My experience was reassuring. They gave me valuable information that allowed me to make an informed decision. My car is running well and the cost was reasonable.

2013 CTs AWD Cadillac wagon with less than 65k mileage developed a banging noise when making go straight and making turns. Apple diagnosed the problem to be a bad transfer case and rear differential. Repairs took 2 months to fix because GM Cadillac had discontinued making replacement parts and Apple had to search vendors for parts. Parts were found that met Apple’s standards and repairs done. If it wasn’t for my extended warranty coverage which was completely handled by Apple the costs to make these repairs would have been outrageous and too costly and not have been done. My share of the repair cost and Apple handling the warranty coverage made it possible to get the repairs done. Apple did a great job considering the circumstances of GM Cadillac lack of help and support with a known manufacturer drivetrain problem . Thank you Apple my car drives and rides like new.

Apple is the best at both taking care of my vehicles and the customer care involved with everything you may need.Will never go anywhere else.

This team has done all of my routine oil and maintenance, a new transmission, tire repairs, and everything in between for our cars. They do a thorough job and document everything with pictures and notes that are easily accessible and understandable. The team communicates clearly and gives you a honest and full picture (what can wait a bit, what is a priority, etc). I trust their assessment and recommendations. The techs have even done ride alongs with me to confirm what I was hearing/feeling. I cannot recommend this team enough!!

For mechanical know nothings like myself, a visit to the car repair garage can be an anxiety redline experience. How many of the issues they’ve flagged should I pay for? Are they “really” issues? Are they charging me a fair price? Not so at Apple. B.J. and his team are the best. They let you know exactly which repairs are necessary for road safety and which can wait for another visit. With this level of confidence in them, I don’t even blink an eye when they quote me the cost. Honestly, I have no idea how they compare to other garages, because I’ve been going to see them for so long. It really doesn’t matter anymore, because I trust them 100%. If you’re Looking for reliable, honest auto mechanics and repair shop, look no further. Apple is also very efficient, getting your car in and out within one business day for most routine repairs. Overall, if I could, I would give them 10 stars out of five.

My SUV had a dead battery, AAA jumped it for me, I drove it to Apple Auto and ascertained the battery was still good after being tested. I had not been driving very much and learned a lesson about batteries. Also, they took care of my oil change.

Love this place! Everyone is so nice and friendly - from booking the appointment to the consultation call about the repair excellent or exceptional service. This was my third visit and I will definitely return again and again. I recommend Apple Auto to everyone I know. Thank you! paul

I must say I had a very good experience with apple auto they informed me of the services they offer to there customers I think it's a nice bonus plus they was very informative and very professional thanks for taking care of my vehicle looking forward to more service in the near future

Very friendly! My car needed emergency work done so it was a next day appointment. I was there at 7:30a they were there at 7:30a. I was just expecting to drop it off and put the key in the drop box. Took care of my car without a problem. Great car courtesy inspection. Even though I didn’t get the recommended services, I will be taking my car back to get them. Every time I go to Apple auto I can trust what they say. Twice now I went thinking it was going to be the worst most expensive problem and they called me back saying it was something minor and they did something extra for free. They are so wonderful and courteous. This is my spot because they’re honest.

This shop goes above and beyond to help their customers. They always provide great service every time I drop my car off and the turn around time is very reasonable. Highly recommend!!

I was excited to go to Apple as they are a community business. I took a vehicle to get an inspection. They looked at the vehicle and provided an appointment and price. During the the day of visit, the receptionist called me 1 hour after dropping it off and stated the lift couldn’t lift it. After asking several questions as we took it in to be evaluated to see if they could do the job before hand. She then stated something was wrong with their lift and tried to charge me a whole lot more. I asked to speak to a manager and she said no. It is very disheartening that they wanted to charge me addition fees due to their malfunctioning lift.

.I would 1000% recommend apple auto. They take care of you. They talk to you through every step of the way and do their best to give you the cheapest price and still get all your work done. .The staff is amazing and I could not have been in better hands. I greatly appreciate the ladies in the office and the guys who worked on my vehicle.

I ended up taking my vehicle to Apple Auto to have a tire checked due to a screw I found in it over the weekend. Long story short, I ended up having to get a brand new tire. Rebekah (Service Advisor) was very professional, providing me with the make and model of my tire, and helped me find and order the correct tire since it was not a known brand. I placed the order for the tire and was able to have it shipped and delivered directly to Apple Auto. Rebekah kept in contact with me during the whole process and acknowledged the delivery within minutes. Service was fast (aside from waiting for FedEx to deliver the tire) and Rebekah was very honest about pricing and the job Apple does to make things right. Definitely making this shop my regular go to for repairs.

I've been going to Apple for years, and have never had a bad experience with them. They're genuine, trustworthy people and I'm so thankful they're in our area! I've enjoyed every interaction I've had with them. They give you all the information you need to make your own decisions, including whether a repair should be done immediately or if it can wait a little while. They also provide photo images of everything in the estimate, so you can see for yourself what's leaking/breaking/etc.; they're very transparent with you about the work that needs to be done. It's super convenient too that they call an Uber for you to to drop off/pick up your vehicle! Why doesn't everyone do that?! Hands-down the best mechanics I've ever dealt with.

BEWARE I live in the area and needed a local mechanic. I am always looking to support small businesses. This shop had great reviews so I chose it. Big mistake! I’m not confident that the reviews are legitimate bc I did not have that experience. While the Lyft service is nice they price gouging. They charge almost double what all other shops in the area charge for just the diagnostic. It’s even far more than the dealership. Do yourself a favor and find another mechanic in the area. There are many others that are reasonable and I’m sure do great work. They also send you a list of many other repairs that you don’t ask for. The total they wanted was in the thousands. When asked about this, the response was “we are trying to run a business”. The repair itself was fine, they were pleasant— but I definitely won’t be back. Again— look for other mechanics in the area.

This was my first time having work done here, and I only found this place when I went searching a good place that would service a RangeRover. The work was awesome, customer service was awesome, the communication was awesome. They called every dealership they could think of to find the part I needed. This is where I’ll be getting my work done from now on. Bravo to Apple Auto!!!! Side note: And to top it off when I went to pick up my vehicle they gave my little nephew a toy car.

I've taken my car here a few times for oil changes & other maintenance or minor repairs. They offer great customer service! They're honest and provide very detailed inspections through a web app they utilize. Highly recommend!

Everyone I came across seems to have a positive attitude. And a great disposition. And I also like the fact that they provide a ride for you to go home I found that to be a nice gesture. I found the mechanics to be very thorough in their work.

This was my first visit with Apple Auto! Superb customer service experience. I received a very thorough vehicle analysis and was treated with respect and courtesy. My sister is a customer and now I understand why. Keep up the good works team!

Professional, promomt, and pleasing in every way! Apple services all three of our cars, an old, trusty Chrysler Town and Country, a Prius and an almost Historic Mercedes SLK 350. Perfect and delightful! Please shop local, and shop Apple. Plus, you get free Kerug coffee and a cool bumper sticker, what's not to like!

Excellent shop.Very friendly, polite, honest & took time to explain everything to me clearly. They did an excellent job on my 2018 mercedes & while my car was being repaired they saw a nail in my tire ( that I noticed before I dropped my car off ) & they plugged my tire free of charge, paid for my Lyft from & to there.It's the little & extra things that count & ofcourse the quality of the work. I highly recommend them & will return for needed services.

Personalized care and top notch service for my vehicles are threads of consistency for this business. Apple Auto addresses all of my concerns as if they only have one customer—me! And I have observed them doing the same for others. I have confidence in their work and the cost is fair. I highly recommend Apple Auto and publicly thank owner BJ, front office staff Dan and Rebekah, and the mechanics, for doing great work.

Great team of mechanics, folks who greet you at the front desk, and miscellaneous services like a car to use if you need one while yours is in the shop. I live about a mile away, so I prefer to walk home & back when my car is ready, but I appreciated the Lyft service they provided when it was brutally hot at pickup time. They've kept my 2016 Mazda in great shape.

Had so many issues with MileOne/Heritage for my new Honda Odyssey. After taking it to Apple, we got things figured out right away and good to go. They’ll send you a link to view pics and details of other issues/repairs that are urgent and others that need to be done soon, which is very helpful. I also have an old Matrix that I got from heritage years ago that had a battery drain issue that heritage also couldn’t figure out and I replaced a second new battery in 6 months. Took it into Apple and they ran diagnostics to determine that there was a battery drain caused by an aftermarket car alarm installed. They ripped that out and wired it back to factory and have not had another battery issue since they fixed this 2 years ago. If you want a shop that you can trust with high quality work, take your car into Apple.
