Outstanding customer service. Spent time with one member on the phone about my needs and a few days later drove up from the DC area and was in & out in 15 min. They even put all three batteries, I purchased, in my car for me.

Top notch customer service. They are EXPERTS in their field. If you want to go get a battery at a place where they sell brake fluid and wiper fluid, that’s on you. If you want the BEST in batteries for every mobility need, these are your people. Family business, they don’t advertise so you don’t pay for it. Loyal customer for 20 years. Had a great experience! I was in and out in about 15 minutes. They tested my battery and tried to charge it before replacing it. Their pricing was better than autozone when I compared.

Excellent all around. Service was fast and exceptionally friendly. Prices were competitive or better than anywhere else I searched. The tech was very thorough cleaning the terminals and applying a protectant. In and out in less than 20 mins. Look no further for automotive battery needs!

Don’t waste your time… they play games when it comes too replacing your battery under warranty… you’re better off going to Advance Auto in less hassle Had the battery check by a Mechanic and he told me within minutes it was a bad battery talk it to Advance to double check and they hook it to their machine and told me the same thing took it back too best and they told me they had to keep it overnight and to check it.. came back the next day.. check for them to tell me it was a bad battery… they are supposedly a battery expert..lol

One of the worst Battery companies you can buy from, to add insult to injuries they won't honor their receipt.. They'll do their best to convince you by saying " it'll take 2-3 Days before they can charge their own messed up battery forcing you to get another worthless/useless Battery from then after paying out of Pocket.... Stay away from this company they're Bad News ...

Just went to Best Battery Co for the first time, and everything exceeded my expectations! Everyone was incredibly friendly - while they service beyond Baltimore, you can tell they really care about the neighborhood and community. I was in and out in 20 minutes, and everything was so reasonably priced!

I needed a new battery and had been meaning to bring it to these folks, but needed my car. Little did I know that the whole transaction would take 30 minutes. I thought I'd have to drop it off and come back for it. When I got there, I told the guy at the window I needed a battery, and he said "Well that's good, cause we got those." A tremendous experience from start to finish. The whole place feels like a real family. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee and the battery is located under the front passenger seat. Derek even thanked me for the challenge. He told me "Thanks for letting me learn something. Next time we'll be quicker." I would recommend this place all day long.

I was recommended to go to this place when my car wouldn’t start. I pulled in at about 1030, got an estimate for a new battery, was serviced by Derrick who walked me through the process and explained everything in depth, and was out by 11! This place is the best, would recommend to anyone needing a new battery or alternator.

I always get intimidated by auto shops but not this place!!! They're so friendly and helpful. Quick, too! I was in and out in 20 minutes. They don't take appointments, just show up before 3 and they'll help you out. Glad to have this place in my neighborhood.

I am so thankful for this place. My car battery died unexpectedly, and I didn't have the money at that very moment to get a brand new one. After going through hell and highwater getting quotes for batteries, and trying to get my old one charged, I finally came across Best Battery online. I was so happy to hear that they had a refurbished battery for my Nissan Altima, so I ended up paying over less than half of what I would have paid for brand new battery. The refurbished batteries come with a 90 day guarantee/warranty, and was also reassured by the mechanic that put my battery in, that my battery was just as a good as a brand new one, and that I made a great purchase. Fast, friendly, affordable, and reliable.

These guys are amazing. Very clean facilities and very knowledgeable techs and they always seem to have the best battery for the application in stock. Do not go to a gas station or parts shop to get your replacement battery. Go to a company that only does batteries not just for a better price but their knowledge of charging systems and connection parts. Was the best experience for just what we needed. Winter is coming, check or replace your battery before it becomes an issue.

If you want a good batteries, don’t go to their shop. After reading their reviews, I bought 16 batteries for two of my trucks in October 2021. These batteries had 2 year warranty on it. After 5-6 months, they start giving my driver issues like dying within 1-2 days on engine shut off. After month or so of that trouble, went back to them with all the batteries for replacement under warranty & their technician told me it must be your alternator fault that these batteries gone bad lol ( what a joke) . Because I got my alternators checked for both truck from Freightliner shop & they said alternators are in good condition & working as they suppose to. This technician was telling me we can’t replace them under warranty but we will give you 5 percent discount on new ones. I left their facility & got 16 batteries from Peterbilt shop & they are better quality & reasonable price compared to Best Battery’ batteries. Peterbilt shop batteries are running smoothly since I have installed them. Horrible experience overall! Hopefully this review will help other people to save their money & time & get quality batteries & service somewhere else!

The quality and prices beat any competitor, customer service was fast with an excellent communication. I will recommend this company for any customer or company looking for a battery , starter, alternator, or other electrical component. Thank you very much.

These guys are THE BEST!!! In and out in less than 15 minutes. The technician explained everything thoroughly and showed me on his test gauge the indication that my battery needed to be replaced. Much cheaper compared to the local repair shop by ($50+!!!). I will recommend these guys to everyone in the Baltimore area! See you all again in 4-5 years :)

I found them on google reviews and seemed like a good place to try for an alternator rebuild i needed. They were courteous , friendly and answered all the questions i had at the time. I was able to get a rebuild from 100amp to 200amp. Their prices were fair i think and the turn around was 1 business day (due to ordering parts). So far after a week of use the alternator is performing as expected. edit: 9/10/21 , i am a returning customer, for another alternator rebuild (not the first one, as that is still working, but a spare). This time I asked for the 120A rebuild from the original 100A. Staff was courteous , knowledgable and the turn around was roughly 2 business days. Extremely happy with the service. 5/5 stars

Excellent customer service. These guys squeezed me in on a Monday right before closing, and were extremely friendly and helpful. Price and warranty were good as well. Highly recommend if you're in the fells point/canton area.

So thankful I came here instead of PepBoys/AutoZone!!! My battery was old dead (2 jumps in 3 days, and 5 years old). The big chain stores were quoting $180 for a new battery, plus a potential wait of an hour or more. These fine fellas got me in right away, had me in and amount the door in about 10 minutes, and we're $70 less than the chain stores, with the battery still being brand new and guaranteed for 3 years! The tech who helped me out was a pleasure to chat with while he worked--he found rat droppings in the battery compartment (GROSS, but city living--what do ya do?). He was so nice about it, and even offered a couple suggestions of things to try to keep them out (luckily, it looks like they're just hanging out in there, but not chewing the wires, knock on wood). Extremely pleased and happy to have this place, so close by!

Wow. I had my car towed to this place because the reviews online were so great, and they didn’t disappoint. My electrical problem turned out to be a very easy fix. They offered me coffee as soon as I walked in, I was there for less than 20 minutes, they were very friendly, and all they charged me for was the (very cheap) part. As long as I live in the Baltimore area I’ll never bring my car anywhere else for electrical issues.

I tend to only write bad reviews lately so I wanted to highlight the visit I made at Best Battery Co. Battery died this morning and this shop was the closest to my house. The sales manager took the time to explain what was the likeliest scenario for my problem after I explained it to him. He even talked me out of buying things I didn't need, which was so refreshing given the stereotype of auto care reps. To wrap it up, based on his advice and the new battery, everything worked out great. Kudos!

Steve and Bruce went above and beyond to help me out today. A friend recommended them and I called to inquire about a new battery for my rare-ish small car. They didn't have it in stock but ordered it for the next day. I planned on getting a jump from a friend and driving to them, but my battery was dead-dead and wouldn't start. I called to explain and ask if they had a tow service and because I was local, Steve came out to me and replaced the battery in a snap! He was so friendly and let me know that the battery has 3 year warranty, and I can call with any issues. Thanks for making this easy!

If you have an older car, or a car with a difficult to find alternator, starter, or generator this is one of the few places that can actually diagnose and repair it correctly THE FIRST TIME. . The dealerships said the part was no longer available. This time they repaired the alternator of my 32 year old Toyota (just barely broken in) and sent me on my way. Easy stuff they do as well. A professional experienced staff who knows, not guesses. I will shortly have them repair the starter on my medium duty truck. I will receive the same quality service I have been receiving from them for 40 years.

My boyfriend and I just moved down to Baltimore and had a difficult time finding an auto service that we trusted and finally found it here at best battery! They took the time to make our experience wonderful! They had fair prices and wonderful customer service we will definitely be going back!

Everyone at Best Battery was so helpful. I had batteries replaced in my scooter and the casing was hard to lift up but with several guys trying to get it off they did it. I will go back when I need batteries again. Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable. KUDOS!

Everything has now been resolved, thanks to the team members at Best Battery Co, that have kindly replaced an out of warranty battery after some misunderstanding on my part. I will be able to get my old car back on the road after it was found that my battery connection was damaged by other businesses that offered free battery charging services. Thanks you again for helping me as I'm really a busy person and while I had no bad intentions; did not take the time to read more about the warranty limitations. I would never expect this willingness to help a customer with great service anywhere else and I have gained a great respect for Best Buy Company.

My battery died in snowzilla, and it was my fault--left an interior light on. I was referred to Best Battery, and for $10 they charged my battery. But, they didn't just do that--they made sure my car was safe to drive, and that I wouldn't get stuck. Very professional, very caring. Will recommend to everyone!

I had to take our company box truck to have the battery checked. I was struck by how eager everyone is to please; the staff really make this the best experience they can. They're focused on work, but they're also happy to chat with customers. While I was waiting for my battery to be tested, I noticed the people walking in and out were quite content to be there and many seemed to be long time customers. The staff knew the name of almost everyone who walked in and greeted them quickly and in a friendly manner. It turned out that I did not need a new battery - just had to charge the existing one. I will always purchase my vehicle batteries at Best Battery.
