Highly recommend Pikesville Auto for car repairs. Not only are they super friendly, prompt and reliable but they are upfront, honest and fair in their pricing. I showed up without an appointment and they quickly diagnosed my car, quoted me a price and provided me the amount of time necessary to order the parts and execute the repair. They offered me a ride home and the next day called me to pick me up. A different franchise automotive location actually misdiagnosed the issue and wanted to charge me for unnecessary repairs. Definitely restored faith in mechanics!!!
This place is amazing and has good customer service. I took my Mercedes AMG there for a oil leak. The team went above and beyond. They did a dye spray told me to drive 75 miles and bring it back in which I did the following week I was just charged the diagnostic fee that go around. When I turned it in the shop manager even offered to give me a ride back to my home but I turned it down since I lived in the area. If you know Amg's everything is costly. But these guys not only saved me thousands of bucks but was fair and the shop manager gave me a tutorial of the leak lol I appreciated that. They turned a repair that the dealership would of charged 1500 to 2000 bucks to under 500 bucks. They just got a new customer. Prices are fair, the hourly rate charge is fair. They really deserve 5 stars the rating they have is real and they deserve ??it.
I was referred to Pikesville Automotive by a neighbor. I am so glad I checked with them on my car issue. Harvey and Marlene are very honest and priced very fairly. Most importantly, they double and triple check all diagnostics and parts orders. I will be recommending them to everyone from now on.

I am visiting my sister in Baltimore. She is a Pikesville Automotive customer. I recently purchased a pre-owned automobile. The interior safety lights went off. Harvey immediately agreed to check my car. He spent half-an-hour testing. He showed me how each light control button works. All set now.
I was having problems with what I thought was my clutch and took my car to Pikesville Auto. Maureen was very helpful in walking me through their process at the shop and helped me figure out a good time to come in. Harvey called me not too long after I dropped it off and explained the issue and answered all my questions. Just a few hours after I dropped it off I was back in my car and changing gears more smoothly than I had in quite some time.
