Very run down park no pride in taking care of park I remember when it was a beautiful mobile home park my Aunt owned it , a rec. center , shuffle boards, and a very clean pool , the office and home was very nice and clean this was back in the 60’s time has changed and no body cares how they live.
there is always a big problems with rules on this community some apply and some others are not apply but one of the big issues that all the community have a big problem with the maintance guys that works here he thinks thats he is doing his job but its making miserable the community. His always on people busines when neigbors are nice and they dont have a problem. He dont live to see cars park in the visitors parking lot even thoug they are visiting he does not clean the parking lot each person its in charge of it he does not do any maintance to the parking lot bumps are low, holes on the ground, trees not trim, and much more. Even when the same owner that its paying month to month and never being bad on it he makes it a big deal of parking for 5 min on visitor parking lot even thoug there is noone there. its getting old with him as he its always on people business expecialy making it complicated on people he dont like and tell him the truth about what he is doing Other people has loud music, park on the street, park on locations thye dont suppost, and so on. Everytime they send a letter regarding something they do a charge $25 to $50 for that letter that its pointles that money they get on their pocket. He thinks beacuse he lives or works here he was more freedom to harrased the attenants. I want corporate to get in contact, owner, or who ever its on top of him and the manager of the property
Dirty. Little or no space between "homes" ergo absolutely no privacy or peace of mind. Would prove dangerous ti children. Many units in obvious disrepair. Overall a very depressing and disagreeable to live. Or even visit.
Most of the mobile homes are of the older models the park has been in service for a good many years. However, the streets are in good repair the lots are clean of trash and I didn't see even one junk car in anybody's drive way. Being a mature park it has lots of shade trees.
Looks run down and not very clean, kids always running around unsupervised. Its in a high crime neighborhood. Not a good place if you have kids. If you're a lone and a male then you should be fine.
If you are looking for a place to call home, where you can live in peace, & have good, decent neighbors, this would be the park for you. But if you expect to have decent, fair-minded, HONEST park managers, who also apply the rules fairly to all tenants, look elsewhere. After living in this park for over five years, my rental agreement was discontinued without any stated reason/reasons, & ten days to pack up my things & move. The on-site management couple are
