions. They were so great and professional. Also sweet. I thought I left a review months ago but I guess I forgot. They even went above and beyond for another customer with payment issues- wanted to cancel and pay another way because someone else gave them the money. Never made them feel bad and that’s just really nice to see. I have a lifetime warranty and my windshield is still perfectly fine. They were super fast! Even reminded me about the other scratches on my car (probably from branches falling from storms).

Always a pleasure doing business with AGO! In the past (since 2015-2016) they’ve been able to come meet me at my location ..this time I chose to visit their shop on Harford rd.
