Horrible towing company, hit my car and was entirely at fault and still refuse to take liability. Driver had no idea how to navigate road and merged with no warning. Absolute Disappointment.
Great Towing Company, they literally got my vehicle out of my alley driveway that has a stonewall right in front of it, if you are in a tight space I would definitely call them!!! They also were the cheapest of the multiple companies I called!
Had to reschedule my tow and the dispatcher was super nice and flexible about it, which I appreciated. When the driver came (I think his name was Dustin), he was easy to talk to, respectful, and just handled everything really well. Whole thing was quick, no stress. We all hope that we never need towing, but if you do...choose RIDGEWAY!!! They took the extra time to first go to my drop off location to make sure they're truck would fit so I wouldn't waste my money! I've never experienced that before... no extra charge. Pleasant, professional, affordable...love them!!

I had my car towed from my home to my car mechanic shop.They were fast and came out within 30 minutes ! I would recommend calling them anytime and recommend them to everyone that I know!!!
Nobody calls up a tow truck because they're having a GOOD day, but the folks at Ridgeway Towing made my day suck a little bit less. The details of what was wrong with my car aren't really important. What is important is that my local mechanic (whom I trust implicitly) recommended these guys and I wasn't disappointed. I had shopped around for a rate to get the car towed and Ridgeway not only came well recommended, but they were by far the cheapest.
I'm really glad I found these guys. And while I don't look forward to using their services (see aforementioned crummy day), but if I need a car towed in this area these are the only folks I'll even call.
One of the drivers with all the metal in his face, no uniform or identification for the business, looked like he was homeless,(very unprofessional looking) upon picking up my vehicle, BROKE the outside door handle and now the OWNER refuses to pay for damages to said vehicle because he doesn’t feel “responsible” for it. NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS for your own sake. They will damage vehicles and not care.
Excellent service and great prices! I called them and their evening truck driver was available almost immediately. The truck driver went above and beyond to help me get my car in my alley on the parking pad! I highly recommend them and will use them for all my towing needs in the future!
