Like others have said, they are FAST, honest, accurate, and reliable. I diagnosed a problem with my alternator (pully bearing). They confirmed the issue, gave me a reasonable price on a replacement and had it done in less than an hour. After reading negative reviews about Baltimore Toyota dealer service, I'm thrilled with Bnh!
