Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these two brothers. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and absolutely do not stand behind their work. One quoted me a price, and when I came back, the other jacked it up by $1,000. Against my better judgment, I went ahead with the job. Big mistake.
The work was sloppy and careless. The panels weren’t even aligned, and when I took it to another shop, it couldn’t pass inspection because of how poorly the job was done. I brought it back and asked them to straighten the frame. At first, they flat-out refused. Only after begging did they agree to “next week.” That was months ago. Every week since, I get the same excuse: “Come back next week.” Meanwhile, I see them sitting around with no real work going on, just stringing me along.
These guys are not only incompetent, they’re deceitful and dismissive once they’ve taken your money. I wouldn’t trust them to fix a bicycle, let alone a vehicle. Worst shop I’ve ever dealt with.
You could purchase a killer's car here. Called to report a vehicle involved in a crime. My uncle was killed in a hit and run. Was told by detective that calling local shops was ok to do. The manager of this facility refused to help and asked me not to call again. Do not buy from someone willing to fix or purchase a killer's car. Have better morals for yourself. Would never recommend this place. Youve been warned. The other 84 body shops in Baltimore have been very pleasant 5 stars and MORALLY CORRECT. You get what you pay for, and you'll never know. He doesn't give care about people, only $$$
By far the rudest manager and auto body shop in Maryland. I was calling for more information, and he hung up on me twice. People take your business elsewhere. This Is not the place you want to go for a customer service.

The people who attended to my vehicle were courteous and helpful, explaining all phases of service. My vehicle was completed in a timely fashion, and it looked amazing, and ran as good as new. I will definitely come back for any additional auto needs!
Purchased a 2010 Nissan Sentra December of 2022. Although it was a Rebuilt Salvage Vehicle it turned out to be a great purchase. Got it for Half of the price others would sell the same exact vehicle for it Runs and Drives great 👍.I was also informed that if it needed any work done to bring it back to the shop and they will take care of it . I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car or need work done on any Vehicle They are Fair,Reasonable,and Honest
I have been taken all of my cars here for over 20 something years. I used to think they were the best. Until I Purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima from Andy. Last December they put wheel barriers on the front both sides. That was $550.00. In February of this year they put Rotors in the back more money. A couple of days later I needed Brakes for the back. The Car was making these very loud sounds. They Charged me another 100.00 for those brakes. Called Andre last week. He says he will replace the back rotors and brakes again. Since he purchased a warranty with them. On Sunday this car was making those loud sounds again. Called Andre he had the nerve to tell me too take the car some where else and hung up in my ear. I wish I had never purchased this car from them. After We did a CarFax Check it was a Salvaged Vehicle. This Vehicle had Multiple Accidents from the Previous owner and was declared a total loss. Water would come in the window. The Radio and Bluetooth Rattles. The heat still don’t fully work. It only puts out heat at the top. I was getting my oil changed there. And Every time They would take it. Andre kept saying your putting too many miles on this car. I thought a car was purchased to drive.This is my 2nd Nissan I have purchased from them. 1st. One the check engine light kept coming on and wouldn’t pass the inspection until Andy would reset a button so that it could pass. That car lasted 4 years with that check engine light always being a problem. I have always given them the upmost respect. But Andre was very unprofessional and disrespectful to tell me to take this car some where else and hung up in my ear. Everyone kept saying months ago to take the car somewhere else. Well today I did. I wouldn’t recommend buying a use car from them. Go to a Dealership don’t waste your Money.

I'm in my second year of owning my first car and had a snow removal vehicle hit me on my way into the parking lot of where I work recently. Had never dealt with anything like this before so I was stressed, and Andy and his team were very helpful in making the process go as smoothly for me as possible. They got me in for an estimate the same day as the incident so I could get the claim into the damaging company ASAP, Andy helped ensure that I'd have the best financial outcome for myself in dealing with the damaging company, and got the needed parts ordered, painted, and onto my car in a great turnaround time.
I been going to them for years now. I don’t trust no one else with my vehicle. Andy is the best he works with you and try to help you out as much as possible. His whole team is awesome and always there to provide good customer care. I would recommend all my friends and family to them they won’t scam you or nothing.

The car we looked at seemed great and the price seemed fair. We were told it had been in a minor fender bender that took minimal repairs.
However, when we ran the VIN on Carfax we discovered that the car had been a total loss just 3-4 months ago and was salvaged.
If you want to get a cheap and reliable car Affordable Auto it's the way to go. I bought several cars from them for different family members. keep up the good work
