Absolutely horrible practice. No price on request (even after I called to confirm they had the tires needed) they shewed me away to go to another shop. Won't come back.
We don't go anywhere else. They work with us to ensure the tires we buy are sufficient for our style of driving and terrain requirements. Knowledgeable staff and very friendly.
Friendly, and efficient caught a flat in the area got took them less than 15 minutes to get me in and out. I did come in early about an hour after they open
Went there at 8am, I had two tires replaced, paid for, and out the door by 8:15am. Solid deal on them too, they didn’t upcharge me or try to sell me. This is my first review I’ve written on maps, and I did it for this tire shop.
Not a good tire shop to go to anymore! Ms Maria the manager and cashier sold me a fix plug tire not fixed then she charge me for a tire and didn’t take off what I already paid….. her attitude towards my request was very unprofessional I’m very disappointed in the outcome of service I would not recommend Emanuel tire to no one.

Rude for no reason. Good customer service goes a long way. I will not be returning. I had a friend that did the same just because of the lady in the front.
Not sure of the name of the woman I spoke to on the phone but she had an attitude. I called simply to inquire if they purchased or recycled tires (per what I interpreted on the website). I was calling for clarification and information, and she immediately just had a rude attitude with her answers. Very unwelcoming. Based on the reviews I was initially going to take my tires there to recycle. However, given this kind of impression over the phone to inquire about their services, I'll continue to look elsewhere. The customer or answering services could definitely use some hospitable improvements.
This is by far the best tire shop in Baltimore. You just roll in and they will have your tires fixed within 15-20 minutes. No hassle, great prices, great service.
Always have a decent used tire at a fair price...they don't try to sell nearly done tires like some places. They also balance your wheels correctly for no additional fee. They guarantee used tires for 30 days.
Best used tire spot in Baltimore. There located on Warwick and Fredrick also. Took no longer than 10 minutes, was out before I knew it. Would highly recommend Emmanuel's.
Years ago it was a great deal. Like $20 per for a decent used tire. Now it is 60-80% the price of new tires so less intriguing. Keep getting quoted for over $100 per tire when I can find new tires at a comparable price albeit the tire brand may be better here--sorta not looking for amazing tires, rather an amazing deal when buying used. Still quick and convenient.
Great service and Maria is the best. She can help you and if she don't have it she will get it for you no problem. Been going here for years now and she no ever lets me down.
LOVE this place and these people. I've been going here for years (2012) and have never been disappointed. Quality tires and quality service. They are also honest about your needs and I never have that negative feeling you sometimes get as a woman in a car shop. They rock! I was referred there by someone and I pass it along whenever I can.
This place is great. They never keep you waiting long. Courteous and the price is very affordable. They are careful with removing your tires and they will put air in your tires if needed, no charge.
I went in with a flat tire. They fixed it and mounted it in less than a half hour. It was a little hard to find because Google maps kept guiding me to a dead end. I finally found it when I decided just to drive around the block. The actual entrance is on Bentalou St. 1330 to be exact. I plan to use them again in the future.
There are many used & new tire places in Baltimore its hard to know when your being ripped off... especially being a female. I guarantee this not one! $50 for used tires that are like new. Good tread & 30 day warranty also. Note* alignment not included. Highly recommended for your tires.
