Ntb always gave me great customer service. They have always been very quick and helpful whenever I bring my car to get service. Today’s visit was very pleasant as I came as a walk in and was seen right away. Kay was awesome

I had such a great experience here today. I came in stressed about my tire, and they helped me right away. They were professional, kind, and didn’t try to take advantage of me at all. As a young woman, that really means something. I truly appreciate their honesty and generosity. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others!

This is my go-to place for my car. Great personnel. You talk about good, decent humans who work there... MacAttack and Bruce ... the best, honest service reps, ever. Dan the Man, AI... decent and good mechanics... give them a try. You can trust these fine young men. Tell them crab soup Mary sent you. Car repairs are costly and scary. The thought of four new tires, balance tires, front and alignment and oil change scared my pockets. But they worked with me with price, fast friendly service. Definitely would come back and recommend.

A pleasure to do business with. I called ahead and spoke to Kat. She was able to confirm that she could get me in right away to repair a punctured tire. I drove over immediately and sure enough Kiron pulled my car directly into the bay and did the work. It doesn’t get any better than that.

I stopped to get air in my tire and the man at front Syed told me to pull around np. The tech Matt put the air in found the nail, and asked me if I had somewhere to be right now..told me it would take about 15 mins to fix! I handed him the keys! 3 nails later.. I gave my name they found out I was a ntb member and have tire insurance on all tires. I was treated with calm kindness and a sense of urgency before and after I gave my name! Best experience ever! Glad I pulled over! Shout out to this location!

I highly recommend this NTB to get your car serviced. I have taken a few of my vehicles here, and I am always pleased with the work. What I am most pleased with is the honest assessment of my SUVs. It can be challenging to find car repair shops that are honest about what your vehicle actually needs. On two occasions, the issue with my truck was not something that they could repair, and they provided recommendations that I used to get my vehicle fixed. They did not charge me. They only charged me for what they could actually do. I like the way they communicate and how pleasantly and relevantly they do so. This NTB is a shop that I highly recommend for good work, honest assessment of the vehicle, and good communication.

absolutely the best! No wait and they were very courteous and professional. I visited NTB Catonsville about 3 weeks ago after experiencing low tire pressure and a constant leaks in two of my tires. I had taken my car in to my favorite shop three times but they couldn't diagnose the leaks. However, ntp had both leaks fixed in no time at all. I waited this long to leave a review because I wanted to make sure it was fixed. It sure was ? I will easily be coming back to them time and time again and have already referred family and friends.

This NTB location does a great job. The crew is friendly and knowledgeable and takes care of you quickly. I drove in with a slow leak on one of my tires (without an appointment ) and they got me out of there all fixed in under an hour.

Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. I’d never been here before, but they explained everything very clearly and worked quickly. Awesome service and a really friendly team!!

Woke up to a flat tire the day before Thanksgiving. AAA couldn't figure out what was wrong with the tire so to NTB I go. It was just a nail. Their customer service was great I was in at 8am out by 9pm Thank you so much for getting me back on track

I had in amazing service at Ntb , The Best Mechanical and Tire shop . I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else . They Are the Best . Go to Ntb on Baltimore National Pike , You will not be disappointed ask for Mr.Mac when you get there .

I went in for tires and the Mr. Connor and the staff was able to locate other issues with my vehicle that I hadn't even noticed. Mr Connor made everything so easy to understand. Thats hard for a person who doesn't know anything about cars! Lol. Thank you so much Mr Connor. The service was amazing and the staff is very welcoming. I will definitely be returning ☺️.

NTB was great! Mr. Mack was able to make an appointment for me the same day I called and fix my tire in under an hour. Great customer service, fast repair, and a fair price.

Mr . Mac took very great care of me today . Despite my driver door not working at all . He still had a positive attitude about things . I will definitely recommend.

On my way to work got a Flat tire, I was able to drive into NTB, unfortunate I had to get a brand new tire because it could not be repaired. Really wasn’t expecting to spend over $200 for a tire payday isn’t until tomorrow .MAC was nice enough to to give me a coupon and I got $30 off my purchase, very grateful and they got me done with in 2 hours.

Mac and the crew at NTB took amazing care of us in an emergency situation. They worked within my budget to get me the best outcome, and got me in and out the same day. The store was easy to get to, and all of the staff that we talked to were all friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back!

I wasn’t very pleased with their service! I had to bring my car back multiple times for them to address the car shaking after they changed my back tire. They rush you when you walk in instead of listening to what the issue is. I still don’t feel as tho they fixed the problem they caused so I’m taking the care to a different shop. I also had to ask them for check the tire pressure on all 4 wheels and make sure it was correct.

I came in at the very end of the day, expecting to make an appointment for the following day. Instead this terrific team got my emergency tire replacement done immediately and even fixed a piece of trim that was falling off. They were kind, knowledgeable, and professional and it was a great experience! I’ll go to this NTB in the future and am happy to recommend it.

Hate needing new tires but they help make it better by being super helpful and compassionate. They went out of their way to communicate well, disclose pricing up front and made me comfortable while waiting. The best part was after I had issues with the tires at later date they went above and beyond to make the tire repair was done quickly so I could keep on schedule with my day.

UPDATE: FROM ONE STAR TO ZERO STARS. There are not many shops I have encountered as unprofessional and incompetent as this shop. I recently went to get my tires rotated at another NTB and they could not find me in the system. They couldn't find me by name, phone number, or address. I called my wife at home to find the receipt and it turns out they had ALL of my information wrong. They misspelled my last name by one letter and they had my home address in Ohio with an Ohio number. I have never lived in Ohio. What a joke. UPDATED FROM TWO STARS TO ONE STAR (See explanation at End): I live in the hood where corner hack shops and "shade tree mechanics" abound, but this would be an embarrassment even for them. Scheduled appointment online for 4pm for 4 tires with 4 wheel alignment. Arrived a couple minutes early and was told alignment machine was broken so they would only be able to do the tires. 2-1/2 hours later (after closing time and long after the sun set---a fox even ran across the parking lot!) the tires were finally finished (can't imagine how long it would have taken if their alignment machine had been working). Then upon inspecting the tires I realized the mechanic recorded one of the DOT numbers incorrectly (which could be a problem if needing warranty work in the future). Thankfully manager was still there and corrected the DOT number on a supplement print out. Next day when I got a better look at the tires I realized how dirty the mechanic left all the tires (see pics). What a joke. Here is a shop named after the one thing they are supposed to specialize in---TIRES---and they fail. Only reason I give 2 stars and not 1 is that the comparatively inexpensive Sailun Atrezzo SVA1 tires handle and ride MUCH better than I anticipated, perhaps even a bit better than my previous Goodyear Assurance WeatherReady tires. Only problem is they only have a 40k mile warranty, so I don't anticipate keeping these tires for more than 2 years as I prefer to replace tires when they are no less than 4/32 tread depth.
