I had an amazing experience at this Aamco location. The customer service was great and my vehicle was able to be serviced for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. I would definitely return in the future.

Dropped my car off for a transmission issue on a Friday. On the following Tuesday I was told my car would be fixed by that Friday. Friday afternoon I received a call saying they received the wrong part so I have to drop it back off again the following Monday so they can put in the right part and program it. I was told it should be ready 12pm Tuesday. Today is tuesday. I had to call them myself earlier to ask if my car was ready and told them I would pick up my car. They do not close until 5pm. I got there at 4:51 and nobody was there. Now I have to be late to work tomorrow because I cant trust that they will be there when I get off. I am NEVER taking my car there again.

Good morning I'm going to keep it cute and short this morning I must say so far so good I don't want to speak to you fast I'm going to get this business a five-star for the fact of kindness and respect and that's something I love to be around the gentleman there where we kind and respectful even though my ride was down they make sure that I still got around it was somewhat like a door to door service if you make it there they will be sure that you make it home and you can't ask for more than that when I arrived there vehicle needed life support some way somehow over the weekend it was like the took me off the ventilator and stopped all my worries my vehicle was sending me all kinds of lights and signals let it really needed help and when I got it back all that had went away it was like it needed shock trauma and for some reason the higher power led me to some great doctors because when I call this place my vehicle would not go in reverse thanks to the Baltimore city streets and their terrible potholes when am I call kept suggested to me on the phone not to worry they got me when I got there believe you and me they had me and I am a person that is hard to convince I would try them again and with that being said it is true you know what to do call Amoco they will take care of you like I said they got you and I'm rolling again shout out to Aamco on Pulaski Highway 40 East

I am extremely pleased with my service at Aamco Pulaski Hwy. Joe, the owner is highly skilled mechanic with a vast range of mechanical knowledge. He's honest, fair and reliable. This place is my go to source for questions and repairs. Top notch in the business.

I scheduled an appointment to correct a diagnosed code. I waited nearly an hour and then asked when would my car be checked. They charged $50 to diagnose and verify code given by advance auto. I chose not to have work done. My car was returned with the car shield detached and not working, nor could they fix it so that my car showed location. They did not return my call. I went back next day to retrieve my device. I have to find way to fix it. They had NO concern that my car had been broken into before previously.

My family and I have used this Aamco location for the last 15 years for any and very service needed on our vehicles. They are professional, quick, responsive, and reasonably priced for a variety of services. Any time I call there is a quick answer with a solution for next steps. It is quite tough to find a shop that is dependable, straightforward, honest, and completely fixes the issue nowadays. Aamco on Pulaski has always upheld this expectation.

Worst experience I've ever had to deal with. My daughter dropped her car off on August 16th, I got fed up and took the car back from them on November 30th. They made two calls to her during those four months to tell her car was ready only to have her show up for pick up and then tell her it was never ready. One time I called the shop on her behalf to check on the cars status and they said it was actually up on the lift as we were speaking. What they didn't know is that she drove by the shop that same morning and the car was behind the building under a tree. The Store is an absolute joke. Can't trust a word they say. I'm sure they take care of the folks they know or else they would be out of business. If you have any car issues and you've never been to this location I would highly suggest you don't go here. You'll regret every minute of it. I have nothing but regret. If for some crazy reason you do decide to take your car there anyhow, then I would suggest to make sure you take all of your personal items out of your car. Items from business and personal tool kit / roadside emergency kit were taken from the vehicle. Her vehicle was trashed. I'm sure people may read this and say oh this guy is just mad. Well you're right. I am mad. It should never take FOUR MONTHS to repair a car!

they will probably delete my review as ive noticed they’ve done to their other customers, but the worst mechanic shop i’ve experienced. had my car for 3 months with no rental or compensation for transportation! the unprofessionalism and negligence is outrageous.

The owner Joe has been my mechanic for years now. I have always had great service and he takes the time to answer all your questions. Very knowledgeable shop. I have had timing belt issues, bad head gaskets, to regular maintenance work done. Never any issues and great prices. I recommend him all the time to my friends and family. Thanks Joe!

The website states that the store was still open until 5:00 p.m. I got here at 1152 a.m. and the shop is closed. I do not see anyone and I'm still sitting here in the parking lot and it is 11:59 a.m. I am leaving. If you're not going to be open until 5:00 p.m. change your time on your website. I even called the number and no one answered. It would be great as well if you would add a message on your phone to let everyone know that you're closed. I've never been here before and and this is not a good experience. Where's the time money and gas. Hopefully you'll do something soon to correct this problem. Thank you.

Great experience check engine light came on and the mechanic Neal was very polite and helpful he was a big help with making sure my car was fixed properly.

Great service! No BS of trying to sell you something you don't need. Joe the owner is a great guy to deal with. They recently performed a coolant system pressure test and didn't charge me a dime.

Excellent service. Even when they couldn't fix my car, I still think that they did an excellent job. They were on point and precise. No waste of my time. Perfect.

Very disappointing to say the least. A 2 week wait with repeated promises to call back the next day. I was charged $95 for a diagnostic test which was never performed which shows lack of integrity. Pay for towing services only to have my vehicle blocked in, thus more expenses of being charged for a tow which could not occur due to lack of judgment. Just overall a horrible experience.

These guys are very nice and will do what they can to help you get your car fixed at a price you an afford. I really appreciate all the work they put in trying to help me with my car.

Brought my car here because my transmission was slipping a little, they checked it out and thankfully it was only a minor, inexpensive fix. You have to be nervous when it comes to getting transmission's diagnosed and trust what they tell you but thankfully this place was honest and only fixed what was needed, I would certainly recommend this place and will come again.

AAMCO transmissions on Pulaski hwy is a place I would highly recommend to get your transmission serviced or repaired. Joe the owner has a wealth of knowledge and experience and is very trustworthy. I have had my car serviced by them for over 15 years and would not trust anyone else. They are honest and fair.

This AAMCO location fixed something it didn't need to be fixed. The owner was mean and disrespectful. I don't recommend this place not even to my worst enemy. I told my bad experience to the main headquarters (Carly Cowan) and is sad to say they didn't care. Beware of Joe Prieto (owner of this location) he will suck your money up just to pay the rent. A star is too much for him. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU DID!!!!! Double A, Beep...Beep... go away. This place is going out of business.

Excellent customer service by the guy name Neal. He must be highly experience cause some dude kept calling his name about 6x in 3 minutes about a car issue. I believe he is very knowledgeable about cars.. He spoke to me on a level that i understood 100% on the issues of my car. I left my car and as promised of finish time my car was ready. Pricey but reasonable with a warranty...The lot outside looks like a mini junkyard but overall i will return if need.

I took my truck to thus place Tuesday. For a Diagnostic check. I knew something wasnt right because, it literaly took them 10 minutes The boss say its only the diffrentials & left axle. I asked ARE YOU SURE HE CHECKED EVERYTHING THAT WAS AWFULLY FAST. I TAKE IT TOO GET INSPECTED THE NEXT DAY FROM SOME WHERE ELS. Find out my break liñe, & several other issuses were going on. If you value your life PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. IM definetly making a call to the Better Business Buriel..

Broke the air box on my vehicle while "fixing" the transmission cooling lines. Also caused my check engine light to come on, which is resulting in my car burning more gas and possibly damaging other parts (i.e., catalytic converter, spark plugs, engine, etc.). Purchased a new air box, which was hundreds of dollars and have to take my car to a specialist to have them diagnose the problem that's causing the check engine light to come on. May possibly take these guys to small claims court after I figure out what else they damaged. Stay away. Will cost you more money and give you headaches.

Any time I need to entrust my car to the care of a mechanic, Aamco , Pulaski highway, is the ONLY place for me! Joe and his crew have always taken care of my auto woes on my Durango, and every car I have owned. Fair, trustworthy, efficient and always ready when promised. Thanks Joe for your commitment to Great customer service... something very rare! I will continue to return to Aamco Pulaski Highway, and to Joe, for every auto need.(hopefully that won't be often😉) .. but it's comforting to know that when in need, there is a place to go.

poor service. vehicle broken into. refusal to honor warranty. No oversight from corporate. A wild loose cannon . Maybe racist I believe. total rip off . Do not go there they killed my truck . And took all my money. Truck went to crazy rays. crooks!
