Employees were friendly and welcoming. One of them didnt understand what I was trying to explain, but he quickly recommended me to a more know employee, which I highly appreciated. Will come back again, this establishment is WAY better than Advance Auto, or Auto Zone by far.

Of course for all your auto needs. Courteous staff and friendly help.

Before arriving at this location, I called to confirm that the order I was scheduled to pick up—placed through another branch—was correct. During this call, I was met with an extremely unprofessional and hostile response from an employee named Tom, who began yelling at me without any justification. I am deeply concerned by the way I was spoken to. I do not know whether this behavior was motivated by bias related to my race, sexuality, or any other personal characteristic, but the level of aggression was completely unacceptable. As a result of this experience, I not only decided to leave this review, but I have also contacted corporate to file a formal complaint. Furthermore, I reached out to my delivery company to cancel the order, as I did not feel comfortable continuing with the pickup under these circumstances. They will be pausing all deliveries from this company for the next two weeks This incident raises serious concerns about the professionalism and conduct of the staff at this location.

Napa at this location is great. The employees are very professional. The manager does everything he can to get the parts for you.

Website says they open at 7am, google maps says they open at 8am. Here I am fri @ 8:08am and the door is locked and the sign says closed. Service is slow, used to have good prices but cant get to the register to tell you if they still do. Guess I'm going to autozone, there open when they say they are. (I been in the parking lot writing this review and there still not open, 8:15, not open)

The book I could write about this location, the other night I was having car troubles and had to hitch a ride here to get the part I needed, I get back & as I'm on the side of the road with my girlfriend in the truck while it's on the jack the back trying to fix this thing, I realize it's the wrong part. Look at the time and they closed in 5 minutes, The general manager went above and beyond to make sure I got the right part, and yes he did wait for me to get there. Words can't describe how thankful I am. Customer service done right!!!! Give this man a months vacation,Paid! And a raise!!!

This place is amazing when it comes to customer service. I had to make several trips due to issues I was having but they immediately accommodated me and assisted in finding right parts. Would definitely recommend as well as go again.

Didnt have part that online said was in stock but they found the part at another store and had them put their hands on it before they sent us over to get it. Very friendly and helpful

I looked online at 2 competitors prices, and then called. The brake pads were in stock and cheaper by $10

This location always is helpful and usually has all items in stock. Their items are always cheaper than their competition.

I went there to get a battery and it took 10 minutes for someone to help me and it wasn't crowded two people in the store

I went there to get a thermostat for my truck it was pretty cheap they had it in stock. The store is clean the people working there were very friendly and helpful I had a great experience

Actually I was there doing some repair work in the back. Every person I spoke with was very helpful and everybody was pleasant. I couldn't ask for a better place to have worked!

Thay are very helpful what thay didn't have in stock thay made sure I got the same day very pleased with the service

This store had the part that no other stores including the dealership had in stock Must be a shortage of inner-tie rods for a 2008 Veracruz.

Knowledgeable staff and they have and extensive inventory. Prices are often better than other parts stores. They have stores is very area.

This place is also great , got there early in the morning, the guy who was there got what I needed immediately the service was quick and I was out of there great spot!!

They never answer the phone, so I Just stopped purchasing parts from them, answer your phone, and maybe you get some business.

Standard has every part. Wouldn't be surprised if jet engine parts are made available here. You ask them what you need, they come back with it. You're out the door in 10 minutes tops.

Great auto parts store! If they don't have it in stock, they can easily find and order it for you. Very friendly, professional and courteous staff, multiple locations, and if you are a commercial auto repair facility they will deliver. You can't ask for much better than Standard Auto Parts!

The young (African-American) female cashier was very helpful, friendly and professional. I appreciate that she took her time to help me get the right parts. She pulled & price checked everything in an effort to ensure I was getting the best deals at the most reasonable prices for my budget. Thanks so very much!

When an alternator goes up in your daily driver how long do you want to wait to get it fixed? Standard Auto was able to get it within the hour (although I had to go in and pay for it first!). Advance Auto and NAPA had nothing in stock and would take days to get it. Rock Auto had it, but would charge $30 to have it shipped next day (which actually would have taken 2 days since the order was getting placed so late). Good job Standard... you've got a new customer!

This store is SUPER convenient because of its huge selection of car products and the fair prices! I found parts here for my car's wheel bearings that were not in stock at any AutoZone in Maryland. Customer service was also extremely helpful and a delight to work with!
