This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
From recent reviews, T&M AUTO in Old Baltimore, MD trends positive: many praise professional, honest, fast work, fair pricing, smooth financing, and reliable repairs; several note vehicles priced below competitors. However, a minority report serious issues—undisclosed accident history, a defective used tire, rude treatment, disputed repairs, and delays—so experiences can vary. Inventory variety, yard organization, and part-finding ease aren’t addressed; reviews focus on repairs and sales. Overall: 87/100. Expect friendly, efficient service but verify disclosures and test thoroughly.
I had a very disappointing experience here. I purchased a used tire that had multiple holes, which I was not properly informed about at the time of sale. The tire was plugged, but it failed almost immediately, forcing me to return the next day again. The tire was not properly inspected before sold to me, THESE PPL ARE SCAMMERS. When I purchased the owner was so tight for money he attempted to give me half my change back in coins! For whatever reason they refuse to dip tires to check holes they just use a spray bottle. I noticed these tires are being hand repaired and sold back to the public by some guy in the back that does not speak English.
A tire with multiple punctures should never have been sold in the first place, especially without clear disclosure. This put me in an unsafe situation and cost me additional time and stress.THE OWNER IS NOT A HONEST MAN!
I expected honesty and basic safety standards. Unfortunately, I didn’t get either. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.?
The team was honest, professional, and fast with the work. My car is running smoother than it has in a long time, and the price was more than fair. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers.
These guys are exceptionally professional. They did amazing work on my car. If your looking for fair pricing a d good quality work the I recommend T&M AUTO
Got the vehicle I wanted at a price that was $4000 under what other lots wanted for the same truck. Getting financed went smooth with a fair rate through Navy Federal. Will contact T&M for my next vehicle for sure!
Oumar of T&M autos is the best! He has serviced my vans for my Daycare as well as my Private SUV. I’ve always been thoroughly satisfied and recommend him to anyone else needing an auto mechanic.
We visited this dealership on 7/13 to buy a car. The salesman treated us rudely. The car we looked had been in an accident. I had the Carfax report, but the dealer never disclosed this until I asked. Avoid this dealership as it continues to be arrogant towards customers.
Great place to take your car for check up and repair. I have been bringing my cars for over 4 years. The owner and his team are friendly, they know to take their time to listen, investigate the cause of your car problem, and explain everything in an easy-to-understand language. The work done is reliable and cost friendly. I highly recommend this company.
Scammers selling lemons. BUYS BEWARE!!!! To respond to owner we are both African so no racism. After going to a real mechanic and spending an additional $650 and placing the correct size battery the car runs fine. These guys have no mechanical knowledge and will lie about doing repairs. They were supposed to replace my control module and didn’t. Just kept the car for days costing me $100. Terrible customer service. Please prove your claims of DUI as they are slander and will sue if they are not removed.
