Incompetent ,so-called mechanics. Took a part off my vehicle without making sure he had the right part. Then they tried to make me pay to put the part back on. No only that they damaged the steering unit. His brother shop is better. They fit everything.

I was devastated as my new used car that I hadn't had for a month needed a transmission. The 1st place I took it to scared me into thinking the car was undrivable and needed to be parked. That's when I took it to Haris Auto Center, Mani was so professional, helpful and put my mind at ease. He advised that I could drive my car until the part came in. I have a special needs son and really need my car to get him to his school that's in another county. Mani handled all the warranty paperwork and correspondence. I even had some maintenance work done while he had the car for a fair price. He made the process easy and let me know what to expect. I truly thank my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for Haris Auto Center. I'm back on road with a smile on my face ?

A1 service, affordable prices, i took my car to 3 different shops and someone recommend haris auto and i love the work they did on my car new brakes , headlight bulbs change "I would highly recommend hairs auto" for their good service.

Mani took very good care of me. My car broke down and he did not hesitate to get me back up and running. I am so pleased with my service

The diagnostic was wrong, they charged me for things that i should have not been charged for,they did work they should have not done and it ended up costing me a lot of money and my car is still not running properly. I will NEVER let them touch another vehicle of mines

Thanks Manny for the repairs on my 2007 accord. That box of scrap was giving me lots of trouble, but after u fixed it I've had no more issues for the past 8 months!! Thanks a lot Manny the Man ?

Let’s be real, I don’t write false reviews ! I recently had my truck fixed at Haris Auto Center and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. Not only did they replace my brakes and rotors, but they went above and beyond by taking care of other necessary repairs. The staff and especially the owner himself at Haris Auto Center truly care about their customers and their safety on the road. They treated me like family and made sure I was satisfied with their work. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for any repairs or maintenance. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Absolutely Horrible!!! I did not want to even give a star. I will NEVER go to Haris again. Took my car back three times and still the same problem. The secretary called me a " trouble maker" because I was not happy about my car still not working properly.... (weird) especially since it was NOT a free service. Mani you did me dirty. Will never recommend to anyone.

I wish I could give out 0 stars because this wanna be mechanic shop sucks. They caused other damage while supposedly repairing the car. They put the parts on improperly and caused other cosmetic damage. They do not take accountability when they damage something and simply say call the insurance company and we'll fix it Meanwhile they're the ones who caused the damage. Take heed, I wish did... How

Haris Auto center is a place to be serviced are A1 plus and good inspection center for vehicles.. manager Mani is a nice man and ready to work with you to put smile on your face!! If you still waiting ur time and energy else where please try This place for peace and great Price!!!

Very professional staff..very timely...I've been to the shop a few times they haven't disappointed me so far..Manny and the lady at the front desk ? awesome..she thought me so much about taking care of a cat (I want to adopt one) overall they are amazing even the cat lol..will recommend

HORRIBLE!!!!! Never ever use them for anything! Not even to change a tire! Believe the 1 star ratings. They don't know what they are doing. Please heed the warning!!! There is no way that the 5 star ratings are real. Everyone that I've talked to about this mechanic has had the same horrible results. Unfortunately, I didn't find out until after pouring more than $3,000 into a car repair that they did incorrectly and other items that did not need to be fixed.

They got my Tahoe back to her former glory replaced the brake and gas lines, fuel pump m,and calipers. Highly recommended

They have been my garage since I moved to Baltimore. They keep my car running while being honest with me about what it needs.

I come here to to get my oil changes for a few years now and haven't had a issue with having questions answered or wait time but I'm sure that's because I go when it's not busy. Even though it was noisy when I went one time, it still was only a hour wait or less. The waiting area is small and comfortable. The Shopping center Is across the street to get shopping done while u wait and places to eat....

In & out! Duplicated old brake lines I needed in less than 1hr for cheap! All other shops wanted a fortune! (and several days) These guys are amazing!

PLEASE DO NOT EVER USED THEM FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE I'm taking them to small claims court. I went for engine work, they told me they got us a refurbished engine but then once problems began occurring again less than a week(*not including the problems it had starting up when we came to pick it up) they said that it actually was a used engine from a junkyard. They forced us to change the water pump because they said they couldn't put a bad water pump on a "new" engine but once the starter on the car went up in less than a week(*still under 30 day warranty) we were told that the starter was not included in the warranty because "it's not included a part of the engine." We paid over a few thousand dollars for a engine and engine work for the car to stop working in less than a week and for them to say we can bring it back for them to work on it for about another $400. They put a completely different engine in my car which was smaller than they original. The car's oil change light came on as soon as we drove it off the lot. It was a lot still going on with my car when I got it back for them to have had held it hostage for 3 months for a ransom of around $4000. We were refered by a friend of the company but still ended up with the short end of the stick. PLEASE DO NOT EVER USED THEM FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE

I went there to have my car inspected to drive for UBER. My driver's side mirror had been broken off when I first bought my car. I have a small mirror glued there so i can still see. The owner went above n beyond searching eBay n the internet trying to help me find a mirror for my car. Very friendly n clean. I would definitely recommend them to anyone to have your car repaired. Honest people.
