This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She was rude yelling dismissive, acts like she's doing you a favor. Would never recommend this place for my worst enemy.

leaving my review since theres a huge divide between positve and negative. I purchased an imported car last year and decided I wanted it titled around my difficult work hours at the post office. as you would think, not many places fit my schedule. I was able to make it work and visit Kal-Ven one morning. initially, things didnt seem like they would work out due to my history with my tags, but she made sure to get me right. I was even having some issues with my payment methods. she trusted me and met me in the middle so I could finish my registration that day!!! I am still so appreciative. I just purchased another car and plan to go to her again for that registration as well!

I called to ask a question about a temp tag, this women answers the phone and then after I asked my question she hangs up on me. That’s beyond unprofessional. Reply: Ok but that has nothing to do with you hanging up the phone after someone calls and ask you a question. Like I said your clearly unprofessional. If I could u give a 0 rating I would.

Ms.Kathleen was very helpful. I walked in the shop it was very clean in there. She helped me get new tags and titles for my vehicle that needed to registered in PA. She knows her stuff and she matches energy which is what I love she was very helpful and made everything smooth. Thank you so much 10/10!

Very unprofessional. Talked to me as if I was a child. Didn’t greet me and got smart. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use her. The other reviews weren’t lying I tried to give her business because sometimes reviews can be overrated but they didn’t lie. Never again!

I recently moved into the Baltimore area from Washington DC and needed clear guidance on how to get my vehicle registered and also information on how to convert my DC driver license to Maryland. The first thing I observed was the calmness and listening ears giving to my concerns and questions about getting this things done. Then here comes the information so clear and honest. I finally got my vehicle registered today and I would be scheduling with the MVA for my driver license conversion. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting tags and titles services.

Went to her to notarize papers for mortgage company, she was nice when we were paying but when I returned to ask a question she was rude and dimissive. I would not suggest ever going there for anything. Service is not just when my wallet is open but also when you have questions about serious issues. She alao lied about being a notary since it is still on her website and when I called she said she did do notary work. I would not do business with people who lack integrity As you can see she continues with her misrepresentation of the facts. She did notarize our papers and take our money. I had only returned to ask her a question. It is amazing how you could not even extend the common courtesy to listen to another human. You were so defensive that maybe the State to look onto your business practices. I was not asking you to break any rules but to provide clarity around what you could do. Your rudeness over took your ability to be respectful to others. NO NEED to reply to this as it would be better time spent to reflect on what you are sending into the universe, as you told another person who submitted a review.

I called them to get information before I came in. They seemed a bit busy at the time so I hung up. Kathleen called me back just a few minutes after I hung up. She was of great assistance and was able to answer all of my questions.

I've never written a review before, but Kal-Ven was the most honest, nicest and knowledgeable business owner I have had the opportunity to meet. She was able to give me all the information I needed and also guided me for my Title which I got free from MVA , which she could have easily charged me for. If you need any Tags or Title work done, don't hesitate and go see her.

I came here for notary services. I signed documents prior to coming forgetting I am supposed to be witnessed signing. That being if no issue, the issue was how nasty the woman there was. I would never do business here. This is essentially exactly why I hate black businesses, bad attitudes.

Were opwn on a sunday whe. Most were. Not .. Very fast n helpful .but apon checking the receipt they charged us 120$ service fee for 10 mins of there time .. Title xfer was only 100 bucks and tje historic tags were like 75 My normal tag n title n title place was closed but i calld him and his fee is only 25$ They are open later n weekends when u need them just b ready for a huge 120$ service fee witch is more the. Double of most places

I've used Kal-Ven a few times now. Kathleen is super nice and extremely efficient. I will definitely use her again in the future.

We needed to find a tag and title place that was open on the weekend after the normal "12 pm" closing time of everyone else and this one was it! We rushed over and was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the service fast and efficient but we were treated like family! When we left, my knee jerk reaction was to give a hug goodbye lol. It was a wonderful positive experience if you could ever have one at a tag and title establishment. I'm having all my family and friends go here.

Ms Kathleen was very kind , straight up . She took the time out of her own business to drive me around so that i could drive off in my car. She showed kindness of relations. She's has great customer service skills. I was amazed , her helping me out & didnt even know me , showed me she cares about her coustmers. She's ? GREAT.

I went to her office at 4:45 , it was closed , I just figured she went to get something to eat . At 5:20 she finally accepts my call and says I'm closed I'm home and hangs up on me . Not very professional while on the phone she hangs up on me . Don't post hrs open if your not going to be there that's my advice to you kal ven

The staff was very professional and were friendly. The customer service was good. She even went out her way to speed up the process. The staff at Kal-Ven Tag & Title treated me like family.

Clueless. Came to this shop because they were the only one open on a Sunday. This poor lady working this place is utterly clueless on what she is doing. I mean it folks. It should take you about 30 seconds from entering the door to figure that out. She questions you on the procedure to get your vehicle registered when you are there to have your questions answered. I ended up wasting 3 hours of my weekend because this lady couldn't find my lender on the state's lender list, saying they weren't an approved Lender. It was the NIHFCU and has been around for decades. Sure enough, I called Fred's Tag and Title and they told me in 20 seconds over the phone that it certainly is and they verified it in the system. AVOID.

best service i can ever fine. i own two cars and i came here got in and out. Also couldnt fine anyone that would tag a salvage car went to the only person that would. she took her time to fill out all the forms with me and help me with my car. the first time i got my tags i was running late for work but i needed then i call her and BOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! got my tages and got to work on times quick friendy and devoted to a customer. she won my service all my car are going to her
