I came into Firestone with a recurring tire pressure light on. I recently got my tires replaced here and was concerned as to why the light kept coming on so soon after the tire replacements. The staff found a nail, and patched up the tire at no charge. The staff are attentive, friendly, and accommodating. I will continue coming here for my tire needs!

Mr. Shawn and the Firestone Experts are very professional and are very skilled at what they do. Their customer service is also amazing. I highly recommend this location.

I unexpectedly pulled into the Firestone parking lot as my car gave me a safety warning sign as I was passing by. I decided to drop the key off to get a diagnostic which ended up being helpful, reasonably priced, and honest. I’m taking my car to the dealership for service per the advice of the technicians here —a great spot for honest and kind service!

Appreciated the quick service , without an appointment. I also appreciated them putting air in my tires for me without me asking.

This was my first time going to Firestone. I went in initially for an alignment. During the walk around inspection of the vehicle. I was advised that I should consider purchasing new tires as well. Since I was getting an alignment, I agreed to purchase the four tires. After waiting almost 4-5 hours. I was told that the vehicle was ready. But as the cashier explained the bill to me. He stated that I was being charged for the tires and a fee for the alignment inspection. I explained to him that my purpose for the visit was for the alignment. That’s when the mechanic explained the bolts were too tight to loosen, so the alignment couldn’t be done. I explained to him that he could’ve informed me earlier of situation. I could’ve authorized that he heat or cut the bolts out and replaced them at my cost. But for a mechanic to say he cannot solve a issue when he has options is very disappointing and not to consider not putting new tires on the truck until I was able to get someone else to perform the alignment . I am disappointed as a customer my best interest was not considered in this situation.

I had a flat tire over the holidays and thought I would have to delay my trip home. however, you all were able to fit me in so quickly and efficiently that my trip can now go as planned. Thank you!

I needed tires last minute for a trip and Sean the manager helped me get them bought, installed and out of the store in record time, this Tuesday eve. I feel much more confident about driving to our families for Thanksgiving. thank you Firestone at Howard st!

I was told by Mr.Tire I had a tire with a rim of death and I needed a new tire and they did not have my tire. Went to Firestone and all I needed was a repair. What an honest and nice repair shop. They have thousands of tires in stock.

What a really positive experience I had coming to this Firestone. I went to the Firestone on National pike, in catonsville and a tech there stripped The Nut that's on my oil PAN. when I went to go get another oil change, it was brought to my attention. However, they mentioned that they would take care of it at that location. But after about a week of trying to schedule a time with one of their specialist tech, he eventually told me that he didn't have the tools and the skill set to get it done. That led me to having to find another location. And I was able to find this location where the gentleman Sean was so very generous and very helpful in getting me in as soon as possible. He guided me through the process, assisted me with figuring out the timeframe and getting things completed in a timely manner. He kept me updated about all the things that needed to be done as well as even ordering a piece that didn't come with the original package that was delivered for a new oil pan. if this location wasn't as far from my home. I would utilize this location more often. A very positive experience and I appreciate all the guys there.

Two days here and get they had issues both times. I’m over these companies with their poor service and prices that change based on who you talk to there and when. Quoted $75 more than the tire I was quoted at the day before. Both days (with appointments, booked through them directly) they had to reschedule.

This store (Howard Street location)provides Awesome service. Shawn Brown shop manager is very professional. Quick, Professional service guaranteed. I came into get tires, and was given the incorrect size. I spoke with the manager who corrected the error. Thank you for great service!!

I had the inconvenience of one of my tires blowing out on the way to an important event. I towed my car there since I have a warranty and Nate ensured that it was replaced quickly. They worked so fast and diligently that I was still able to make it to the event. Had me in and out.

Great experience! Shawn was extremely professional and helpful when working with me in explaining what needs to be done to my vehicle. CJ worked on my car and did an amazing job. Great shop!

My experience was overall a good one. They took my vehicle with minutes after I arrived. They me told about any findings and within about 45 minutes I was out

Without having an appointment I was able to get 5 tires installed on my Jeap Wranglerl within an hour and a 1/2

Nice people. I went there because my air was low in my tires. They filled it for free. I was very confused on where the front was bc my gps had me approach from the back. If you have a reasonable gps then you will probably come to the front and it’s much more clear. I didn’t have any other issues but they were super nice and made sure I was helped.

Avoid avoid avoid. I’ve had nothing but issues with two Firestone tires since I got two replaced on my car. Manufacturing issues with a tire bulge two days after install. Firestone guy blamed me hitting a pothole. Except we only drove home (a mile), and then realized it the next day. Fast forward a year, another bulge. Our “road hazard” warranty not so much of a warranty. Still cost like $100 to repair (edit: because of this review, customer service reached out. I provided invoices to support my claim. I got a refund within a week. A+ to firestones national customer service. Still an F to this shop). Guy blames me again for potholes. And the other tire won’t hold air. Never mind the two other tires have been on the vehicle for twice as long and no issues. Oh and when I got my tire replaced under warranty, these incompetents didn’t tighten down the wheel all the way and it almost came off. Thank god I realized and got it fixed elsewhere. Literally the tires are garbage. So is this shop. They will blame you for their garbage tires. That’s some great customer service. I still have a warranty and will be taking my care elsewhere to get the leaky tire replaced, and will eat the cost. Because lord knows, this place might be the death of me otherwise.

Had me sitting around for two hours and they hadn’t even started working on my vehicle. What a disrespectful waste of my time. I made an appointment for 4 PM and I showed up at 4:10 so I do acknowledge my lateness. when I showed up I asked how long it would take and they said an hour and a half then at 6:15 while I’ve been sitting in the waiting room for two hours they come out and ask me what kind of tires I want, which we already established. Realizing that they hadn’t even started work on my car I asked for my car back and left because this was so rude.

I’ve been coming to this Firestone for years! Been a Firestone customer for decades. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff. My mechanic, Mr. Mayfield is outstanding. Jamal and the other managers who I’ve dealt with are always extremely professional and courteous.FIVE STARS

I needed an oil change and my tires checked on Labor Day. I learned that my dealership service area was closed. After calling around to a few places, I made contact with Mark at the Firestone Howard St location. He said on the phone, “Yeah come on in.” This was my second time utilizing this location. The counter staff are always courteous, professional and deliver exceptional customer service. The technicians are always knowledgeable, efficient and effective. They offered recommendations for upcoming services to consider. I would highly recommend this location.

I was down on my luck 3 tires needed replacement with a wedding to get to in 3 hours of me arriving to this location on Howard street Alex took great care of me & got me in & out in time for the wedding. I’m so happy after having such a horrible experience at the liberty road location. This location restored my faith in this company as I am a 10 year long customer.

I needed four tires on my Honda Pilot immediately before my trip. Shawn ordered my tires and said to come in the afternoon. I was treated so well. What Shawn quoted for my tires, my alignment, and warranted service per tire was EXACTLY what he quoted over the phone. The time he stated for the wait was totally accurate. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Customers were treated with respect by the Team. I look forward to future services at this location. Keep up the fine work!

I really love this Firestone location! Mark and Alex have helped me multiple times when I’ve brought my car in. They’re always personable, down to earth, and polite. I’ve had my brakes fixed, tires replaced, and regular oil changes and rotations done here. They offer the cheapest oil change near me. They’re great at communicating and aren’t trying to cut corners/rush the work.

My experience with this establishment was less than ideal. I scheduled an appointment for a tire replacement given a flat tire. It took 1.5 hours for them to evaluate the tire and tell me that a patch would not work. In that time, they also did evaluation of my car, battery, engine, accessories, including windshield, wiper, all of which I did not ask for. They then tried to sell me other services that I had not requested services; ones that I already have planned to be completed with my standard mechanic. Of note, they did quote me close to double what my mechanic had quoted previously quoted for the same work. Once the tire exchange was started, it took only 15 minutes. I then watched my car sit outside after the completed job for almost 30 minutes. I confirmed with the sales person if there was anything else we are waiting for and he still did not complete the transaction, making me wait for a longer time despite there being no other customers. Overall, the appointment which I had scheduled for a tire replacement should’ve taken 30 minutes and I was there for almost 3 hours. I am more than satisfied with the tire management! However, the remainder of the service did taint the experience.

They are very polite and professional. They gave me a very good rate and did the installation the same day. I;ve had some not so pleasant experiences with more than a few of the tire places around Baltimore so I;m really glad I found Firestone . The Tire place almost next door wanted almost double for the one tire and that was their cheapest tire. The sign in the Firestone lobby that stated that honesty in business was their motto was very comforting and they followed through with that as well. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. They are organized and efficient and actually nice to you as well. It seems to be a rarity in my experience. I drive an older car and have gone through countless tires. I've tried many of the other Tire places and Firestone is by far the best. I'm a satisfied customer.

Fair Warning: I Write Fair Reviews. I even waited to extend grace despite an infuriating experience. The wait is now over. Let’s get into this: Firestone from Dr. Turman (An actual Doctor in real life). If you thrive in chaos and love a side of disorganization with your tire service, congratulations—you’ve found your new happy place! Now, I fully understand that dealing with tire warranties requires patience, but after two days of errors (on both sides, mind you), my patience ran out. Customer service? Nonexistent. If you drop your car off and dare to call for an update, prepare for a thrilling game of Hold Music Roulette. That is, if they even answer. You’ll be passed around, given the runaround, or simply ignored altogether. After two days of this circus act, I gave up, spent the money I originally planned to spend there, and had my car towed to AAA, where—get this—they got me in and out in two hours flat. Moral of the story: If you enjoy frustration, miscommunication, and wasted time, Firestone is a five-star experience. If not, go elsewhere.
