Scheduled a tow through a third party. The driver arrived at the pickup point and called, but I missed it. I called back within three minutes and was told the driver already left. When I asked what my options were, the representative was rude and hung up on me. Very disappointing experience—won’t be using this company again.

Very professional. Clean truck, very knowledgeable on safety of your vehicle. Even took pictures when they delivered the car. With service like that they could charge alot more. The only choice for all your towing needs even long distance towing.

I’ve never experienced anything like this. After Windsor Towing took my vehicle, an employee was caught on camera going through my trunk and stealing my son’s entire PS5 system and $489 in cash. I filed a police report the same day. The officer recovered the PS5, with finger prints on the ps5 but the money and controller were gone. This has caused me so much stress and frustration. No one should have to worry about their belongings being stolen after a tow.

Once Windsor picked up the job from the roadside assistance company they showed up in a very reasonable time, exactly as estimated. Driver had me out of the parking garage and at the dealership in good time. Unfortunately, not sure of the driver's name.

Windsor Towing was very responsive. They were on the phone responding to my insurance company’s request within seconds and were to me within 45 min on a Friday night The driver was friendly and courteous and had me on the road within 15 minutes after arrival. I would recommend them highly.

The drivers come on time and carefully load your vehicle. I was very pleased. Make sure they take all their belongings when they leave. My driver left his gloves in my car. Auto Nation Collision has them I guess. Either way, I recommend this company for towing needs.

This was exceptional service. I filled out the information online upon hitting submit. The tow driver was calling me within minutes. The tow driver was very pleasant and took no time in correcting the situation. The vehicle was towed to the destination immediately. shout out to the tow driver!

Gave them a call and they said they’d be right there but didn’t show for over 30 minutes when they are located close by to my towing location. Then, I was on the phone with the lady for payment for over 35 minutes but I don’t think she knew how to properly do it because I had to repeat myself many times. I also want to preface that my towing location and drop off aren’t too far and I was charged over 190$ which is a lot compared to other companies. During the first phone call, I provided my name spelled out and my correct car information. However, on the receipt, my name is spelled wrong and my vehicle information was incorrect. I need the receipt for insurance purposes but since she input the wrong information, I cannot submit that receipt. I called on a weekday and she told me to call back from 8-4. Called again, didn’t pick up. Now it’s Saturday and I have to wait until Monday. This happened two weeks ago and I still haven’t had it resolved. All I need is a corrected copy of my receipt.

few weeks ago, my car was towed. About two weeks later, I received a notice in the mail. However, the letter did not include the required information, such as the location of my vehicle or a phone number to contact. Because of this lack of information, I had to call several towing companies, trying to find out who had possession of my vehicle. When I finally reached the company responsible, the person who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional. They were rude, screamed at me, and then hung up without providing any assistance. According to Maryland law, I have the right to receive accurate and timely information regarding the location of my towed vehicle. This company not only failed to provide the required details in writing, but also denied me the information when I called and treated me with hostility. This behavior is unacceptable and a violation of consumer rights. I am filing this complaint to request that your office investigate this company’s conduct. I also request that appropriate enforcement action be taken to ensure compliance with state regulations and to prevent this type of mistreatment of other consumers in the future.

My experience with Windsor Towing was great. There was no long wait for the truck to arrive. Tow truck driver Tyshawn was friendly and professional. He lifted my car up off the ground with his truck and towed it safely to the destination. I highly recommend this tow company. They will not leave you stranded.

The guy that came out to give me a jump start knew where to look and what to do. He was very pleasant and kind as well. Thank you :)

The driver of the tow truck went out of his way to find someone who would install a battery for me at almost 9pm, and had to drive to two different places to find the place where they were willing. He was very friendly and helpful and he should get a raise!

They were really good. My power steering malfunction alert went off and so I was stuck on a narrow dark street in a random neighborhood at night. Scary. I’m so grateful. The driver arrived quickly and he went above and beyond to be helpful. He was super courteous and even checked under the hood to see if I’d run out of power steering fluid. My cousin met me there and we followed him to my drop off location. He was super mindful of the neighbors and their parked cars. He shared some of his thoughts about the car issue, and left quietly. I’ll definitely use their services again if ever needed.

Blew a tire out on my way from work, struggled so much to get any tire repair service. Finally got put in touch with Windsor Towing at some point, they sent Tyrone out to pick up myself along with my car. Tyrone got to me in a VERY acceptable amount of time. Although there was a slight kerfuffle with the insurance call, Tyrone made it his mission to take care of me and my car and gets us safely to a tire shop where I could have my wheel/tire repaired. Tyrone was awesome, and certainly helped turn my terrible afternoon into a better one! Definitely go with these guys if you need a tow, if you're lucky enough to get Tyrone you won't be disappointed!

My guy was great, apologetic for me having to wait. Tried a few options to get me going. He even called when he dropped my car to share he did see the warning lights when he dropped the car.

I believe my tow truck drivers name was Larry. He was very kind and very personable. Super professional and did his job efficiently. He made sure I was comfortable and that my car was taken care of. 10/10!!

The driver and the dispatcher was so great. They both went above and beyond there duty to help me. My battery died and my emergency brake was on. The tow truck driver I'm sorry I didn't get his name. G He tried to give me a hot shot first that didn't work so he had to use the pulley and pull it up on his tow truck bed. He was so kind and helpful. He got my car to the dealership and he made sure to take his time when getting my car down. I will use this company simply because they will make sure to help you any way they can and take there time to help you without rushing through any steps. Thank you so much for your help.

The gentleman that came was very efficient, professional & pleasant. He went above & beyond making sure everything was good. My situation was a little challenging . However, he was patient & took great care of my car. The dispatcher was the same. If I ever need another tow, I really hope I get them again.

Let’s be clear this rating is for the driver because when he did finally arrive he did an amazingly outstanding job. He was very knowledgeable and was very fast and efficient. The company itself has a horrible communication problem, while I do understand things happen and that accidents happen and that we get busy, however, communication is key. Other than that the driver and my insurance company did an amazing job.

Great experience in the midst of a horrible situation. From the towers, to the front desk customer service. They were friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. Thank you for helping me out during a bad situation. I appreciate it.
