They advertise a deep cycle marine RV battery,they can't be both a marine battery will lose its charge because it's meant for deep cranking, an RV batteries r4 long usage.

I came in with a dead battery in my Ford Fiesta 2014. Keith and Amber got me hooked up right away. Keith walked me through the entire purchase process and even though he could not install my battery because of company policy he still guided me through the process. He really helped turn the morning around.

I visit this Advance Auto Parts regularly, keeping my fleet of vehicles running due to my "ownership" of Marshy Point. We have a lot of vehicles and the Advance Auto Parts staff in Bowleys Quarters is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Manager Kimmie is by far, the most knowledgeable and helpful associate here. Although everyone else is great too. I'd walk through a snowstorm to get parts here and I suspect Kimmie would walk the parts to my property if I needed her too.

I have come here a few times to get my wipers changed but last time I was here one of the workers, Aaron also helped me figure out some other stuff for my car and the parts needed and it really helped me a lot and took a lot of stress away. His knowledge and professional customer service is Amazing and I will definitely come here to this store and location from now on.

I had purchased a blower motor for my wife's Cadillac. When I went to install it the part was right but the cable was wrong. Back to the store I went. I frequent my local auto parts store so I have seen most of the employees. Today we had someone new. Well he was a real help and I am so clad he was there to help me out. After doing a little research he found the part number for the pigtail I needed. I just happed to have the old motor with me and he discovered that the wire on the old motor had the same part number we were looking for. He proceeded to find a 5.5mm socket and let me disassemble the motor cover. Sure enough GM just plugged the pigtail into the motor. So I poped it out and on my way I went. The job got completed and the wife is happy. Thanks Advance Auto Parts.

Kimberly is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to find me the correct parts after Autozone sold me the wrong parts.

This is my go to store. Normally, it has everything I need. On the off chance they don't, the parts available are the same day delivery or next day. This location happens to be one of the larger Advanced Auto Part locations. Staff is very friendly and are willing to help with pretty much all your vehicle problems.

I came in to replace my windshield wipers, my purchase receipt was unreadable due to my lip gloss exploding on it in my glove compartment. But Keith went above and beyond to assist me. He refused to allow me to leave the store without resolving my problem. From now on when I have a car need, I will personally look for him to assist me. I'd give him infinite stars if that were possible!

Horrible lack of service. I went in looking for a clip to hide dash cam wires. There was only one other customer in the store and the first customer left because what he was looking for clearly the store didn't carry. I asked him where I could find clips to hide dash cam wires. He just looked up and said aisle 6 or 7 them immediately went back to his phone. I looked through every item in those two aisle and couldn't find it. I was going to interrupt his cell phone time for helping me to find the item I needed and just left. I mean if my money is not that important, then I won't spend it there. So sorry for interrupting his cell phone time.

Website suggested the wrong fuses for my car, when I went to exchange for the correct ones less than 5 minutes later, I was told they weren't returnable. Employees were nice and helped me find the right one, but I would have appreciated being told ahead of time.

Place is a joke, the service is the worst I have to give them part numbers to get correct parts and everytime I go in to recycle oil there's some excuse why I can't drop it off. I'll purchase my parts from Amazon way cheaper too.

Kim was amazing!!! She went out of her way to make sure I got all the parts I needed. This girl needs a raise! Advance is very lucky to have her as an employee!!

Friendly staff helped me find oil filters for my friends vehicle, is always stocked up when you want a snack when working on a vehicle they got that covered too. Wide range of products for anyone for any type of vehicle all in all great employees great products and great people.

Purchased headlights with the trust and assurance of part inventory and support by employee’s search of Advance Auto’s database that the part is an exact fit for my vehicle (2018 Chevy Cruze)… only to discover that the part (9012) isn’t an exact fit and should never be listed as an exact fit, when it’s suppose to only be 9005 headlights. Tried to return the item for exchange unused only to be told no returns as the packaging was opened. Out of $70 and now out of a neighborhood customer.

Came in looking for help that I was unable to get at two other locations. Kimberly was fantastic, she went through every bag on the shelf looking for a part that didn’t exist. Long story short a hour and a half later we found and sourced all 4 from different locations allowing me to get my brake job done on schedule. If I could give more then five stars they’d have it

Due to the way corporate has the register computer set up I was not allowed to purchase a code reader for my vehicle without giving my phone number. This is unacceptable, if you give me ultimatums to purchase an item I will take my business elsewhere. Sad because I have been a customer for years. Look at the companies response to my complaint about their refusal to respect my privacy. Their response is basically a watered down corporate version of, "take it or leave it peasant, we make the rules". If I can't pay in cash for electronics and leave im not buying anything from their company ever again because you don't need my phone number as its none of your business.

Not a soul in the building has any idea what they are doing. Not even management. No education of parts, and attitude from every employee. You’d have better luck going in and doing their job for them.

Every time I visit here the staff is friendly and helpful. I typically place my orders online and have never experienced any issues. They have altered how they interact with customers post COVID 19 but that's expected.

this place is a joke, i ask for rear brake pads and they say "you want front brakes" No ! i want rear brake pads. they sell me pads for which they think will fit the car and i take them home. the box was already opened and they are obviously the wrong application to the car. so i had to drive all the way back there to make things rite. waste of time. waste of money. i didn't even get an apology. this is why i hate coming here. it reeks of incompetence. '

This is a must share. I had a tough time today with the warranty on my battery with an outside company. Too make a long story short, after 5 hours of my Father's Day wasted in Carroll Island parking lot, the company finally honored the warranty. This is due mainly to the support and professionalism of Bree and Melissa. These two were phenomenal throughout the process. They were so supportive and accommodating as I went back and forth with the outside company. Bree and Melissa, you ROCK!!!

Excellent parts store with great service. I typically get my parts online but often I go here because of the service.
