Debris everywhere so be careful trailers parked on the street make it hard to back into the one dock that they have available. Take your time don’t rush. I had to do a Blind side backing also watch how you come up on the scale
Employees were super cool. If it’s your first time there don’t waste time walking around, just pull your truck onto the scale and there is an employee in there who will help you out. Docks are very tight, take it slow, and don’t rush. Trash and debris are everywhere there so wear boots, long pants, and take a shower after lmfao.
As a trucker you need to get to this place between 7am to 3pm cause they are trying to get home tell the broker or dispatcher that they will be shutting down around 4:30 cause the guy was frustrated cause the broker are sending us at the time they close so make sure cause he said this is his last time staying over and he the only here without help and the phone number that’s under there website it’s not there’s.
Docks on narrow street full of other trailers with a concrete block in the way of the only open dock. I know this is a recycling facility, but the whole yard is covered in trash and debris. Wasps making a nest in the awning above check-in.
I text meaasage with the picture to this company to confirm the load of paper to drop at this place. When l get they rejected my load. It is really bad experience with this company. Bad service and bad communication. They really don't care about saving environment. They tod me to go to the dump. Not recommend to use their service.
Thais place it a dumb. To get there it’s lot of road restrictions so look out. When you get there no signs of what is what and where to go, and they decide to give you load or not (brokers have no power). So stay away from this place, don’t waste your time.
Right now I'm waiting in the lobby of this place. I've been here for about 20 mins and no one has came to give the me full wait of my truck. I called the number provided via Internet and they pretty much hung up on me during mid-convo.
Walked up, asked if they recycled (for free) and they let me bring my boxes of records in, watch the giant machine shred! Great option. Beats the $60 minimum the place near them wanted!
