I dropped off some 20 inch rims with all 4 tires ,along with 2 extra tires to be mounted to my car. I come back to get them, the Guy from GMT tires Says someone broke into to his shop and stole them. He has no police report at all to show! Hes nasty with customers as well, he catches attitudes for no reason.
Needed a patch later in the night. Called, told them I was on my way. They stayed open for me and got me back on the road. True life saver. No other shop was open.
Been here twice and would definitely come here again! They were very friendly, worked fast, and the prices were so reasonable on both occasions. Glad I found this place
Was able to find the 255/55/R20 we needed after one of ours got damaged on l-895 North ramp in Brooklyn MD. Second hand tire but in excellent shape after many established dealers wanted us to wait for a day or two for a special order. We were in and out in no time. The donot tire was off, full tire installed. And we were on our way to NY. Great job and saved the day for us. Back home now with all the time we need to order a new tire
I was out of town and had a slow leak in my left front tire. I had to stop every three hours to put air in it. I stopped at a random tire place in Baltimore and they looked at it for me and determined it needed valve stem which they did not have in stock. They sent me to GMT tires. From the moment I pulled into the parking area they were awesome. Very friendly and polite and willing to help me with the valve stem issue. I highly recommend this place for your tire needs. Fantastic Business to deal with.
They were fast, had a great price, and were friendly and cordial during the entire interaction. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience (apart from not having a tire pop of course).

Very great customer service. Quick answer to my questions over the phone, guy had the tire ready for me when I arrived. Knew who I was soon as I walked it, instantly got started on my car. Average prices for new or used tires, BUT the used one I got looked fairly new & also customer service beats anything. I’d pay a little extra just because of the service I received. Left the guy a nice tip. Normally my go to tire shop would be Metro Tire on Wilkens Ave. Customer service is okay there but these guys at GMT are amazing. This is my new go to spot! Highly recommend them! Thank you for the great service.
