If I could give Crazy Ray Auto Parts zero stars, I would. This was an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful experience.
They came to my parents’ home to pick up my dad’s vehicle after the engine went bad. From the moment the driver arrived, his behavior was unacceptable. Instead of focusing on the job, he complained repeatedly about his day and his boss, brought his personal issues into our home, and showed a clear lack of respect while on private property.
He pulled into the driveway with a bad attitude, barely made an effort to handle or inspect the vehicle, and acted as if doing his job was an inconvenience. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and no respect shown to my parents.
If this driver is not addressed or removed, I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Customers should not be treated this way—especially in their own homes.
I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value professionalism and basic respect.
I wish I could just call and speak to a person. It's a joke. You get transferred 20 different places and no one can help you. There are 50 different damn models for my car. God forbid an actual person answer the phone. What a joke.
Truck drivers very bad place to pick up a load, rude people, they loaded me insecurely one palate was leaning, I asked to fix that, that big guy was fixed it and now waiting 40mints he is not give my paper work to leave, very bad place
My first time actually going to Crazy Ray's and I was not disappointed. I understand why people speak so highly of this business; it's a lot of vehicles yes, it's a lot to walk through but, if you need a part and are able to access it, why not and save money doing so. They give a 90 day return/exchange on what you purchase which is pretty awesome. Also, if you take pictures of the receipt, they will accept that if you don't have the actual receipt of the purchase..so take a picture of your receipt as soon as you get it. Better safe than sorry. $3 admission, per person..CASH only.
They got a bit pricey. Especially if you aren't a regular. I seen people check out with a wheel barrel full...$42. I get a turn signal $68. New it only cost $90, but I needed it asap.
It cost $2 to get in an when you tell them the make yrs of vehicle an she can tell you how many 2004 Trailblazer LS are there an they have added a $19.99 so if your part doesn't work bring it back an get your money back they just started this,am glad,Baltimore, Dundalk area.
