This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Bnh auto & tire services in Old Baltimore, MD earns an overall 98/100, with reviews praising fast, fair-priced service, professional mechanics, and friendly customer care. Customers report quick turnarounds (often same-day), reliable diagnostics, durable tire patches, and a useful tire selection for different budgets. Even when busy, wait times are described as reasonable. Pricing is consistently seen as honest and competitive. Complaints are rare in this set; info on yard organization or ease of finding non-tire parts is unclear, so expectations there should be set accordingly. Highly recommended.
Needed a tire replaced and this was the second spot I checked. The guy who helped me, I wish I got his name, was quick and kind. I would have paid twice as much if I stuck with the first option. I see nothing but 5 star reviews here, as it should be.
Like an independent auto shop, these guys are not up-charging for services because they know that their success depends on word-of-mouth recommendation. Like others have said, they are FAST, honest, accurate, and reliable. I diagnosed a problem with my alternator (pully bearing). They confirmed the issue, gave me a reasonable price on a replacement and had it done in less than an hour. After reading negative reviews about Baltimore Toyota dealer service, I'm thrilled with Bnh!
Best place to fix your car. I had issues with my Nissan for so long until I went to BNH auto. My car was fixed the same day . Good customer service. Will always get my car work done there.
Great Service!

Lionel is the best. He got me great tires for my RAV4 for a fraction of the price others charge.
