I brought my car in to get a second opinion and have my headlamps replaced, and I was greeted by the most pleasant gentleman, Keith! He was so kind and thoughtful. He was patient with explaining to me all of the services my car requires at this time. He gave me a realistic timeline on how long I would wait And when I returned to pick up my vehicle, he walked me through the estimate and gave me honest feedback about next steps AND even gave me a gift. Great customer service all around! I would highly recommend this location!

I rolled up to the shop with a flat tire and they were able to get me a new tire. Staff are polite and professional.

I had a slow leak in a front tire on my 2018 Civic. AutoStream CCC found a screw embedded in the center of the tire. They were able to remove and plug the damage with a short time! Very satisfied with their work.

Special thanks to Terrell! He was very patient, understanding and professional, working with me to make sure my car got back on the road. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of or hustled out of money. I will definitely refer my friends and family and I will be back!

I was having a horrible day. I drove to My Son school to check on him and before I got there my tire started to go flat. I drove to the nearest gas station which was auto stream care center and a gentleman there Mr. Stone helped me with no problem and charged me nothing to put my spare tire on. I really love this place 10 out of 10. I’d recommend going if you want good service they’re really friendly and helpful ❤️

Autostream is conveniently located, and does a good job fixing my car quickly. They are on the pricey side, otherwise I'd give them 5 stars.

I brought my care here in a pinch when I needed an inspection and was impressed by all of the real reviews. I so impressed with their work and communication I booked the rest of my services for the year. Everyone that works there is great, and I wanted to give a shout-out to Jeff - he is kind, hardworking, and genuinely scared about the customer, they consistently display why family owned businesses are (to me) are such a cut above the rest. Needed an oil change asap. Where I usually go did not have time to do it the same day. I was able to go in and get it done. Took about an hour total. Pricing was the similar to where I usually go with their discount. Very friendly place and I would go back again!

This autostream location is very thorough thanks to the manager there. I had gotten my state inspection done by Shon and I’m glad I did. He was very knowledgeable about everything, left nothing unchecked and even told me what I should eventually get fixed. I’ll be returning to this location if I ever need anything.

I absolutely love the service here, Jeff is super attentive and the staff is very kind and wants to get you out of there with your car super quick. I came in for an inspection and was offered a loaner car or an uber back home! I’m definitely coming back when I have car troubles haha

Jeff was knowledgeable and helpful. He even went the extra mile to ensure I had a loaner car when it was found the parts needed for my car wouldn’t be available for a few days. I was extremely satisfied with repair work performed on my vehicle by AutoStream. My first time experience from checking in my vehicle to completion was a smooth transition. I was provided with a detailed breakdown of service and cost, which was better than the dealership. Kudos to Jeff, Stone and their team for their professionalism, friendly service and teamwork! I brought my work van in for an oil change. Later that evening I found a puddle of oil under my van. I contacted the shop first thing in the morning when Russell answered my call and sent a tow truck to retrieve my vehicle and brought in for inspection. I was told the problem was a faulty oil filter. Fine. Besides being behind schedule for a few hours at work everything was fine. My only discrepancy would be I was never offered any compensation for my wasted time and efforts. Not a free or even discounted oil change. Nothing.

I had my oil change on my Hyundai 2025 Elantra with them. Jeff and his team did great job. Above that, they are super polite and friendly , no wonder they got a lot of 4+ reviews. Definitely I will book my next appointment with them and highly recommend them to others.

A friend recommended this service and I was very impressed. A dealership indicated I need some routine maintenance that would cost me thousands. AutoStream saved me money and explained in detail some items that were not immediate to address at this time. I will definitely go back to them in the future.

I went in and the gentlemen @ the desk was very friendly, he greeted me with a smile. He informed me how much it would be for my oil change and asked me was I staying or leaving. I told him I did not live to far and I went home. The communication was great, they keep me up to date with the status of my car and when it was ready, they told me to come and pick it up. When I returned, he informed me that my car was basically in good shape with a few minor upkeep and maintenance issues, but what I liked is that he was honest, did not try to sell me things that I did not need. That's exceptional to me, especially being a female customer.

We had a great experience in this location. Aside from the good news that our car passed the MSI, Jeff has been so wonderful and awesome. He answered all my questions and is very friendly. Highly recommend and the service is really great. Kudos to the person (i forgot his name) who tested/inspected our car.

Had a break in my heater hose assembly. Mr. Stone helped coordinate the tow and for the work to be done same day and even took extra time after hours to get me back on the road. I had an appointment, and these guys were on it! They got me in and out. Stone was my service advisor and he was great. He is a nice guy and provided excellent, honest and professional service. I also spoke with Jeff, also a nice guy, and he gave me some great car tips. The place is clean and organized. They did not try to sell me on things I did not need. I really feel comfortable about doing business with them again. A+
