They were really good! I got a couple of calls to verify information, and the tow truck driver himself was very communicative. I really appreciate the service!

Great service , very professional and knowledgeable tow operator . Preston was first and foremost concerned for my safety after my car slid into the median on rt .70 during morning rush hour . He notified State troopers to help shut down the lane ( no shoulder ) so he could wench my car out of a precarious spot . The mud was like quicksand but , he patiently made sure everything was safely attached and slowly but surely my car was extracted from the bog. He once again checked on my safety , I assured him I was fine and he retrieved all the hazard gear off the road , made sure my car was drivable ( it was ) and waved and wished me a good day . I can’t say anything more than , excellent service and professional. The traffic around us was terrible , heavy rain and he was focused , safety conscious and friendly. Thanks dude , I appreciate you . I don’t wish a mishap for anyones vehicle but , if that happens Priority Towing is the one to call . I recommend them without hesitation . From the initial phone contact to me drivung off into my Friday , they were first class all the way

The man who arrived to change my tire was so incredibly friendly and helpful! The woman who called to confirm everything was just as nice. Everything was done efficiently and professionally. Would highly recommend their services.

I had a flat tire. The agent on the phone suggested that the driver take me to a 24 hour repair shop instead of the long distance tow. GREAT JOB!!

I had to call for a tow, and the driver who came out was absolutely excellent. He was professional, courteous, and efficient from start to finish. He explained everything clearly and handled my vehicle with care. What could have been a stressful experience turned out to be smooth and reassuring because of his professionalism. Tow through Geico roadside emergency service called at noon estimate tow arrival at 2:06. arrived at 5:45 almost four hours after the estimate and six hours after the initial call. I did call and a very mean lady at the tow company gave me the definitive of an estimate even though she was two hours behind the estimate at that point. The nice lady then threaten to cancel the tow entirely even though we were four hours in at that point. I’m not sure if Geico and the tow company could do a worse job maybe next time they can send someone to slash my tires

The young lady that helped me was the best agent I’ve ever had helped me. She kept me calm, relax and had me laughing although it took from 11 to 230. She kept checking on me and make sure I was in good standards and well and a good location I want to thank her thank our manager if I haven’t heard on his staff, you need more employees like that young lady Miss Brandon I think her name was. I’m not sure but she was a lovely lady again thank you.

They were quick to get ahold of, and sent someone as soon as I placed the call. I was told assistance would arrive in 30 minutes and they were right on the dot (impressive, considering Baltimore traffic). Very responsive, helpful & kind. They provided options for me as I wasn’t sure if I needed battery assistance or a tow. Would definitely call again in an emergency.

Both Raven from dispatch and my tow driver were amazing!! Raven went above and beyond to help me out and my driver (do not recall his name) was extremely professional. The customer service of each individual I spoke with and dealt with was great. We did a Long Distance haul and ride along < 1hr. The vehicle load up and unload was good and precise; and the truck itself was clean, well-maintained and clean.

I will save you the reading - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Here is my experience - I waited 90 minutes for the tow truck when I was told that it would be 60 minutes. Alright it’s night time, it’s raining I can be understanding. The tow truck driver asked if they could back my car up so that it would be easier to get the car on the bed of the truck. They backed my car up while leaving the driver side door open and ran into a street sign. This caused damage to my door so severe the door will not close. The tow truck driver then tried to repeatedly “snap” the bottom paneling back in place claiming that would fix the situation. The door is not aligned properly by at least an inch and it is clipping the panel of the back door. After I repeated told them to stop touching my car they told me the number to call the office. While on the phone with the office/dispatcher they told me I needed to call back the next day to speak to a supervisor. When I called back the next day and spoke to the supervisor, that person told me I needed to speak to another person. At this point I have spoken to three different associates and NONE of them want to help resolve this. They claim their trucks “have cameras all over them” but won’t share the footage or even tell me how long the footage is saved for. A tow company is supposed to help you not make your situation worse. Do NOT call this company.

The gentleman that picked me up was super kind and very helpful. I recommended I call the car place to make sure they would have what's needed. Thank God he did. The auto shop had what I needed, but they could not do it because they did not have anyone at work...and the guy at the shop was rude and unhelpful. My tow driver checked the miles, the distance and we were able to take it much closer to home and within my insurance company radius. Thank you for taking the time for what felt stressful and getting us safely to our destination. Best

Great service. Fast and reasonably priced. They had our car towed to the repair shop with no issues whatsoever, and were able to pick up the car without us having to be present (allowing us to go and get a rental car, so we could be back on the road in no time). All around a very easy and smooth experience, and would definitely recommend.

Calling was easy and was quoted a price upfront. Quick service, friendly drivers, took care of my car. Offered to wait until my ride got there which wasn’t long at all. Definitely will use them again if needed and let others know. Great job!!

They were great, and both dispatch and the driver were super friendly. My insurance company dispatched them to get my car that was in an accident from the tow yard so I wouldn’t have to keep paying the stowage fee. It was late enough in the day and the yard didn’t do after hour pickups, I was worried they wouldn’t make it before close; however, Priority Towing took steps and went out of their way to ensure they were able to pick up before the yard closed so I wouldn’t have to pay another night. I’m super grateful. Not all companies try that hard when it’s an insurance dispatch.
