She treated ALL of the customers with patience, worked with us for the best discounts, answered phones, ran interference and single-handedly allayed all of our fears. I will be returning for all my car needs.

I had an excellent experience at Firestone today! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. She explained everything in detail and made it so easy for me to understand what was going on with my car. Also, gave me information about offers with the service I was receiving today and future services I may need with my car. They also took my car back quickly and made sure it was attended to right away since I needed to get to work. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location!

I would give 10 stars if I could for the exceptional service I received from the staff at Firestone on Eastern Ave., especially Mr. Evens. I had a tire blowout on the freeway in Baltimore while heading from DC to Philly for an engagement that was hard to cancel. I called ahead to make sure they had my tire and was warmly greeted by a staff member who quickly confirmed the tire was there and told me to get there safely (I was on a spare). The team quickly checked out my car but found there was a crack in the rim, making putting a new tire on impossible. Mr. Evens and his team ended up not charging me for the time they already put checking out my car and let me leave my car there while I went to Philly in a rental car. Kudos to Firestone for Mr.Evens and staff showing what exceptional customer care looks like and compassion.

Came in with a broken hood release cable and hood was stuck closed.lawrence the mechanic worked a half hour to get it open since it needed 4 quarts of oil and a lot of coolant. He did all at no charge. I thanked him profusely stateing that we were on the way to a hospice since my sister in law has only a day or two left. He was so great.

Safi was great in helping me get the service I needed. I was having a bad day as three of my tires went bad. But things got resolved. They accessed the situation and offered the best service possible with frequent updates. Nothing but good words and good service. Will be coming back

I stopped by Firestone Complete Auto Care on Eastern Avenue in Baltimore after 5:30 pm on January 28, 2025, not expecting much since it was late—but wow! The staff were incredibly friendly, calm, and professional. They quickly checked my car, booked me in on the spot, and fixed the issue immediately. No stress, no long wait—just excellent service. Highly recommend this location if you want reliable help and great customer care when you need it most! 🚗✨

I came to this Firestone after feeling vibrations post a heavy snow fall. I came after work to this location and was greeted and helped immediately. After checking in and getting a review of my vehicle they fixed my original issue, but also pointed out so other ongoing issues. They were very pleasant while explaining as well as informative. Although thy didn’t have the parts that same day, they scheduled me for next day and I came back to which they serviced my vehicle as planned. I’m very happy with the overall service. They finished earlier than I expected, and were very clear about what I should be looking out for while maintaining my vehicle. This location is not closer to my home, but I would come back just for the customer service.

David helped with an oil change for my car. The car was due for new tires and David was proactive with communication and ensuring service was complete on time. Because of David, Firestone has gained a life long customer! He is the BEST.

I made an appointment to get an oil change the next day. The next day I left work a few hours early to attend the appointment, and an hour before the appointment, Firestone called me saying they couldn't see me and that they would have to reschedule for another day. In the end, I told them to cancel it.

Beware of markup on parts. Basic parts are marked up at least 2 or 3 times the market price. Charged $1400 for two front brakes - pads, rotors, and calipers. There are so many garages in the area there is no reason to ever go back here. The staff is nice and my vehicle was fixed in one day.

Safi was able to assist very promptly and efficiently with a quick battery test and advice to follow up for a battery charge. Will be back later for standard work. Thank you!

Check-in Tech had no sense of humor, Very long wait time to get my vehicle in the bay, even with making an appointment. Happened on 3 attempts! Had to find someone to pick me up and bring me back, what a pian that is. You think you could do better than a 3 hour wait time?

This location has been helping me out since I moved to the area. They have a ton of very kind and knowledgeable specialists and technicians that do great work. Safi explained to me the results of the free check up, and gave me a list of suggestions and gave full transparency on what each result looked like and how it affected my car. She was energetic, patient and prioritized each suggestion for me to make the best decision for my car and my wallet.

What made Nate’s service truly exceptional was his patience and assistance. Specifically, Nate spent an entire afternoon helping me out, saved me hundreds of dollars on unnecessary front-end work that the other shops had suggested. He communicated clearly and again services was above average!

I was taken care of by Nate, I called originally about a complete tire replacement over the phone. He answered all of my questions and concerns. After coming in turns out my tire was patch able. 10/10 service, Nate was very professional and personable. Highly recommend this location, ask for Nate!

Store representative Safi Swaby was very helpful in explaining what work was put into the car and about any sales or rebates being applied to the purchase. She was very polite and made the whole experience easy and pleasant.

Excellent service! I received support from David and Nate with my Impala. I was able to get my vehicle road ready with tires put on, an alignment , and rear brakes. Their customer service was top tier and honest! They identified the problem with my vehicle and assisted me through the entire process with informative background on what needed to be done. I was traveling from out of town and needed a new tire. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. The manager even personally spoke with me and made sure I got the help I needed. They put my new tire on and I was up and running in no time.

Saturday hours are great. In and out before lunch. Good service. Good at explaining what was wrong and backed it up with pictures. Price was steep, but inflation isn't their fault. And they take my Tire Pros card.

Had a nail in my tire this morning, and I put on my spare. Didn't feel comfortable getting on the highway so I took it here to possibly have the tire fixed or the lug nuts tightened to spec. David at the front desk couldn't repair my tire and he explained why. He did make sure my spare was on tight free of charge! Wonderful service.

I bought 4 directional tires (can only go in 1 direction ) and had these people install, balance and do alignment. So far the only thing they got right was the alignment. I had to drop it back off for another 2 hours, because balancing was not done, car still vibrated... come to find out they had put front tires on backwards!!! Come on, you have 1 job! Get it right!!! Do not go to them! What happened to the response? It took me a minute to get receipt because website doesn't work and now the response from owner is gone. I don't know where to send receipt.
