He gave me a wonderful deal on my dream jeep that I have been looking for a long time. It replaced my previous jeep that I loved and did not want to give up but it was a 2012. After the test drive sat down with Dan and with Mark Putnam and was able to work out a great deal with my trade in and beat my bank’s financing offer. Great experience with no pressure sales. I was able to find the vehicle I was looking for online and then started an online and txt conversation all the way thru to the final sale. Marcus did a great job and the customer service was great. We test drove some 2500s which were out of the price range when running numbers. After the last test run on this 2023 dodge ram 1500, we walked around the truck and noticed the gas cap was a different color and a mark like the truck was side swiped or something. Carfax showed nothing. They said they'd take care of it. I asked if the price could be dropped and they said no. I bought my 2018 dodge ram 1500 from a sales guy Charles 6 or so years ago. 70k miles, 8 ft bed 2018 year. Thinking lower miles and in decent condition id get a good trade in amount. They came back with 8500. They looked out for me through everything. When this one's paid off, I'll be getting another truck from here.

This could have easily been a five star review because the dealership alone worked with me, Amazing sales manager. Not sure what his name is, but he is African-American with locs. Now this is where it turns into a four star review I was appointed to work with Miss Kathryn McKinney, Started off as the sweetest person ever red flag is when she decided to take a picture of me and my mom and my daughter I guess because she thought that we were going to scam them. Then her communication afterwards was very horrible over text messages. She came off as very aggressive and even didn’t respond back. I had to work with them as far as than getting a tow which they did provide, and Ms Kathryn Made it so difficult. I communicated with her my schedule as far as and for the tow, and she totally disregarded it and sent a tow to my home while I was not there, as well as harassing me as far as leaving the keys inside of the car so they can come and grab it. Besides the first time that she saw me, but any other time after that, her attitude was just nasty and it seemed like she really didn’t wanna be bothered with me. After all paperwork went through I went back up the dealership to retrieve something that I had left and the let me know to go and speak with Miss Catherine, so she can retrieve the belongings and she totally attempted to dismiss me saying well. I have other customers and someone made her Do her job. To the point where I say that I will come back tomorrow because I didn’t wanna deal with it. Other than her, the experience was great in all the other employees are amazing. Ms Safaya is amazing as well I highly recommend Ms Safaya 10/10 Recommend.
