I am so grateful for this shop! The staff is very honest, kind, and knowledgeable. A few of the staff members speak Arabic as well.

They have been understanding and friendly when I have had to bring my children, which is a relief for a mama on the go with kids in tow.
They let me know the choice between a used or new part and what the pros and cons are. They also let me see the bad part that had to be replaced.

They also sell inspected cars (with hard tags)! The all in one was such a huge convenience. I have bought from them and so has my family member and we are both content with our purchases.

This mechanic went above and beyond! Everyone was kind and helpful, with explanations of what was wrong with my car. I also had a time crunch that required it to be done in half the expected time, which they were able to meet. My car looked great when I picked it up, and the repairs have lasted through hundreds of miles since then! The price was also very reasonable, considering the rush timing and the parts that needed replacing. I picked this place due to stellar reviews, and was not disappointed. Would definitely recommend.

Rashad and company (BA) were the most honest people I've ever encountered in the times that I'm in dired need and clueless. My car was smoking bad and making this rattling sound while driving home, a good samaritan lead me to express auto service center and i barely made it there before it stopped working. They gave an honest opinion about the problem with my car and i even gave up on it and practically beg Rashad to just buy it from me since i would not fix it anymore. They got my title i got my check but they still did something way above and beyond and told me that my engine was fixable after it cooled down and fixed it in a very reasonable low price. They could have got a better price from it since it's theirs already but they bother to contact me back fixed my car and told me that it still has many years on it and still could serve me well. I was really surprised and happy that they're people who's ready to help and very honest. I was glad i meet them. I will bring my car there from now on for all my repairs. They have my utmost respect and trust!
I got my 2002 Santa Fe serviced on Saturday. I got my Axel fixed and my exhaust fixed. They were very professional when talking with them, he explained what it was that needed to be done so I could understand. He even called to inform me of missing light nuts on my tires and fixed them. The price was reasonable and it didn't take long at all. I will definitely patronize this business for all my mechanical needs!

This place was ok, when husband was alive... just wanna know what kind of person takes advantage of a grieving widow 5 months later , tells me I have a leak 1 yr.. still have a leak replaced everything. S1 yr still tells me to buy, & today wouldn’t give me my car, close earlier with no curtesy call!!” Miscommunications” Mr BA I did communicate with a friend, so it was a misunderstanding.. Very poor service. I feel so cheated for all that money I paid towards the end I was told there is more to be done on my car. I say please take your business else where.
Please don’t do my mistake by going to these guys. They don’t know much about mechanic job. Don’t even waste your time. I brought my Honda Accord which is one of the most simple car to work on for couple of things to be fixed, I trusted them since I thought they know what they were doing but I was so wrong. My car still the same with the same noise that it had before spending more than $650.00. Who works in someone’s car without knowing what the problem is.
I got to give them the credit for being able to change the car oil and replacing break pads. Even that don’t trust them and allow them to buy parts for you. It’s another was they buy cheap parts and tell you it’s all like original parts.
Sold a car to me that was said to have been MD inspected, but by the time the car arrived to my house in the next state the CEL came on. I have since had the car checked by my local mechanic (brother) and he will have to basically perform an engine rebuild for me. BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING VEHICLES FROM THIS PLACE, and it might have something to say about their craft as well. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Trust them with any of your maintenance needs! Our family was stuck in Baltimore on X'mas eve with a broken, grandfathered model of VW. Ba's persistence earned us the parts from a warehouse away in DC. He is professional and on top of his game. Most importantly, he is honest - regardless of the situation, he treated us in a fair way. Highly highly recommend!
I rarely trust mechanics with my car because sometimes they try to sell me or tell me something I don't need. These guys are pretty knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They will help you figure out what's wrong with your car. If your looking for reliable mechanics. Definitely come to Express.
I called 20 minutes before getting to the shop and asked if I could get new tires and rear breaks installed the same night. It only took 2 hours to do all the work. Prices were good! Service was excellent!
