I’m extremely impressed with them. Excellent service! They found an extra problem and took video of it and explained to me in detail and gave his opinion. No hardsell and knowing the age of my car understood my desire to limit further major expenses. Due to that he searched for non-OEM solutions and sub-component level instead of a total replacement. Also this is clearly family run and they are all good kind people. I’m absolutely returning for future auto repair needs.

I had a very good user experience, reasonable costs, reliable technology, and clear explanations. Initially, I had diagnostic test runs at another repair shop, but they charged me an exorbitant amount just for those, without even fixing anything. When my wife instructed me to get the repairs done here, the guys were very kind to us to able to refer to that information and I could request the repairs at the lowest possible cost, which was extremely helpful. Great people to work with, has a bad issue of vibration on my new bmw 540i. They took me in right away and gave me a detailed explanation of whats going on and fixed the issue. Would highly recommend SIWAN and his crew to any car owners who need work done!

My husband called this morning, and they were able to get us in the same day for an oil change and whatever maintenance was needed based on my Jeep’s milage (cabin and engine filter). Siwan took pictures of areas that seemed concerning that might need attention in the future. He also took time to explain why they were important to get checked. We didn’t feel pressured to get anything extra done, and the pricing was very transparent. He even mentioned that they got a Black Friday deal on the material they needed from Auto Zone that’s why they’re charging us cheaper than regular market price. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience.

Prime Care Auto is a top notch business The staff is some of the kindest people I’ve come across I know this to be fact , when my daughter had a spur of the moment emergency . A literal moments notice they were able to help my daughter and get her back on the road. The work they did was well worth the cost . We were not taken advantage of and that means a lot . Great service, very trustworthy and thorough work explained to me step by step through the process. Gave me a quote and stuck with it, got my car fixed in a week. Best mechanic experience I've ever had, if your car breaks down in Baltimore city or county bring it here. The week before I took my car to Prime Care Auto, it broke down. I got it towed to some shop around where it broke down, they told me all it needed was new spark plugs. I asked if there was anything else wrong with my car, and they told me no. I pick my car up from that shop, then it breaks down again that same night. Check engine light + engine misfiring. Siwan at Prime Care took a look at my engine and explained everything that was wrong and could be causing the misfire, then step by step fixed it giving me calls/sending videos to show and explain the problems. Very reasonably priced and fixed the problem, next time there's anything else I need done to my car I will certainly be bringing it back here.

So first off I wanna start by saying this is the best experience I’ve ever had with any shop. When the engine blew in my bmw 335is suddenly shortly after buying it , I probably called around 20 shops no joke before calling prime care auto, they all gave me ridiculous quotes and suggested the bare minimum, many of them didn’t even know how special the car was that I had. When I called here for the first time, Siwan answered and helped me through the entire process. They found me an extremely low mole motor for my car and walked me through the entire engine swap process and kept me updated throughout the whole thing while they trouble shooters it. Once I got the car back from them I had absolutely no issues with it, it’s currently around 11 thousand miles since they swapped my engine, and It’s been running amazing , 7000 of that has been tuned and fbo never skipping a beat. Brian and Siwan always helped me even when I had to drop off my 135i last minute when they were closed because I had a bolt stuck in the downpipe, they even got it back to me next day. They truly understand enthusiasts because they are as well. I recommend them to anyone who needs work done on there care and could not have been happier with my experience.

The prices are lower, but the work is also not commensurate with what you would get at a dealership. The owner didn’t have the expertise he claimed to - it’s almost as if they simply followed a YouTube how-to video - and ultimately the most expensive work I had done wasn’t done properly or even thoroughly. Other work that was done didn’t match what was agreed upon over the phone. Wouldn’t come back. Edit: I’ve read the reply. My review stands wholly unchanged.

This is the best place you can bring your car to. I was in Baltimore for the weekend and when I came down here from Boston my service engine light turned on and there was an exhaust leakage along with my 2 tires worn. Mohammed Siwan and his team were able to get my car all fixed and repaired within 2 days. If I didn’t have them to help me, I don’t know what I would have done. These guys are lifesavers and if you want a mechanic who isn’t going to up charge you and bullshit you, this is your guy! If I am ever back in the area and need work done, I am 100% coming here. I cannot recommend Prime Auto Care highly enough, especially after the incredible emergency service we received recently. Our water pump failed catastrophically, leaving us stranded three hours from home. It felt like an impossible situation, but Sawin and his phenomenal team at Prime Auto Care turned what could have been a nightmare into a testament to their dedication and skill. Against what seemed like insurmountable odds, Sawin and his crew worked tirelessly, putting in significant overtime to get our truck back on the road. Beyond their professional service, what stood out was their ability to perform under pressure, their creativity in sourcing the necessary parts, and their consistent, clear communication throughout the entire process. We were kept well-informed every step of the way, which provided immense peace of mind. Prime Auto Care is simply outstanding!

I took my 2017 Chevy Silverado in for a 2 time failed Evaporator sensor from another "auto mechanic shop," but they used cheap parts. Prime Care Auto recognized the problem and replaced with a genuine GMC sensor. I gave them 5 stars because not only did they use the proper part but how I was treated. Courteously, with professional and they explained what, why and how before and during the work. Nowadays its hard to find an Honest Mechanic, but you will find it here.

Prime Auto is a company that operates with honesty and integrity. Their extensive knowledge of auto repair was truly impressive. When my son's engine failed in his Dodge Charger, we were uncertain about how to proceed. After contacting numerous auto repair companies, we were fortunate to find Brian and Siwan at Prime Auto in Baltimore. From the outset, they provided detailed explanations of the engine replacement process. They took the time to ensure we were well-informed and delivered regular updates. Upon receiving the engine, they sent videos of it, and after the installation, additional videos confirmed the success of the repair. Moreover, they identified and addressed other necessary repairs, keeping us informed every step of the way. This transparency gave us peace of mind, knowing we had found a trustworthy auto repair shop. My son's car is now running smoothly, and we are grateful to have found a reliable auto repair shop. This was some of the best service I have had in my life. Another shop had failed my car for flagrantly false reasons, so I sought out a second opinion from Prime Care Auto. From the start they were very informative and thorough in checking my car, constantly explaining things in terms I would understand and even going so far to have the phone on speaker whenever they were asking for part prices for potential (not needed) fixes. The thing that blew me the away the most was that they outright refused to try and upcharge a single thing. At one point during my diagnostic they had the choice of putting my car on a lift, but went against it, even though they would have been able to charge more for time because it was clearly not needed. When I had more issues with the shop that was trying to rip me off, they once again inspected my car (for free mind you since it was quick) and made sure I had all of the information needed to exercise my rights as a consumer. Shout out to Brian and Siwan for being the most honest mechanics I have ever met. I will be bringing my car here for everything now, even just oil changes.

If I could leave a 50 star review I would! Siwan is the best mechanic I've ever had as well as one of the nicest people I've ever met. His pricing is very fair (esp. compared to dealership prices) and he is incredibly transparent and honest about maintenance needs and mechanical issues. He's patient and will take the time to answer questions in layman's terms and will send video updates (love how he geeks out about my BMW)! You will not find a better BMW mechanic. :)

There is no better place to get work done on your BMW!!!! The owner always goes above and beyond to make sure you know what you paid for vs what you didn't have to pay for. Came in to get my chrome-surrounded grilles swapped to all-black dual slot ones (see before/after pics). The work was done promptly, Siwan showed me pics of the grill housings before putting in the new ones. No clips broken, fast/efficient, and competitively priced. I’ve gotten exhaust work, suspension work, and body work done from this shop and each service has been excellent. The owner of the shop pays attention to details and all of his work is highly professional. Most recently he installed a front lip on my car and I am highly satisfied.

Prime Care Auto is a very well run business totally customer focused! I went in for an BMW checkup for a ECU Code which they did a great job on at a more than fair price...but additionally with my request they inspected my entire vehicle at no charge. I had several signs of worn parts and an issue with my brakes that needed addressing. The owner (Siwan) is very involved and intent on making the experience awesome. What really surprised me was how they provided photos to detail their work and explained what kind of priority each item was without making me feel pressured. I don't know why it's uncommon for other shops to do this. I am new to Maryland and was worried where I could take my car for service. I have found it and won't go anywhere else.They are all quite professional and I believe good people as well!
