First time coming here and it was great! I came in about five mins after they closed (oops). Rob was super helpful and nice, he took the time to help me with my car and truly cared! Will be coming back here for any future needs!!

I had an extremely pleasant experience here when my "check engine" light came on immediately after arriving at The Inner Harbor for a Birthday trip. Really kind, knowledgeable Manager with AWESOME customer service skills and a team of of Mechanics with same. Shop is clean, comfy and appears to be very well run. I would highly recommend.

Mr. Roger and his team are amazing. They helped me out of a bind and fixed my flat efficiently and well. The alignment and new tires got my car driving way better than before. So happy to find a place in the neighborhood for my car needs.

The clips holding my splash guard came off. Rogies and James got me in and out in about half an hour and even let me take a look at the undercarriage while the car was up. They popped new clips in free of charge. Quick and painless!

The gentleman at this Firestone was able to help me quickly and they also offered tons of amazing advice towards my future car maintenance that I wasn’t aware of that will save me hundreds if not thousands of dollars in the future.

The front desk people were very informed and respectful. I dropped my car off for a battery replacement and was able to pick up my car completed within 3 hours. A bit pricey but still saved a good amount compared to the estimate I received from Goodyear

This was my 2nd time at this Firestone location and both times have been such a great experience. They are quick, do a great job, and extremely affordable - especially for a grad student! Rogies helped me out both times and was really great. Will be back should I have any future needs!

I had the absolute worst day when I had my flat tire. I have AAA, so I’m not sure if that had something to do with my positive experience, but getting to this location was super easy. The people on the phone were knowledgeable, helpful, and calm. I spoke with a guy named Chris and an older gentleman Rodger I believe. They were so experienced, and knew everything that had to get done. I was in and out in a reasonable time—even with other customers waiting. I highly recommend you go here. I got an amazing price, and my car’s good as new:)

I needed to get a new set of tires for my 2012 Honda Fit. It’s an old car with a smaller set of tires than the average car, and I previously went to a previous Firestone store that were really helpful and able to direct me to this store since they saw that this store had the set of tires I needed. Rob helped me out and he was able to quickly set me up, but I felt a little off putting to have him try to get me to sign up for a credit card after I told him that I did not want to get one. I wanted to see what I was paying for so taking a look at the invoice I was trying to see what I was paying for, and I felt like Rob was just frustrated with me as he explained the itemized invoice. I paid the deposit and then they would say that they would possibly be able to get the work done today if not definitely by tomorrow. I was glad to hear that they were able to get the work done quickly. Next day I call them in the morning and I ask if they finished, and they say it would be done by roughly by 12 which was great news. The got the work done a little later like 1:30 which was also great. I realized that I didn’t need the Road Hazard Protection plan that they provided based on my car insurance, and I asked to remove it, and the manager was quite upset with my wanting to remove this, and I just again felt belittled by me asking to remove the protection plan. Overall the customer service here was poor and felt a little bit manipulative again the reason for the 3 stars since the service and quick turnaround time was effective.

Rod my new friend helped me out. He got me a guy to do my transmission and his professionalism and customer service is on point. Ty so much for the great service. I will return

I got an Oil Change, the wait was extra long - I think they only had one person working. The guy at the front (Rodger) was great! He was very informative and honest about the whole process. I would return again maybe not on a Sunday though.

They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to provide assistance and great service. They stayed open 10 minutes after closing time on Christmas Eve (Wednesday) to get me checked in as I got towed to the shop after breaking down. They identified the problem with my engine and fixed it quickly on Friday, allowing me to get back on the road that afternoon.

Fast enough service and reasonable prices, but the insistence on pushing the store credit card and weird personal questions were off-putting. Points for honesty on not selling me a new tire pressure sensor while I (incorrectly) believed I may have broken it, though.

The body shop(Baltimore Auto Body & Collision Center) down the street from this Firestone location referred my vehicles tire rotations and alignment here, not only did I get the wholesale pricing pricing but i but my a my alignment is warrantied for 12 months! Thank you to the Baltimore Auto Body & Collision Center as well as the the entire Firestone Team at this location.

Roger has helped me out twice now with the same car. He remembered exactly what was going on and was incredibly patient with my questions and thoughtful with what I was requesting, all while mentioning when upcoming sales to help save a buck. He also serves as the epitome of customer service, as well as all of the guys in the shop.

Rob and V were amazing—definitely transparent and extremely helpful. I had issues with my coolant system during a busy holiday time, and they made sure my car was seen, the parts were ordered, and the job was completed expeditiously. If you walk into Firestone, ASK FOR V and Rob. Thank you again for your help! I will be returning if anything goes wrong with my vehicle, and I highly recommend this Firestone for any work you may need.

Rob was exceptional—extremely helpful and courteous. I experienced a tire blowout while traveling from Jersy and located Firestone. The service provided was excellent, and Rob was notably helpful, with customer service rated at a perfect 100 out of 100.

I was to travel out of state and noticed my tire was low- Roger accommodated my urgency, quickly inspected the tire (nail!) and got the tire repaired- also noticed they needed to be rotated and handled that as well. Excellent service!

Great customer service at this location! Thank you for providing quick and efficient service to car in a short notice. I was distraught with a flare tire in the Baltimore and I had an emergency on the other side of town. Robert was compassionate and assisted me speedily within an hour. I left satisfied with a brand new tire and satisfied with an exceptional customer service

I was really happy. The guys here are really thoughtful. Really think about your issues and how best to solve your problems the most economically. I trusted them. Some places you feel like they are taking advantage of you - especially if you are a female. But I feel like they were super respectful, explained things in layman terms but not condescending. I felt the price was right and they would have worked with him to fix any situation. I worked in the office while they were working on my car and I heard them taking customer calls and wow, I was impressed with the way they responded to their customers. They should both get raises. Great guys. 10.2.25 (8 am) I didn't catch their names but they were lovely. Thanks for a great experience.

I was very satisfied with my visit to this Firestone! I went in when they opened with a tire emergency. With something important to attend to later that day, I was worried I wouldn't be able to get the damaged tires that I needed replaced done in time. The staff at Firestone in Baltimore were SO kind, understanding, and helpful. They got the tire change done so quickly because they knew I was waiting inside, even though there was a queue of cars already. I really appreciated their willingness to help me honestly and diligently by checking in to let me know the status of my car and making the visit so seamless and stress-free. Will be coming here for all my car needs!
