This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Based on recent feedback, Legacy Automotive Diagnostics in Old Baltimore, MD scores 98/100. Sentiment is overwhelmingly positive: users highlight an honest, professional staff, friendly customer service, a clean shop, and repairs fixed right the first time. Prices are described as reasonable/competitive, with financing and strong parts warranties noted. Turnarounds are usually quick, though a few report slower waits when staying on-site. Overall strengths: trust, communication, reliability. Gaps: reviews don’t cover inventory variety, yard organization, or ease of finding parts.
I've been a custumer since 2018. They value their customers, the work is exceptional. They even offer financing thru snap. This is my auto mechanic family. Im never going anywhere else for service. Highly recommended Eric, Sadiki, Danielle & crew are the absolute best ??
Just moved here from ny and I was searching for a good mechanic and I found one they are very reliable with there prices and reasonable they gain a new customer and I recommend anyone to go there thank you to the owner very honest man see you soon thank you for your service
Just moved to the Baltimore area and was so sorry to leave my trusted mechanic in my old home. But they recommended Legacy based on their membership in the same service network, and I am SO GLAD! I've been to them twice now for annoying things related to my Subaru. Each time they got me right in, identified the problem right away, and got me on my way. Friendly, efficient, reasonable. Truly relieved to have my new mechanic!
I went for an ignition repair and met a couple of great people in Erick and Danielle. They let me watch TV while I waited for my van to finish and the shop and waiting area were very clean. Erick told me about his automotive background, he has some unique experience and expertise so I would recommend getting to know this shop, my van is starting up beautiful since the new ignition! Thanks!
Arguably the best shop in Baltimore. Black owned and operated, efficient, competitive prices. I drive all the way up from PG county to bring all three of my cars here for service.
They also have a program where the parts come with an excellent warranty where you can receive your repairs at other locations if you are not around the shop.
Big Company type of service and parts. Thanks guys.
These guys made me feel like family! And was very honest (and we all know how important that is when dealing with you vehicles). And not to mention how great the wrench bending mechanic (Eric) that's their !!!! Made it all worth it. Thx for everything Eric??????
Fast and Friendly Service and Affordable. I appreciated that they were able to let me know all the things that were wrong with my vehicle and work on the most important to the least important jobs to get my car back to running properly.
My car was in terrible condition. The mechanics at legacy Jumped on my car and whipped it back into shape and the price was affordable. The main thing that caught my attention was the customer service; I felt like my old friends were fixing my car..............thanks LEGACY
