Listen - read what you will but this was GREAT Goodwill. I found it pretty clean and the staff was very friendly. Found so much clothing too! Shame the dressing rooms are closed.

This place is beat. Not sure if it's another location that takes all the "good" stuff and sells it online but definitely a waste of time. Plenty of clothes.

Not like it used to be. This Goodwill used to be teaming with nice furniture, fixtures and a good mix of vintage electronics... and Silent Auction pieces (rip) pre 2017. Now, as of March 19, 2024; If you want clothing and clothing only, they've got you covered! Baby clothes? No problem. A good amount of pants, shirts, shorts? No problem! Old luggage bags? Covered! The floorspace that houses furniture is the most baren I have ever seen at any goodwill. This location couldn't sell fast enough that they had an open air lot overflowing with furniture in the past. I kid you not when I say they only had four chairs and a couple of tables, a couple ironing boards and some picture frames when I visited. This store lacks pretty much everything except for clothing. Nothing good in the front-end cases except for junk of "pricy" shoes and outdated phone cases, shelf upon empty shelf plush books. You're better off going to 2nd Ave, Savers or any other Goodwill northeast and southwest of this location. The automatic doors have been broken for 5+ years and the only location with automatic doors that have never been fixed.

This store is a lot better than Google. I've visited here with friends when I've been able to. The restaurants in the Eastpoint area increased their price, so I applied to Goodwill for employment.

We are in the middle of a move with lots of boxes changing hands. One of the boxes had items of sentimental value and was accidentally donated. Keith went above and beyond to make sure we got the box back!!! We have used this goodwill for donations in the past and will continue to do so. Keith- we are so thankful!!!!

I went to make a donation at this location. First there is no signage to Indicate which direction to go for the donations, but I knew typically they are in back. So I drove around and there was no one outside, no doors open, and it looked like I shouldn’t have been back there. I go in the store to ask if they take donations because there’s no signage and no employees in back. Young lady is very nice but she says there is supposed to be a guy back there. So I pull back around and now there are 3 guys out there but the older guy is talking to them “is this the one who said ain’t nobody back here?” But he’s tone was highly rude. Mind you I’m right in front of them at this point. So I answer that yes I was. He continues to go back and forth with me saying somebody is always back there and I must not have drove back there. Sir, look at your camera because I definitely did. Then without me even directing them on what I’m actually donating. They open my car doors and just start taking all my stuff out! If I wasn’t in a hurry I would have went in and complained about that whole situation because it’s rude and unprofessional. I would not return to shop or donate to this location.

Store was organized and clean. Pretty good selection overall 1-11-23: Store was clean and rather busy. Had a decent and wide ranging selection. Pricing seemed fair too.

We've always had a pleasant experience at E.Point Goodwill. A friendly & helpful staff. Love the assistance when dropping off donations. Thank you for treating customers & donators well. ???

My Sister and I have our special day together shopping at Easpoint Goodwill, Eastern Ave. Our favorite day is Senior Day, usually Wednesday. "Kim"is our favorite cashier, always pleasant, making a beautiful appearance. So many treasures we have purchased at Goodwill; we are so appreciative to get those wonderful prices on ALL items within the store. God Bless Goodwill Industries.

This is a pretty solid goodwill. I like the location, it feels "right". Store is clean, well organized, and large. Staff was friendly. Prices were fine, most clothing is $5 at minimum which feels high, but I think that's what most thrift stores do now.

They don’t have color discounts in this store and they only have garments in pretty bad shape for +$5, and they wanna price ripped shoes for $12, I mean ???

Awesome. I had earned points so this trip I didn't pay for the stuff I got. Nice selection and displays done by store employees.

They follow all covid-19 guidelines the require Mass they are handicap accessible they are not very well stocked the men's section is very very small the electronic section pretty much non-existent their homewares section is pretty much not existent they have a pretty good selection of videos and books but other than that it's a very small selection of items the people there decent they're nice they'll help you out where they can they just don't have a good selection other than that they're clean

Nice staff, great selection of artwork, clothing, books, and home goods. It's a bit small but prices are reasonable and it's hard to leave without buying something. Sometimes lines are really long though.

I had purchased an item from this location, before even leaving this location I had tried to return the item. They were not will to give me my money back. I had noticed that this item was bed bug (infested). They tried to offer me to see if I wanted anything in their location, I had decline the offer. They only gave me an gift card instead of the money I had paid for the item. The person next in line had bedbugs on their items as well. This location with the people who run it are very ignorant to the general public. not to mention they are loaded with bed bugs as well on the items, I highly recommend not going to this location if you do not want to end up with bed bugs, thank God I noticed it before I even left the store I thoroughly checked myself to make sure that I had not taken any with me as I exited the store. Take caution and avoid this location at all cost if you don't want to end up but bed bugs or it headache from arguing the fact that you wanted your money back other than the shop and get another item... if I could give this location a -0 rating I would they need to shut this down the health department needs to be called in. #baltimorecountyhealthdepartment #betterbureaubusiness #humanhealthandhygiene #marylandgov #baltimorecountygov

Autumn was very helpful helping me find a suit for my dad. She showed me how to measure to determine the waist size, and to look for color coordinated accessories. Wonderful job!

That place is a joke. Goodwill isn't the "Charity" people think it is! Take a look at this knockoff Barbie type set they had, behind the counter marked $60! Not a joke people! They're competing with Ebay prices. Ebay is for collectors, Goodwill is for people who can't afford collectors prices or department store/new prices! WHAT A JOKE! Looking for the maximum profit rather than affordable items for people less fortunate. It doesn't stop there. Unfortunately, I've seen this in every Goodwill I've shopped in. Never again will I donate to them! Its not like it was a gold ring, it was a generic playset for a child! I am so utterly disappointed in Goodwill industries. I thought they were charity shops. After all, all of there products are DONATED! Please people, let Goodwill know about their price gouging! It certainly doesn't stop there :( They also had used boots marked at $35! USED SHOES! I should have taken a picture of them too but after I saw this, my jaw hit the floor..... *Note* I did ask the manager if he was crazy. As soon as he saw me taking pictures, he got into his phone for about a minute then said "How about $20?" !!! No thanks! Goodwill's greed is unreal. When I called a friend of mine who works for Goodwill, she said "it's really bad here too. We have a box of Lego's marked $150 behind the counter and a Cabbage Patch Doll for $40. We're not Ebay" Then proceeded to tell me how they have to look things up prior to pricing! .. This is wrong on so many levels Goodwill!

While I don't expect much from Goodwill, this one seemed particularly dirty and congested. The staff was not helpful and took far too long at the checkout for only a couple items. Clearly no one wanted to be there—including myself after this visit.

Goodwills in general I've gotten pretty pricey, but I hope that means they are doing more their workers and such. This store is cup nice and had a lot of items. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Terrific book selection at this Goodwill location - $0.25 for paperbacks and most were in great condition. In addition to well-organized clothing, they have an extensive glassware and home goods section!

Used to Love Goodwill in MD until I started going to Goodwill's in other states. Much lower prices. I see the same clothes for months & months never moving, yet prices never go down. Kind of expensive for donated items. Would rather see lower prices to turn the inventory.

One of the better Goodwills in the area. They have a great selection and the store is large. If you have kids, they have "grab bags" of toys pretty cheap. They also have a lot of home items.

Like any Goodwill, it's hit or miss. Still, I've found some decent deals here. Once I got a cheap (but fine condition) bass guitar for $20. This past weekend I got a pair of Allen Edmonds Park Avenue oxfords ($395 new) for $25. Takes a lot of misses but eventually you get a sweet deal if you check every so often.

Everytime my family and I go into this place we always leave unhappy. We went in there today and they are selling outdated infant food so my mother said something to the cashier and she argued with my mom, she threatened that she would gwt her back when she checked out. We get to the counter and check out with someone else and the Caucasian manager was there and my mother talked with her about the incident. As i was ringing my stuff up, there was a pair of shoes that were $8 and they were $4 because of that day's sale. She deliberately rang the shoes up for $8 and we walked oit and figured she purposely did that because of the argument earlier with the previous woman, so they were friends and both tagteamed starting stuff with my mother. Its always black women working there and every one of them has a nasty attitude and make our time there miserable. No matter how nice you are or how quiet and polite they still smack their lips and have attitudes. I love this place but the negativity is too much and we don't know who to contact. I mean, the Caucasian manager was the only nice one because we had 3 other black women gang up on my mother. Very unprofessional!!!!!
