This location needs help really bad 1 person running the register after waiting 10 minutes I asked was someone else working employee says yes but you have to wait until they come up here I asked well can you yell for help so he does no one comes employees are still engaged in conversation and not coming to the register so another customer walks in someone comes out and starts waiting on him I then say I’ve been here waiting how can he go before me he says he called his order in so after the CUSTOMER tells him to go on and wait on me then the employee decides to ring me up this was unacceptable I should not have been in a store for 20 minutes to just pay for 1 bottle of motor oil please DO BETTER

Great customer service! They lady with short red hair made sure that she searched for the items that I needed. The system said that they had brake pads for my suv, but they weren't in stock within the store, She searched for them and got them. Sometimes, employees will actually do their jobs. Thank you very much for your service ?

Will tell you one thing and one price over the phone just to get you to come into the store. Then change it on you.

Never waste your time here. The worst customer service. No one cares about the customers or their jobs. I would rather walk barefoot to Owings mills before I go back to this place to purchase anything.

The older slim man forgot his name has excellent customer service ?? he helped me out a lot brought him lunch and he wasn't there??♀️to show him that I really appreciate his kindness/time we are lacking that a lot nowadays.
