Fun experience. Most things are done by weight and the prices are very reasonable.

Worse freaking outlet ever. Dont switch bins out, no.plush and rude employees...

This store was awful. Came from a good distance away and the store was not what it pictured. It’s entirely bins with no racks or shelves at all and the bins were pretty empty.
Nov 06, 2025 -
rude employees that have a bad attitude and snap at all the customers for just existing. the lady at the register was especially mean for no reason.
Sep 20, 2025 -
If I could give negative stars, I would. Really disappointed with the lack of inventory given what I've seen at the retail stores. The bins were not full. Clothes and items looked like donation rejects. Don't waste your time or gas.

Current management isn’t loading the tables properly. Was a great place, now it’s no fun to shop here. Management is rude. Found a bit of metal in parking lot, manager refused to let me throw it in trash. Told me customers use outside trash cans. I hate going here! Terrible vibes.

This place has been pretty awful the last few years. Items tagged cheaper that didn’t sell at other goodwills are up-charged here. Seriously. Picked up an item tagged at $7 - at the register, I was told it’d be $15, regardless of the tag. Still bought it because it’s better than the price new, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. This is not an uncommon occurrence at this location. Sure, occasionally you’ll find something good, but it’s rare. Not much payoff for the time you put in, and there’s not a lot of merchandise here. You’re better off at other local thrift stores like Savers or even regular goodwill. I honestly believe it’s due to the woman who is the manager here. It was better when someone else was temporarily managing the location. It’s well beyond time for a change. Who really SHOULD be the manager is Rebecca. She has worked there for years, has always been kind and down to earth, and does her job great. She’d do great in the role and the customers would be a LOT happier.

This location is horrible. There is hardly any merchandise in the store. A lot of wasted square footage, I wouldn’t waste your time here.

Great place to buy clothes in bulk that are in surprisingly great quality! Also, a bit disheartening to see that such clothes in such great condition could potentially be on the way to the land fill. :( Highly reccomend shopping here for your clothing or even sewing scrap needs! This store was clean, well organized, had clothes and so much more. The staff that helped me were very sweet and helpful

The store in Baltimore was the cleanest, most organized and friendly Goodwill outlet that I've ever been to. I would recommend this to everyone

Shut this place down or please get new staff I read most of the reviews before coming and let’s say every body not lying , seems like it’s been a low vibrational atmosphere for quite sometime now but nothing of value here you can bet the staff take it first so if you got the gas please go to laurel MD they have so many thrift stores with so many great finds for just as cheap if not cheaper than this place most are Hispanic owned an operated so indeed the best bang for your buck !!!! Beware it can be addictive get designers for 5$ trust me and come back and like this review when you do ❤️

I’ve been wanting to check out this store for a while and finally made it. I went on a Saturday around 4pm, it wasn’t crowded at all, plenty of space between bins, people were friendly customers and staff, and found great merchandise!! Got a few nwt items, some trendy brands including Anthropology, items I picked up looked practically new. Honestly I’m thrilled and can’t wait to go back!!

I had to experience it for myself!!! Walking in with my donations white lady at register does not speak but proceeds to say “they need to be in bag” and had me waiting in line for a receipt. The black girl comes from the back and said “when donating they do not have to wait in line for a receipt, thank you ma’am have a good day.”

I just left after spending almost $40. We avoid this Goodwill due to the disrespectful employees. My son was pushing a popping toy around the store with us. We were going to buy it. He sat it next to our cart. She came over and grabbed it. Very snappy said It's too loud and he can't push it around. Took it. Why not Put the toys up in the bin if you don't want a toddler to push a PUSH toy before purchasing it. She followed my husband around staring at him. It wasn't busy and we were literally just grabbing a few items. The aggresion is just unnecessary. I grabbed a pillow and put in my cart she rolled her eyes and said that's $6. I didn't ask or was even near checking out. Like I was a completely inconvenience. I spend a couple hundred at different Goodwills for personal use and my business. I was Really disappointed and my husband was really angry. He did have a few words with her.

Gets 1 star because it exist. Pathetic to call this a “bins outlet”. More clothes than anything. Waste of 20 minutes of my life. Prices for storage containers the same as buying in the retail store. Things inside glass that you had to ask to see and were not part of the bins pricing. Sad. Don’t waste your time.

Although I have found some great deals. And have returned for the savings. Only because I had to start completely over. But I resent going. "The manger" is rude unkind and was discussing my private business openly to mock me in the store. Yes you can get the deals it would be weary of the staff I've never met anyone they hated their job so much.

Sad to say this place used to be great. A true Goodwill Outlet. Now it's become a regular Goodwill that only looks like an outlet. Hardly any blue bins anymore. They used to charge for almost everything by weight, but other than books and clothes, most items have tags at prices far too steep even for the regular Goodwill store. I used to find so much great stuff at excellent (or at least reasonable) prices. A real bummer and shame.

DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION!! First of all after the 1st pic, the next 8 pics and video taken are NOT of this location. This is false advertisement and not the location of the store, not sure what they’re trying to gain here (VERY deceitful) this store is not nearly that clean! Not surprising, considering management which is horrible! I went there this past weekend and witnessed the suppose to be manager walking around screaming and scowling people randomly, as if she’s policing the store Instead of going through pallets in the back boxes & FILLING UP the BINS for the customers that are there to purchase items. Believe every other comment about this woman she is all that and then some, just despicable! The bins are NEVER full, i’ve been here prior to this horrible manager and it seem to be OK but ever since she came on board it appears these bins are cherry picked and EMPTY to be called an OUTLET! Not to mention, the rotation of changing out the bins is a joke. Once a day. When they are changed out a new bin comes out with 10 or so items in it and not worth anyone’s time looking through. I’ve gone to other outlets and they are overflowing this is very unprofessional corporate needs to get involved! I agree with every other comment regarding this location either close it or get a new manager, this is disgraceful and sickening I will not be coming back to this location and implore anyone that reads this don’t waste your time, you will be disappointed on top of being disgusted at this woman running this location. When you step in there you will know who she is right away because she is the most horrible rude unprofessional an unhappy person that I’ve ever seen at an establishment! I will drive five hours to another Goodwill outlet rather then come back to this one! If I could give negative stars it would be a -1000!!

If you want rude management and customer service come to this low stocked Goodwill Outlet. I've been to several GOODWILL OUTLETS and this by far is the worst every. Every outlet from Florida, Georgia and the Carolina's offer what you would expect BINS FULL OF CLOTHING AND OR HARD GOODS that are avail for purchase. I will be reaching out to Goodwills Corp office to see what action can be taken. I would advise all complaining customer to do the same. Someone is clearly above this so called Mgr. How disappointing to travel over 2 hrs just to get a few items. But on a positive note - I don't mind contacting Goodwill's Corp Offices for some clarity and questions on how this is acceptable when Goodwill is a donating accepted agency. What's going in the back and who's getting 1st dibs at donated items GOODWILL CUSTOMERS OR STICKY FINGERED GOODWILL WORKERS....

This will be my last time shopping at this business. This used to be a great bargain Goodwill Outlet that actually charged by the pound. Selection is pretty decent but the prices are far too steep. The two employees that I encountered were pretty rude. The first lady assumed we didn't know which door to go in and ordered us to go into the door that was clearly labeled ENTER only. OK. The second lady we encountered upon getting out cart informed us that our 2 year old couldn't eat or drink in the store. Never again. I'm not going back to this Goodwill.

Went into the store to purchase Halloween decorations and I greeted by the Halloween items are not for sale, so I asked to speak to the manager and her attitude was not professional. She gave me a lame excuse about corporate doesn't want to sell the Halloween decorations until after they meet this week. This store is over pricing items and they have their favorite clients that they hold items for. Not a great store to shop.

This store is supposed to be an outlet store which means the goods that are sold there have already been in a retail goodwill store foe 30 days or more, where pulled and then sent to the rosedale store where the pricing is different that is why all the items come out on big tables and not on shelves individually priced. the new manager think she is the queen and is changing the prices from by the pound prices to per item prices like the boutique goodwill stores. If they want to do this how about cleaning the floors fixing the a/c among other things. Or fire the manager amd bring back one who understands it is am outlet

The place used to be ran well before covid. This new manager has some underlying issues that needs to be addressed. She’s running the place like it’s Bergdorf Goodman and discarding anything that’s not up to her taste standard; keep in mind taste is subjective. Also when shopping you get anxiety with the employees standing guard??♀️———— ??♀️In both of the walk ways. Reminds me of the Asian women from don’t be a menace screaming. Hurry up and buy!!? There is only two rotations; it used to be one every hour. Everyone I know are going to out of state good wills now. If executives can see this. You’re losing an extensive amount of revenue with this lady running your location. Remove her soon or your location will be at jeopardy. Best regards.

The manager and people who work at this outlet ought to be fired. They make up pricing rules depending on if they like or dislike you. This is an outlet but they price heavy items higher than the retail store. They cherry pick the good items and bring out trash. That’s such a stupid business decision because no one is going to buy trash especially if they are buying to resell. And then goodwill has to pay to dispose the trash. Goodwill should realize Greed doesn’t pay. They get the items for free from people yet, can’t sell at fair prices to those who come to the outlet. Shameless!
Aug 28, 2021 -
Not only are most of the folks who work here generally unpleasant, but they pick and choose what they want to sell and how much they want to sell it for, regardless of weight. At the front counter, the cashier decided her own price for some items. This has happened to me on multiple occasions and frankly, I don't feel the need to return to this location again.

New manager- cleanest, most civil GW outlet I’ve seen. They will ban people for shoving, swiping from carts, etc! They only bring new stock out overnight for opening, close from 1-2pm and reopen at 2pm restocked.

Staff and customers are all friendly, but the clothing being in the Gaylord boxes makes it very hard to sort through. You have to carry a step or box to climb. up on to see. If there were more blue bins and more shopping carts it would be the best!

This location is mainly shopped by resellers and families that want to save. The staff treat everyone accordingly. Always friendly and helpful. There are lots of regulars that shop daily. Most people are looking for particular items. Being a regular you get a sense of who’s looking for what. Many platform resellers come daily and a great place to network if your looking to sell online. Be mindful that it does get aggressive at times. Lots of grabbing, tight spaces, crowds around new bins. everyone wants to dig in new bins (remember this is how some people make a living by reselling items from those bins). I wouldn’t recommend bringing children, it’s not kid friendly or safe. Discount days are Monday and Thursday.

First, let me say that the employees here are wonderful and helpful. The "bins" are horrendous. The "bins" here are not the traditional "bins" seen at other Goodwill Outlets (the blue ones) but instead are giant cardboard boxes that are typical of what a stove may be shipped in. I'd guess they are about 5 feet tall (since they are on pallets) and about 3 feet square. Full of clothes, shoes, hangers, trash bags, sheets and everything else, they are very hard to maneuver. They do provide a few plastic steps (some are broken) but even at that, you can't get much further than 2/3 down into the boxes. Thank goodness one gentleman that works there gave me a claw to maneuver through. I could reach the bottom. I go to bins all the time and sadly won't be back to this location. Too difficult to find anything. Very sad...

My Mother noticed this place when she was house sitting for me and had gone to the library. We decided to check it out when I got back. I have been to many many thrift and Goodwill stores over my lifespan, but none made me feel more dirty, disgusting and trashy as stepping into this place! The space is decently sized but there is no organization. It it literally giant wheel barrel-type containers with items just thrown in. You feel like you're dumpster diving and super desperate. F this place. I'll never go back. I needed a shower just being there.
