Needed a tire replaced and this was the second spot I checked. The guy who helped me, I wish I got his name, was quick and kind. I would have paid twice as much if I stuck with the first option. I see nothing but 5 star reviews here, as it should be.

Like an independent auto shop, these guys are not up-charging for services because they know that their success depends on word-of-mouth recommendation. Like others have said, they are FAST, honest, accurate, and reliable. I diagnosed a problem with my alternator (pully bearing). They confirmed the issue, gave me a reasonable price on a replacement and had it done in less than an hour. After reading negative reviews about Baltimore Toyota dealer service, I'm thrilled with Bnh!
