My car was totaled taken to this business here it’s been a week car hasn’t been paid off. They have the title the ladies that answer the phone have no idea what’s going on. Beware when you’re dealing with this company🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 They are the worst at conducting business
So unprofessional of the manager for holding my car in hostage until i delete a photo of one of their front end loaders which damaged my car. Then continued on to threatening me he can put my account in jeopardy
Friendly customer service , and efficiency and professionalism are top notch! They handled the transfer of title rather quickly which expedited the process of closing out the insurance claim.
If you can help it, don’t let your car be taken here. Before I even signed anything, they searched my entire car and stole some items, and threw everything else haphazardly into a trash bag. When I complained, it took a few weeks then finally someone responded and called me. The man explained that it “wasn’t any of his workers” and that it must’ve been the towing company, which doesn’t make sense considering I was there when the car was towed. After skirting responsibility, he said he’d reach back out to me after looking more into it, and that was over a month ago.
Don’t go here. They steal things and will ransack your car before they even know if you want to keep the car or not.
This review is in tandem with able towing as stuff was stolen from my vehicle. I inquired as the stuff was missing but then the inside back area of my SUV was ravaged as if someone started tearing stuff out of the car as if if it was deemed totaled. With that, the real reason I’m leaving this review is for the response I received from the white female sitting at the desk to the right. She instantly brushed it off once the front desk personnel informed her and said it must’ve been the other shop. The correct thing would’ve been to check who was in contact with my vehicle at her facility. Instead she chose to show no compassion. Unprofessional and unwarranted experience.
Employees are pleasant and didn't lose their cool even when my boss was trying to push their buttons (that's just what he does, don't ask me why). I look forward to coming here with the guys on auction days.
I wish i could be buying all my cars from there, they are all about to make their customers happy, one example of that is one day i brought my payment about closing time and the management lady i think her name is sherry waited on me professionally. I really appreciate them all in that branch compare to any other branches I had visited in MD, NJ, NY, VA. I would give them six star if possible
My car was totalled and I never had the opportunity to get my tags. This place is over an hour from my house so I called and asked if they would be willing to mail them. The lady I spoke with was so kind and they mailed them at no charge to me. Awesome costumer service!
