This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
From recent reviews in Phoenix, AZ, Sell Us Your Car Online lands at 70/100 with noticeably mixed sentiment. Many highlight a smooth online process, helpful phone reps, professional drivers, fast pickup and cash paid as quoted. Common complaints center on low or changing offers versus expectations (some cite better-than-competitor payouts, others feel underpaid), plus a few no-shows or slow callbacks and occasional rudeness. Staff professionalism and convenience are frequent strengths. Little to no clear info on inventory variety, yard organization, or ease of finding parts.
What clients say about Sell Us Your Car Online in Phoenix (AZ)
Sold my car to them a few days ago, their online process was smooth and easy. Asked a few questions regarding my vehicle and were super helpful. Cash on hand once driver checked everything was as described! Carlos has great customer service!! Definitely recommend
Just sent over my van that was at the end of its life. Cash on the spot and the driver was one of the nicest people ever. They offered exactly what they quoted me even though the battery was dead which happened day of pickup. Driver even helped me take off the plates which was highly appreciated. 10/10 will absolutely use again
Great Service! Carlos was on time and really polite. The ladies on the phone were really helpful and where able to guide me thru to fill out the title.
They promised to pick my car up on Wednesday and then they never called to tell me they couldn't, then they said they would do it on Friday and didn't call to tell me they couldn't. I had to call them both times. This company is ran by liars who cheat people.
Easy as pie. All I had to do is call and answer a few questions and I got a quote and they even came and picked up my car at my house. Thank you, you guys made me look like a superstar with my wife.
Great place and friendly staff! I needed to get rid of my old car and not only did they pay me cash for it, they came and picked it up. So convenient! Highly recommend!
No issues.... Prices paid for car was higher than competitors I called. Brian the tow truck driver was very professional and double checked all paperwork. There was no haggling over price....I was paid cash after paperwork verification.
I read some of the reviews and I am shocked. I had a very pleasant experience with these people. The quote was the amount the driver gave me when he picked my car up. The driver was excellent. Very professional and nice. Thank you so much. I would recommend this company to anyone needing to get rid of their car.
Don't sell your car here I drove 150 miles pulling a car to have them offer me 250 less than doscussed. After having me pull around and drop the vehicle in the back. I went inside to get paid and they say" I'm just the middle man but we can give you 350". instead of the 600 I was promised in there worry free quote. I lost money on the drive bad customer service the byeing team while nice to talk to offered no help. Promises a call bye the manager. I'm still waiting!
running a scam these people will quote the price and when they come for the vehicle they cut the price in half without giving any reasons why wished i went elsewhere with my needs
AWESOME SERVICE!!!!! Called them 3 months ago for a quote on our totaled car. They gave me the best price in town. We didn't have our title yet so once we got it (3 months later) I called them and they still honored the quote. They came out the next day helped me with the vehicle and towed it away free of charge and meanwhile gave me cash for the car. Thankful for all their help. Seriously amazing service. Thank you for being so kind to me when I had no idea how to go about all this stuff. Made it so much easier.
